19/02/2026: What a wonderful experience! A small restaurant with few tables (be sure to book!), but authentic, refined, and perfectly executed cuisine—we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! The menu is concise because all the ingredients are fresh: 3 starters, 3 main courses, 3 desserts—you can't go wrong, everything is delicious! Personally, I highly recommend the foie gras crème brûlée with a glass of Muscat wine, and the scallops with butternut squash purée and coconut foam. If you like fish, try the "Montgolfière" (an assortment of fish in a creamy sauce, served in a tureen with a crispy puff pastry lid)—it's divine! A warm welcome from the chef/owner and the two servers, who were lovely and attentive. Thank you!

15/01/2026: A perfect seaside/harbor restaurant. The food is fresh and delicious; I honestly don't regret stopping there! The place is incredibly pleasant and nicely shaded, especially in the heat. Almost 70 euros, one bill for two, and we had wine, but with the setting and the warm service, it was well worth it!

Excellent and friendly service, attentive from arrival to departure. The seafood is fresh and perfectly prepared. A real treat! Impeccable hygiene. Highly recommended.

06/02/2026: Saw the restaurant had oysters fresh. Ordered 12 oysters for 19.99. euros. The oysters were awful. Just skins. Worst oysters in the whole world. On the menu the 12 oysters listed for 19.99 euros. The check the waiter(owner?) gave us shows a charge of 4 Euros for "1 Suggestion." Asked the waiter, and he said the oysters were from far away, so there is an 4 Euro extra charge. However, on his menu, there is no listing for the extra charge. The waiter/owner saw we were tourists and tried to skin us? There are many excellent restaurants with very delicious food, including oyster. We had dinner the day before at La Dolce. Excellent food and outstanding service. Sete is famous for its oysters. So when visiting Sete, try to avoid this Bar Le Passage. They serve you oysters with only skins, and they will try to skin you!
