06/04/2024: A great moment as a couple at the Golden Hen this afternoon. Welcoming and warm place, both in the decor and the staff and the chef who comes to introduce himself to each table. Excellent and very generous meal. We will come back with pleasure!

We are fairly regular customers but it is clear that the service is not improving. In the 7 years that we have been in Marmande, we have always had things forgotten about almost all of our orders. Again this evening, the wrong sandwich, a royal bacon instead of a deluxe, only one toy for 2 children's menus, the barbecue sauce for the nuggets forgotten.
It’s amazing the number of errors or omissions since we’ve been customers. Having worked in fast food myself, I know that to err is human but at this point, it reveals a malfunction somewhere…. I already sent a private message about another error another time, I never got a response.
22/06/2024: Before you had to check what was in the bag to see if the whole order was there, now he also checks the sandwiches to see if the meat is there.
I picked up a CBO menu at the drive-thru last night and when I opened the bag of the sandwich I realized that there was only salad and sauce.... I didn't go back because I live in 25 km from Marmande.
I didn't come there often already and I don't think I would go back.
Considering the price already paid, it's annoying.

02/04/2024: I'm DSL, but in this McDonald's, since it opened, there has been a smell of "vomit". My daughter and I were again disappointed, the portions were downright ridiculous compared to McDonald's Bias, and even there, we ate cold... Apart from the ice cream, the ice cream was served melted straight out of the machine. Certainly, on each of my rare visits here, I leave disappointed.
01/04/2024: The girl who works there who cashes us and then tells us our order is super nice, I highly recommend it

20/06/2024: Frankly unpleasant and rude staff, we took a box of nuggets and we only had 2 sauces... we are going to ask for them, they are asking us to pay for them, speaking to us very badly and I am not talking about the manager who failed us. respect !!!
Very disappointing
19/06/2024: The hall is dirty, the tables are not wiped, we barely found a more or less clean table to eat.

24/06/2024: Not welcoming, nothing in the window, the bread is almost cooked, white, catastrophic service, repeated errors every time! It’s over, we’ll help ourselves elsewhere!

27/11/2023: We have been accustomed to coming to the Restaurant le 6 for several years, and I don't think I will return.
After a dinner in this establishment and a salmon tasting (cooked steak), we returned home. A few hours later, indigestion hit me hard, it was a (painful) surprise.
I'm not going to just give 1 star and cry foul because that would be bad language. The dishes are delicious, the atmosphere is courteous and calm, not to mention the value for money!
3/5 seems fair to me given the night of terror that passed.

25/03/2024: We are very satisfied, after a year of experience. Qualivie has always been attentive and available, taking our needs seriously.
So far, we have only had positive things. We hope that this will last and be confirmed over time.
05/03/2024: We had an appointment yesterday with the director who did not come without warning. Not even an excuse. We traveled from Bordeaux for this appointment which had been made in advance and which we confirmed again a week before. Really not serious at all. I don't recommend. Very disappointed. Therefore, we will use another service provider.

07/02/2024: I have eaten a lot of pizzas in all parts of the world, but the 'pizza' I got here was truly the worst I ever ate. I should have known better when ordering, the room where they were made was blue with smoke, cigarette smoke to be clear. It's impossible to eat these pizzas by hand; the base is a factory bottom as thick as a tortilla and tastes like a newspaper. Everything on it falls off immediately. No fresh ingredients, just canned food. Last time we choose Nerac as a stop for something to eat, it was horrible.
