15/08/2024: Vendredi dernier nous avons passé un moment enchanteur à l'écluse de Villeneuve-sur-Lot ! Niché au bord du Lot, cet endroit magique nous a offert une expérience inoubliable. La planche gourmande, une véritable symphonie de saveurs, a comblé nos papilles. Merci infiniment aux employés attentionnés et à l'équipe en cuisine pour leur accueil chaleureux et leur savoir-faire. 17/08/2024: A panini is prepared with a panini machine, it should come out slightly flattened, it cannot be put as is, in an oven for 1 minute. So €7.50 for a 33cl can of coke and a panini bread with a few cheese crumbs in it...that's a bit stingy.

06/08/2024: Pleasant welcome & Pleasant Service. Good location in the city center of Agen & pedestrian street so very practical for taking a break on the terrace & cooling off!

05/08/2023: We ate Assiette Périgourdine. It was well stocked with lettuce and the appropriate meats, but instead of a decent vinaigrette, a generous dollop of balsamic vinegar was added, which completely ruined the taste. After some searching we also discovered fried potatoes: my husband found 1 piece, I found 2. Not much if that is mentioned as a side dish. Maybe ask the previous operators how things can be improved. A disappointing experience.

24/08/2024: The restaurant is located in a splendid historic building. Staff was friendly but new on the job and given the setting surprisingly poorly trained. We had the flagship dish "Salt crust chicken for 4 people" only available on pre-order. The food was pleasant but the presentation lacked attention to detail. Overall an average dining experience in an exceptional setting, but not aligned with the above average pricing.

13/08/2024: Nous nous sommes régalés, accueil chaleureux, le Chef Michel Trama nous a bien conseillés, un menu délicieux. Même Théo, le Cavalier King Charle de la famille, est sympathique. La bâtisse ancienne est splendide, la déco soignée vous invite à la détente. Nous recommandons, n’hésitez pas si vous êtes dans cette belle région.

11/08/2024: I am a train driver and regularly stop at Agen station, and I regret to note that it is always the same people in this brasserie who are unpleasant with customers when it is not the employees among themselves who are take the lead in front of everyone. Today around 2 p.m. in a bit of a hurry I only wanted a salad, I asked the waiter if I could sit at a table rather than eating on my train. He tells me no worries, I choose a small round table not set up next to the exit so as not to disturb... and this waitress who is close to retirement takes me out without a hello, that I have an order to take away and that If I don't have a big drink it's annoying. I get up.. she tells me no but you can stay (without a look or a smile) which means that I preferred to go on the train. It’s disappointing because the food is always good here. When I read the other reviews I am reassured on the one hand to see that it is not just my anger that does not come back to them.

10/08/2024: More than 45 minutes for us to be served a coffee and a coke by the least smiling waitress in the world... and we didn't even get our glass of water ordered with a smile. Fortunately there was air conditioning 🤪

11/09/2024: I came today with friends from Poland. They are delighted and they loved the cheddar and bacon fries at home, there are none. Thanks to the team, we had a great time.

04/07/2024: Totalement hors de prix pour la qualité servie 21€ pour un « bowl » qui arrive sous forme d’une assiette de crudités coupées à la va vite et un tas de riz au milieu de l assiette La pavlova se résume à une boule de glace avec 3 tas de chantilly sur le bord de l’assiette et une meringue achetée manifestement toute faite chez un pâtissier. Le tout pour la modique somme de 10€. Le rapport qualité prix n’est absolument pas justifié. À ce niveau là c’est du vol… Dommage l’accueil est plutôt sympathique

02/05/2024: La qualité au rendez-vous, avec un service très pro tout en étant sympa ! Prix corrects. Carte des vins avec du choix. La salle à l’étage est vraiment top. Une belle terrasse aussi.

29/08/2024: I've been there several times to have a drink or a coffee. Always a warm welcome, reasonable prices for drinks. Until now I have always come without planning, outside of lunch hours. I will try the meal as soon as possible. Simple, friendly, large nice terrace. Easy parking outside market days and evenings. People who love their job, and that's worth highlighting in the area.

18/08/2024: We spent a quiet week. In this quality, very clean, friendly gîte with a top swimming pool. Hammocks for naps, small, medium and large have found what they are looking for. The horse farm was a real plus for me and my daughter. The restaurant on site is very nice. Thanks for the stay.

26/07/2024: The setting is superb on the Lot unfortunately it does not justify the price.. no lunch menu, only à la carte. Salads: meh, not very filling. , salmon steak at 18€50: small portion, frozen fries no aioli or mayo or lemon.. disappointment therefore. Friendly service

14/07/2024: Arrival 8:15 p.m..... Extra waitresses waiting for off-course cooks.... Meal on July 14 at 50 euros: Starter 4 shrimps and salmon without flavor or "Landaise" plate in name only. Dish: decent but cold salmon with very dry rice, or duck confit with bland beans..... For dessert 2 scoops of ice cream!!!!? 50 euros !!!!? There were 7 of us, 5 served as main courses, the last 2 15 minutes later...... Avoid for special meals, July 14 or other....

19/09/2024: Really despicable make you wait 1 hour stuck in a drive not even able to make a reduction not even an excuse and in addition cold fries hamburger limit throw in the packaging
