17/02/2026: Appalling service Highly questionable hygiene They serve sandwiches with their bare hands even though there are tongs right there They give change with the same hands, open the fridges, serve the cans… And when you ask them to use tongs for serving, they tell you: "Our hands are clean, it's a bakery, after all…" Well, no, actually… giving change with the same hands that serve is just disgusting! Go educate yourselves!!!!

10/02/2026: Avoid this shop at all costs!! I arrived at 6:50 am and was told a pathetic "sorry, I can't serve you, I don't have a till." But as soon as I got back to my car, two women came out at 6:53 am with their loaves and rolls!!!! Appalling

30/12/2025: Having come from the south to visit the Christmas market, I was told to try a treat at Délices du Carrousel. So we did during our visit to the Colmar Christmas market. The choux pastries were indeed good, but nothing special. However, the waitresses were awful. They sighed at the sight of customers. They took our order with such disgust that it made us not want to come back. Furthermore, if you wanted different items (for example, a waffle, choux pastries, and a crêpe), you had to queue several times. Each item had its own queue. Imagine this in the middle of a Christmas market with a huge crowd; each queue was at least 20 minutes long, so you'd rather go somewhere else. Which is what we did.

21/12/2025: Absolutely not recommended!!! Doesn't taste very good. The staff is incompetent and rude. They're unable to take your order correctly and then claim you've already received it, even though you're standing right there waiting! A rip-off!! Then you get yelled at by the rude blonde waitress. There are so many other, better stalls at the Christmas market. Better to enjoy your Christmas treats somewhere else.

15/01/2026: If it were possible to give a zero, I'd be the first to support it. The food is frozen: they reheat it and serve it directly to the customers. As for the service, it's even worse: several servers have an appalling attitude, with this "you're from somewhere else, I'm superior to you" look.

10/01/2026: We stayed for two nights, From December 21st to 23rd, 2025. Catastrophic! The hotel is outdated and smells of damp and mold! There was no heating in the room, no electrical outlets in the bathroom, and the cleanliness was appalling. Breakfast cost €11 per person, which is absolutely not worth it! For that price, you might as well have stayed at a budget hotel. €320 for 2 adults and 1 child—very expensive for absolutely no comfort. A terrible experience! Absolutely avoid this place! 😡

08/01/2026: We came during the Christmas market and booked through Booking.com more than two months in advance at €200 per night for two people. The welcome was cold, especially from the owner. We were given a small annex to the main building, and the room was simply disastrous, with sound and heat insulation worthy of the 1920s. The decor was probably from the same era, as was the carpet (yes, carpet in 2025!). Of course, the heating wasn't turned on before our arrival in the middle of December... The bedding would make even the most talkative duck sound mute. The bathroom was like a prefabricated construction site unit with peeling wallpaper, but the water was very hot! Our neighbors on the same floor seemed to be having their phone conversations right next to our bedside, as we could hear everything they were saying, in addition to the smell of their cigarettes, which are prohibited in the building but apparently had no consequences after we reported it to the staff. Breakfast at €13 consists of a hot drink, a croissant, a glass of juice (not chosen and already served before you arrive), four small slices of bread, access to a fruit basket, and cereal from unbranded dispensers with no information about origin... One store-brand Laughing Cow cheese wedge per person! So avoid this place.

15/12/2024: While passing through to see the Colmar Christmas market, we stopped at this restaurant without reservation. Good welcome. The meal was good overall. Fast service. The only downside, we were quite crowded with other customers

19/10/2025: It was near the hotel I was staying at. 45 minutes before they asked me what I wanted to drink. Another 20 minutes went by before they came to take my order (after I reminded the waiter). I ordered a burger to get through it quickly. Well, honestly, it's really not great... I don't know what was really good... Anyway. I personally wouldn't set foot there again. Regards.

17/10/2025: Restaurant to avoid, a disaster with an exorbitant price for the style of catering.. Friday evening 8 p.m., 2 tables occupied in the entire restaurant, a couple and a table of 3, already it is not a good sign and that is confirmed. The quantity of sauce to accompany your meat is so minimal that it is a sketch the next step it will be served to you in a teaspoon. Desserts no spoons to eat the ice creams there were 3 of us I get up from the table to go and report it, no sugar with the coffee, also, not even an excuse for forgetting he brings back a spoon when there are three desserts, he tells me you told me a spoon it is almost us who are at fault for their forgetfulness, an XL Bueno waffle cup ordered no Bueno and yet a pretty picture on the menu but three marshmallows put in place without asking if we like or offering another dessert as a replacement, this same dessert should have had Nutella, no trace of Nutella but a little chocolate coulis, an industrial waffle and 2 scoops of ice cream all for €9.95, a scam and a misleading card if we base ourselves on the image and the name of the dessert... A gourmet coffee was ordered, an espresso with half an industrial waffle, a vanilla scoop and a small pot of whipped cream with speculoos, inedible or enough to make you sick, unfresh cream, a rancid smell and a suspicious taste which was reported but no replacement from them offered or an apology for the inconvenience, a strawberry tartlet not present, the most unpleasant waiter tells us that it is written on the website that the tartlet is only served in season..lol I am at the table of the restaurant where I eat on the site what is this most lunar response? we don't warn you I have to guess or specify it on the menu is too complicated for them apparently but the price remains the same with or without tartlet a gag this restaurant, the waiter refuses to smell the pot of whipped cream, confidence reigns in their fresh product and tells me to lower my voice, I think I'm dreaming never seen that..I tell him that I will leave an unfavorable review and I hope that the hierarchy will see it and assume, he looks at me with a smile and answers me well done you want that to do what to me, sir still allows himself to look down on customers, hallucinating.. Total for this espresso half an industrial waffle, a vanilla scoop and a pot of inedible whipped cream 9.40€..3 tables occupied including ours on a Friday evening was suspicious and it is confirmed. Go eat elsewhere you will be better received and with better consideration for a much more correct price and especially with good products, our first and last time in this pseudo restaurant.. customer table of 3 people, 1 adult and 2 children with a total bill of €132 reduced to €128 for this sad spectacle of catering and a lack of respect for customers... I'll keep the bill to show my visit to your establishment if you dispute my opinion or doubt it.

18/01/2026: The place was practically empty, yet the service was incredibly slow (over half an hour for nuggets, and the table next to us waited over an hour even though there were only three occupied tables)... What's more, why take so long for frozen food and subway fare? The wait and the prices are completely unjustified (including the drinks). A false economy, avoid it at all costs... If this is how you're going to operate, open a kebab shop; it would be more honest (and even then!).

16/01/2026: Oh God—where do I even begin? This place isn’t worth even one star. Even if you’re starving, don’t go here. The food quality was absolutely terrible. I’ve been to more than 100 Indian restaurants across over 25 countries, including India itself, and without a doubt this is the worst Indian restaurant I have ever visited. I honestly don’t know who is cooking here. The biryani was completely tasteless, and the rice tasted old and smelled unpleasant. The naan—well, I have no idea what that was. It certainly wasn’t naan. The service was just as bad. The lady serving us kept coming to the table just to adjust the tablecloth, which made the whole experience awkward and uncomfortable. They really need to learn how to cook before opening a restaurant.
