19/10/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An exceptional stay, a fantastic team, and a truly wonderful discovery! We had a marvelous weekend at Le Rapp and left with our heads full of memories! ❤️ From the moment we arrived, we received a perfect welcome. A huge thank you to both the morning and afternoon teams, who were lovely, available, and attentive throughout our stay. A special thank you to the young woman who greeted us in the morning: she took the time to explain everything about the parking and gave us numerous recommendations for exploring Colmar. Her advice was very helpful and allowed us to fully enjoy the city. It's truly a little extra that makes all the difference! We were also particularly touched by the attentiveness of the entire team. Every time we went to reception or came down from our room, they spontaneously asked us if we needed anything. This availability, kindness, and genuine attention to guests are remarkable. We truly felt welcomed and valued, and that's invaluable! The hotel's location is also ideal. We were able to park our car and not touch it all weekend: the center of Colmar is just a five-minute walk away! This is a real advantage for exploring the city at a leisurely pace, strolling through its charming streets, and enjoying every moment without worrying about transportation. As for the room, it was exactly what we needed: a true haven for relaxation and rejuvenation. A special mention goes to the bathrobes, which were absolutely fantastic and incredibly comfortable! 🥰 A detail that may seem insignificant, but which greatly contributed to the enjoyment of the stay. We also really appreciated the swimming pool. It's large, pleasant, and spacious enough to enjoy without feeling cramped. Our only slight complaint was the water temperature, which we found a little chilly. We were expecting warmer water, almost like a bath, but we heard it was 27°C. With the rather low temperatures outside this weekend, that's perfectly understandable. It didn't stop us from enjoying it at all! And then, breakfast… a real gem! We devoured it. The quality of the products and the presence of local specialties allowed us to discover some wonderful regional flavors. It was delicious, generous, and above all, a truly unique experience. Another excellent memory of our stay! 😋 In short, we were won over! An ideally located hotel, quality service, a comfortable room, beautiful relaxation areas, and, above all, an exceptional team that truly contributes to making the experience unique. We came to enjoy a girls' weekend and we were able to savor every moment, without a care in the world. A huge thank you to the entire Rapp team for your warm welcome, helpful advice, availability, and all the thoughtful touches that make for such wonderful memories. We wholeheartedly recommend this establishment and will cherish the memory of our stay. A truly beautiful place in Colmar! ❤️

18/10/2026: Friendly staff, but unfortunately, serious cleanliness issues! The only truly positive aspect of our stay was the exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. A heartfelt thank you to them! Unfortunately, the hotel otherwise failed to impress. The rooms are generally very dated. Apparently, there are two categories: old and old with a few minor renovations. The swimming pool is rather mediocre and, with its foil-lined pool, hardly resembles a high-quality hotel pool. In general, we had the impression that the pictures on the hotel's website or on Booking.com look significantly better than reality – as if Photoshop had been heavily used. The area designated as a "wellness area" is located in the basement and, in our opinion, hardly deserves the name. Instead of a relaxing wellness atmosphere, one is greeted by a rather meager little swimming pool and a tiny, completely overheated sauna, where we had the impression that neither the temperature was controlled nor any attention paid to the usual amenities. Even fresh drinking water was missing – which, for me, is an absolute given in a wellness area. What is completely unacceptable, however, is the lack of cleanliness! Our first room had old, clearly visible stains on the carpet, smelled musty, and gave a truly unhygienic impression. In the bathroom, we found long hairs, pubic hairs, and other stains. After complaining, we were given a different, slightly better room – unfortunately, the cleanliness level was hardly any better. We cannot comment on breakfast and other meals, as we did not have them. Overall, it's a real shame, because with the friendly staff, there is definitely potential. However, there is considerable room for improvement, especially regarding hygiene and the condition of the rooms. The three stars are primarily for the friendly staff. Otherwise, our stay was very disappointing, and we would not book it again.

15/08/2026: An exceptional address in Colmar. An absolute must-try! There are restaurants where you have a wonderful time… and then there are those you're still talking about days later. JY'S undoubtedly belongs to the latter category. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the restaurant's ambiance: a magnificent, elegant, and welcoming decor, where every detail seems to have been meticulously considered. Nothing is left to chance, right down to the tableware and cutlery, which are true extensions of the dining experience. The service is on par with the cuisine: professional, attentive, and elegant, but never intrusive. This perfect balance is particularly appreciated in an establishment of this caliber. And the food… wow! Everything is incredibly precise, with flavors that complement each other, perfectly mastered textures, and an ability to surprise without ever losing its equilibrium. But if there's one dish that will stay with us for a long time, it's undoubtedly the stuffed cabbage with lobster. A true marvel. I don't think I'm still reeling from that dish… A dish as surprising as it was delicate, and above all, incredibly delicious. We also had the pleasure of chatting with the chef, Jean-Yves Schillinger, a moment we truly enjoyed. An approachable, warm chef with a great sense of humor… and clearly a penchant for teasing the locals of Eguisheim. Bravo to the entire JY'S team for this magnificent evening. Behind the excellence and precision of a great establishment, there are personalities, spontaneity, and a genuine soul. A remarkable gastronomic experience, a sublime setting, exceptional cuisine, and impeccable service. We left with smiles on our faces… and above all, with a burning desire to return.

07/08/2026: Our second visit to JY’S, and our first impression was completely confirmed! A remarkable establishment in every way: the welcome, the ambiance, the quality of the food, the service… Everything was perfect! A refined and flawless experience that truly deserves to be highlighted. A huge congratulations to the Chef and his entire team for this magnificent work. We will definitely be back!

12/06/2026: The food was good and authentic. Generally service was good as the waiter tried his best to serve. It was a bit disappointing that he didn’t remind us of the ice-cream that came with our kid’s meal when I asked for the bill as the restaurant was also less busy by then. It was before we left that we remembered the ice-cream as part of the meal. My kids resorted to taking the ice-cream outside al-fresco style.

11/03/2026: It's a lovely shop with helpful staff. You can choose it to try different teas, take a break, and warm up. Seating is limited, but we were very pleased with both the teas we tried and the atmosphere; I recommend it.

13/10/2025: Super sweet shop with lovely owner and staff. Favorite was Le Toit du Monde (?). It was very reasonably priced and you get plenty of we ordered a few and shared to try. Recommend on a chilly day for sure!

23/09/2026: Disappointing value for money with bland cuisine. Service that completely ignored basic professionalism. Toilet smells upon entering the restaurant.

28/09/2026: A beautiful setting overlooking the Champ de Mars park, perfect for enjoying a pleasant moment. I had the opportunity to go there with a friend for a drink and was lucky enough to be served by Natacha, a waitress who works at this café. She's a very cheerful, pleasant, and smiling person. It was a pleasure to be looked after by her. The other servers were also very pleasant, smiling, and welcoming. I have nothing but praise, both for the location and the staff, who made our time there a very enjoyable experience.

22/09/2026: We only had a few drinks to pass the time before checking into our accommodation. The young woman who served us charmingly smiled away the language barrier, but unfortunately, we didn't see her again for a long time. We would definitely have stayed for another drink, but unfortunately, our time was up, and we went straight to paying when her colleague sent her over. We can't comment on the food. Card and cash payments are accepted. The café is in a quiet location, and we certainly wouldn't rule out another visit.

15/09/2026: I love good ice cream, but it's rare that an ice cream parlor really blows me away. This lime ice cream is simply amazing.

18/09/2026: Service, food, and atmosphere were perfect. Nothing bad to say. For us, everything was perfect.

11/10/2026: Very good food, excellent Tarte Flambée gratinée and hummus. Good desserts. Fast and friendly waiters.

10/10/2026: Great restaurant, especially since the owner is from the Vosges region, not far from where we live.
