25/05/2026: At first glance, it looks like a tourist trap (printed-out pictures of food, etc.), but: Aside from the market hall, which beats everything else, this is where I’ve had the best meal—and at the best value for money. Super fresh and plentiful, tuna steaks seared to a perfect pink, everything seasoned to perfection, a laid-back bistro atmosphere—it does feel a bit like an assembly-line operation, but I highly recommend it. Everyone should definitely give it a try for themselves; it’s worth it!

01/05/2026: Excellent restaurant in Sète. The welcome is warm and genuine. The dishes are homemade with great flavor, freshness, and care. The decor is also unique. I highly recommend it!

25/04/2026: A lovely spot by the canal, just steps from the underground parking. The lunchtime set menu is generous and very reasonably priced. The à la carte menu features the local specialty, macaronade.

18/05/2026: We appreciated the organization and the owner's efforts to limit the number of customers and avoid overcrowding. The setting is pleasant, and the waitresses are friendly too. The food was good, and the price was reasonable. We recommend it!

The oysters weren't great, the chorizo ​​sauce with the dish was tasteless, and some of the products were past their expiration date, but the owner didn't seem at all concerned, judging by his responses. We asked for a gesture of goodwill, and the owner did it, although it would have been even better if he had done it himself. The waitress, on the other hand, was smiling, pleasant, and helpful.

07/12/2025: A meal during a visit to the city, surrounded by regulars, which is always reassuring. The welcome was very warm, despite the restaurant being full. The food was generous and showcased the fresh, seasonal ingredients on the menu. A very good experience; I highly recommend it.

04/12/2025: Spectacular!! The quality of the fish is superb and everything is cooked to perfection. The red mullet and sea bass were a 10/10! We had a truly wonderful dinner and were very satisfied with everything.

18/05/2026: We stumbled upon this establishment by chance during a stroll. It was the attractively presented chalkboard menu that caught our eye. The waiter quickly took charge of us and offered us a table that suited us perfectly. Unfortunately, what followed was a series of disappointments, starting with the menu itself: a simple photo of the chalkboard printed on a white sheet of paper and slipped into a plastic sleeve. This immediately set the tone and revealed a clear lack of professionalism. We ordered an aperitif, followed by mussels marinière with aioli and fries for my husband, and fish soup for me. The mussels, served in a shallow bowl, were small, dry, and overcooked. The aioli advertised on the menu was missing, and the fries were clearly mass-produced despite the "homemade" label. Other dishes and preparations also appeared to be mass-produced, contradicting the same claim. The fish soup wasn't hot enough: the cheese didn't melt, the soup was very thin, and almost tasteless. The only positive point was the aperitif: the white Martini, hard to mess up since it comes straight from the bottle, was served in a double measure. The Aperol Spritz was also well-served and properly measured. A German couple seated next to us experienced the same problems, or even worse, compounded by communication difficulties. When ordering, they were told three times that dishes were unavailable. They finally had to choose out of desperation, and it wasn't until the fourth attempt that their order was confirmed… not to mention the errors in their drink order. This experience was very disappointing, and we strongly recommend avoiding this place. It's rare to find an establishment displaying such a level of unprofessionalism.
