This river no longer resembles what it used to be, it has lost many of its inhabitants such as crayfish... and brown trout are becoming increasingly rare given the warming of the water. In summer it happens more and more often that this river dries up, leading to the death of the beings who inhabit it. A long time ago I fished in this river, it was alive at that time. This summer 2021 when I came back, I didn't recognize him. How sad.

28/08/2024: I don't understand the negative reviews, we ate there today, a porcini mushroom fondue with a plate of charcuterie, as well as a tiramisu dessert with Velay strawberries and blueberry tart, it's a real treat for the taste buds, we had a great time Reserve before coming!!!!

25/08/2024: I admit that I don't understand some of the negative reviews... We were very well received in this restaurant, the fondue was really very good and the desserts too! I highly recommend this restaurant if you are in the area.

28/08/2024: Un employé à refusé de servir un simple expresso, alors que la machine n'était ni en panne, ni arrêtée !! Bien que je me doive de le signaler, je ne dirai ni le jour ni l'heure où cette négligence assumée s'est produite, afin de ne viser personne. En revanche, si l'employé en question me lit, qu'il se souvienne simplement qu'il est le garant de l'image de marque...

20/04/2024: Accueil excellent lors d’un séjour à vélo. Le patron se donne une façade un peu bourrue mais il est en réalité accueillant, jovial et très prévenant (il m’a attribué une chambre avec petite terrasse pour que je profite du soleil). Les chambres sont simples mais confortables et le lit très accueillant. Au dîner j’ai dégusté des produits maison, notamment une entrecôte de boeuf local, à tomber, une île flottante maison, que du plaisir. Le petit déjeuner copieux, et varié et lui aussi composé de produits locaux ou fait maison, pour le prix de deux espressos dans un bistrot. Au total une addition plus que raisonnable pour cette nuitée. En conclusion, une adresse sans prétention mais très accueillante à quelques kilomètres du Puy-en-Velay.

14/04/2024: A step not to be missed (advice for my biker friends). An excellent welcome, everything was perfect, a family-run inn, a kitchen with fresh produce (it feels good 😀) a pleasant welcome from the boss and his family as well as the mother. The rooms are very cute and clean with a pleasant view. We will come back without hesitation. ☺️

16/08/2024: not welcoming at all, inedible cuisine even my son's school cooking is better the dry rice without sauce the chocolate mousse no taste and poorly mixed and highlight of the show the meat overcooked and dry the waiter does not even ask for it to be cooked the atmosphere doesn't make you want to come back....

12/09/2024: In itself it's good but the cashier was haughty and it's the first time I've seen a bakery charge for its bags, they made a friend who had ordered on toogoodtogo pay for the packaging and the packaging never came. was put and I had to put everything in a backpack, I'll never go back there again. 05/09/2024: We were passing through and obviously a passage to the cuddly crumb was necessary! Correct service although the waiters are not very smiling. As for the 3 chocolate cookie, I was not disappointed!

23/06/2024: En ce dimanche 23 Juin, commande passée à une borne et à emporter vers les 11h. En attendant de récupérer les produits commandés, avons attendu devant le comptoir......et face à nous un employé qui portait un masque sous le cou,s,est tripoté le nez sans arrêt.....sans lavage des mains. BONJOUR L,HYGIÈNE !!!!!. , DEGOUTANT!!!!.Je me suis permis de le dire à un de ses collègues. Donnez des cours d,hygiène à vos employés......

23/08/2024: Revenant de vacances j ai pu faire un tour culinaire de plusieurs restaurants Sur 3 semaines de loin l expérience la plus nulle Les produits sont de piètres qualités mal coupés et l assaisonnement devait provenir d une préparation toute faite Un prix complètement démesuré On regrette les anciens propriétaires qui étaient des vrais professionnels A éviter absolument
