28/12/2024: Twice I have eaten there, two disappointments. The sourness and nastiness of the employees, the quality of the breads which are very clearly those of yesterday. When I kindly and politely ask for the bread to be fresh, I am greeted with incredible rudeness by the employee who seems to be a manager. No need to think too much, this is the worst fast food restaurant in Colmar and the worst Subway I have ever eaten at. I will never come back again. You don't need to be haughty and mean, we spend our money here. A restaurant should be a place where you eat in peace and good humor, not a nest of anxiety and stress from the staff taking out on the customers. 0/20.

10/12/2024: We ate really well! The sandwiches are generous and very good, good value for money. The place is clean, the staff is welcoming and responsive. I highly recommend this place if you want to have a good time eating quality sandwiches at reasonable prices.

16/12/2024: Getting worse and worse, less and less quantity in snacks. Merchandise not protected from customer spit.

10/12/2024: Regular of this brand, if I go there regularly, it is because I find my happiness there....possibility of having on the spot, pastries or others with drinks, hot or cold...well thought out at this intersection. ..

24/09/2024: I was perplexed at first when I saw the prices, but when I saw the plate arrive, I understood... Be careful, reserved for big eaters! 🤣 The meat is of very good quality, the service is impeccable. Unmissable restaurant. Well done ! 👏👏👏

23/09/2024: We start with an armored parking lot. The room is nice and so are the staff. Very smiling indeed. Obviously we come here for heavy stuff. Almost gargantuan. Some dishes seem successful so perhaps just the lamb shank is without much flavor because the tartes flambées were considered excellent. Too bad for me then

17/12/2024: It is one of the few places where you can eat a breakfast with bread, butter, jam, crepes or a French omelette or with some ingredients, grilled eggs. It is also in a good area and is one of the few that is open for breakfast. Well, I'll have everything later and you have to eat something sweet at a bakery or a sandwich. And the girl waitress was very nice because of her accent, I think it was Argentina, so she was able to understand me well and it really helped me a lot. In fact, I think that all the clients there were when I was there were Spanish. I recommend it

28/09/2024: Great recommendation! The restaurant is very authentic, from the food to the decor to the service. The food was super tasty, the selection was great (also a lot of vegetarian + vegan) and the waiting time was very short.

16/09/2024: Similarly to the woman who posted last week, I just happened by the restaurant while out for a pick up meal in the rain. I’ve been in France for two weeks and the Tangine chicken was the best meal my wife and I have had yet!

01/12/2025: One of the best. A super large döner sandwich, for a great price. Very tasty and fullfilling. You never want it to finish. Staff were very welcoming and nice. You can also see them cooking everything right in front of you. I recommend everyone near by to give them a try.

25/09/2024: I deeply feel suspicious of how the Michelin judges rate this restaurant as Michelin Guide... Perhaps Michelin should re-select more professional judges to rate this restaurant! For anyone who wants to try this restaurant, I suggest that you should go to other restaurants nearby. Croque Jeune Homme, the taste is pretty good, but one thing that bothers me was the bread was so burnt... I understand that you cooked this with butter; however, as a professional chef, you should know that high heat would burnt the bread, even though you wanna aim for the crunchiness. Angus Beef Ribeye, the worst beef dish we've ever had, compare to any restaurants in France, Canada, US, & even Hong Kong! I have no idea who the hell rate this restaurant as one of the Michelin Guide restaurants?! This dish is 55€ per person. We left 1/3 of chewy tendon & overcooked beef on the brass plate & plates, which my mom & I couldn't able to eat. It's like chewing a rubber band. I can’t believe I’ve spent 110€ on this lousy dish!!! Message for Chef Jean Kurtz, although I've learned French cooking in US & have tried many top decent French restaurants. Besides a long wait for the dishes, your dishes are far worse than what I was expected! We are NOT the only customers complained to your two servers, who were ONLY busy serving a big party downstairs & ignored the rest of the customers (upstairs) in your restaurant! Compare to other restaurants who were serving dinner on a Wednesday evening, your restaurant wasn't as packed or busy as other restaurants. It’s a shame that your culinary skills seemed going down the hill.

25/09/2024: It’s a shame to give this restaurant three stars because the cuisine and presentation were both solid. I had the foie gras as a starter and the beef tartare as a main. My wife got the salmon with a side salad, and it came with mashed potatoes. We ordered a grand cru Riesling which was excellent. While the menu is limited, the restaurant offers an extensive although pricey wine list. The problem came when we were finished with the meal we wanted desserts and champagne but we sat for over thirty minutes with completely empty glasses - no water or wine - while being intentionally ignored by our server. This wasn’t a case of picky Americans in a rush. We were happy to linger but it was overly obvious they were short staffed or didn’t care. It ruined what could have been a perfect evening. Now we know why this place gets 4 stars and not more.

16/12/2024: Good morning Relatively mixed. The mussels weren't bad but the quantity remains totally disrespectful coming from a large group! The waitress was very good! I still remain disappointed and will not come back...

14/12/2024: Not at all happy 20€ for a small square of salmon and a few mussels I left feeling hungry this is not normal, I asked for bread just to eat at least a few things I was told that There was some cooking but we were never served it, plus we had to wait 50 minutes before being served, only positive point the waiter was friendly.
