01/08/2026: Hello, We were a little disappointed. The welcome was very warm and friendly, and the view and the restaurant itself are magnificent. Unfortunately, the food was disappointing for the price. We expected better from a culinary standpoint. You're paying for the view, not the food. We ordered a duck leg drowned in lemon-mint sauce, completely masking the taste of the duck and the accompanying potatoes. There was juice everywhere. My fillet, ordered rare, arrived medium-rare. On top of that, the fries didn't look homemade, which is the bare minimum in a restaurant, given how simple it is to make them. I ordered a whisky, and honestly, they served me less than 2 cl for €9. We've been to many restaurants, including some top-notch ones, and we've never seen anything like it. It's a tourist trap; the only thing that's nice is the view. We should consider changing the owner so as not to spoil this beautiful place any longer.

30/07/2026: I went to eat there with my father and honestly, a huge congratulations, the food is excellent!! The homemade fries are truly incredible!! The portion is enormous! I highly recommend it.

06/09/2026: On holidays in the area and we visited Hors la Loire twice for lunch. Food was top notch as was the wine chosen for us by the waitress first time and the owner second time. Service is just right. The tomato salad starter was especially good. Would happily try any of the dishes. Lovely relaxed ambiance. Highly recommend. (Spotlessly clean toilets).

21/08/2026: Excellent crêperie! We had a wonderful meal; the crêpes were delicious, and the beef was excellent too! A huge thank you to the two waiters who were so kind to us and our baby. The first one found us a table and helped us carry our stroller up, and the second one helped us carry it back down when we left. Thank you both for your kindness and help; it was truly appreciated! We had a lovely time and will gladly return on our next visit to Saint-Malo 😊

21/08/2026: Arriving as a group of 11 during peak tourist season, we were greeted with a warm smile. Throughout our meal, both the servers and the owners offered helpful advice, not only on the dishes themselves but also on places to visit in the surrounding area. We even had the opportunity to hear about the history of the restaurant and its unique, welcoming design. A truly wonderful experience, both personally and culinaryly. Thank you! I highly recommend it!

19/06/2026: A healthy and delicious takeaway meal for train travel! So much better than anything else offered at the station or on the train. Today I tried the thin tart with its mackerel galette. No photo, I've already eaten it all. Paris-Brest cream puffs for dessert. A real discovery! Here's the menu for the week.

30/04/2026: What can one say to perfection… Each in season dish is carefully greated with the main ingredient. Love ❤️. With a well balanced taste profile. You can taste every ingredient that was passionately place together. The atmosphere is very pleasant. And the Customer Service Experience was awesome 👏

13/09/2026: Excellent oysters, high standard of food quality, and a very kind owner. Honestly, we were very well looked after by the manager; it was fantastic!

25/08/2026: Very disappointing. We arrived at 7:30 PM, well before closing, but were simply turned away with no explanation, not even whether a reservation was required. Another nearby restaurant kindly welcomed us and mentioned that this place is unfortunately not known for its hospitality.

31/08/2026: August 30th: We arrived at the last minute without a reservation, and all the servers were incredibly friendly and smiling, without exception. It was a pleasure to dine at this establishment. The pizza and pasta were very good, and the menu offered a wide variety of options to suit all tastes!

01/08/2026: Hello, we had a wonderful stay. This is our second time here. The staff are incredibly friendly and professional, the setting is exotic and peaceful with its giant palm trees and countryside area, and the children quickly made friends at the kids' club. We hope to come back next year with Grandma.

06/09/2026: Our table of 6 had a variety of dishes and all were excellent. My Moule Frites were excellent and a large serving for the price. Our server was very nice. They even have a kids menu. Great place.
