11/09/2024: Fast service & good ice cream, too bad some flavors are missing... that would have been appreciated but otherwise the house specialty offer is interesting for enjoying a good ice cream with many flavors, alone with family or friends. The servers are friendly, there is room on the terrace and inside to enjoy!
08/09/2024: Delicious ice cream, but the way it is served makes it an experience. Every cone is a flower. Why haven't I seen that before? Very nice, but also tasty.

25/07/2024: Small restaurant in an alley, a little out of the way. But it fills up very quickly. Excellent food and the owners are very attentive. Family atmosphere.
22/07/2024: Home cooking, really better than in all-you-can-eat buffets or bought in supermarkets. Beautiful decoration although it is simple. Welcomed and served with a smile. Small downside is the Sopalin as a towel.

23/09/2024: We ate here twice during our week in Amboise - and both meals were absolutely wonderful! My partner is vegetarian, but this did not thow the chef - she ate extremely well without recourse to just beggies or tofu, which is often the easy way out for restaurants. The decor is pretty stark, but this is more than made up for by the food - its quality, cooking and presentation is superb.
We were stunned to discover that there is only one person in the kitchen and one person front of house - that calls for extreemely good organisation and efficiency!
I would recommend this restaurant without question - try it, you wont be disappointed!
16/09/2024: Restaurant bien caché (trouvé par hasard) dans une petite rue de cette jolie ville d'Amboise. Ne pas se fier à l'entrée sur rue paraissant fermée. Repas délicieux. Accueil et service très agréable. Je recommande vivement. Nous avons passé une très belle soirée.

10/09/2024: Casual spot right outside Amboise Castle. Attentive service, and all of our food was outstanding. Our party of six did not have a reservation but we were seated at 7 and experienced no difficulties. Mixed drinks were good, wine and beer selection were decent and the food was really well done. Standouts were the chimmichurri burger, mallard (duck) French fries were light in color but incredibly crispy. If you are seeking a salad the Caesar with chicken was chock full of wonderful chicken.

01/09/2024: Magnificent restaurant with an incredible terrace overlooking the castle walls, very friendly and kind staff, the meal was incredible, it was all very good, the only small thing was the desserts were not up to the standard of the dishes served.

20/09/2024: Pizzas cooked to perfection, very well garnished, with a very thin and crispy crust (which is increasingly rare), with attentive service. A mention for the decor made of old furniture, found by the owner with great taste. There were 6 of us at the table and we all enjoyed the place. Recommended, at the foot of the castle (easy parking along the Loire)

08/09/2024: Simple restaurant. The service was very friendly and attentive, the prices are low, but this is also reflected in the quality of the food. Ultimately suitable for a quick meal that should be cheap.
17/08/2024: A joy! The attentive owner cooks homemade food with simplicity and kindness.
She prepared a small pasta dish which was not on the menu for our 9 year old daughter, a very kind gesture!
Positive comments don't lie to you, don't hesitate to push the door!
