16/08/2024: The pack of cigarettes is 12€50 and they take the card from 13€ as if by chance. They ask to buy something extra. The high bank charges are a false pretext, they are in fact practicing forced sales! In short, take your precautions and go to Italy because there is no point in going to Briancon where this tobacconist has a virtual monopoly.

Great welcome! I am asking for advice on a book for my 7 year old son, the person has the excellent reflex to speak to him directly and take him to the section to understand what he likes and advise him best. What more could you expect from a bookstore?! A big thank-you ! Thanks to you, my son is making amends with a book he chose, thus increasing his desire to read it tenfold and the impression of having been welcomed like a grown-up.

When paying I ask to pay by credit card, the waiter tells me it's more expensive! We think it's a joke but no he tells me that if I don't pay in cash it's €26!!

24/09/2024: A heavenly place to stop for a break, but be careful, it's better to be prepared, because the service is of the "rough" type, under the background of grumbling between the grandpa who does the service and his wife who cooks and who puts impossible pressure on him, it's laughable and many of us were bursting with laughter on the terrace to see them both grumbling... Still, the porcini mushroom omelettes were excellent and the blueberry tart idem!

18/02/2024: Move on, unless you like to pay more than elsewhere and be sent packing!
I bought a Reblochon Pochat 240gr for 8.50 euros. And what a surprise to see it in the Carrefour market 5 minutes later at 4.90 euros!
I went back to tell her, knowing that I waited until there were no customers so as not to put her at odds, that it wasn't very pleasant to be fooled by so much difference, the elderly lady told me that she didn't care... That's the price she pays for it... (She buys it at Carrefour?...) Ok, but then don't offer not products that can be found 50m later and with no added value for your kind of business that one would think specializes in cheese...
In short, having a difference of 1 or even 2 euros is but as much at this price level and having this kind of comments in response is anything but commercial. Especially since I opened the door for her as a commercial gesture by telling her that we had other purchases to do before leaving, but she told me to go elsewhere. I would advise this lady to go somewhere other than a store. The station doesn't need traders like her...

03/08/2024: Super restaurant, que ce soit pour déjeuner, dîner ou juste prendre un goûter, je recommande vivement !
Personnel extrêmement sympathique et bienveillant, qui ne se défait pas de son sourire. Patron très gentil également, qui prends le temps de discuter.
Les chiens sont acceptés, et dans notre cas, a même eu le droit à une gamelle d’eau et un petit bout de glace ;)
On y mange très bien, une cuisine faite maison avec des repas bien copieux.
Une super expérience !
23/03/2024: Ca reste un bon restaurant, mais j'ai malgré tout été déçue par la trilogie de tartiflettes (reblochon, saint marcelin, fourme). 3 bols avec des p de terre (quantité ok) et 1 fromage différent par bol (là en revanche vous avez été radin sur le fromage) : c'est bien dommage car en fait dans la tartiflette ce que l'on aime c'est qd même le fromage !!!! surtout que du coup étant donné le prix ça fait cher le kilo de p de terre.
Il faut donc rester sur des valeurs sûres : la boite chaude (que j'avais gouté un midi) et avec laquelle je m'étais régalée ou le carpaccio de boeuf !

25/07/2024: In this place, after the service, the blower is used to move the waste (cigarette butts, papers, etc.) present on the terrace towards the roadway. We probably tell ourselves that the next gust of wind or the next rain will make all this disappear. Or perhaps we say more simply that the important thing is that the waste is no longer on the terrace...
