10/05/2026: The setting is pleasant and welcoming; it's a shame I stopped by on a very quiet evening. The food is good but could perhaps use a bit more originality, at least in the presentation—no doubt due to its recent reopening. It has great potential for improvement and growing in popularity.

05/05/2026: I absolutely loved La Table de Marinette! The restaurant, which has retained its original Art Deco style, is simply splendid and full of charm. You immediately feel at home. The owner is incredibly kind, with a truly warm and genuine welcome. And then the meal… Everything was absolutely delicious, nothing to criticize, from beginning to end. An exceptional place that I wholeheartedly recommend. ✨🍽️

27/04/2026: A very enjoyable experience with our meal at Marinette's in Figeac, on the Way of St. James. Having completed our walk, we looked for a restaurant and chose this establishment with its art deco ambiance (special mention for the buffet and the period lighting – 1927 – in this former coaching inn turned restaurant). The simple yet delicious cuisine delighted us, and the desserts, such as the walnut flour cake and a lightly sweetened fruit bavarois, were the perfect ending to a hearty and flavorful meal, served with efficiency by the owner. I highly recommend this gourmet stop with its retro art deco atmosphere!

17/05/2026: We had a great time as a family. The restaurant menu had a good selection. The children could play in the park while waiting for their food. Eight bowling lanes 🎳 – fantastic! There are also arcade games nearby. Everything you need for a great evening :-) 😀

11/04/2026: I have very mixed feelings. The hot drinks and lemon cake were excellent, the atmosphere was great, super cozy... but I also ordered two slices of lemon cake to go (€5 a slice, but I thought, 'It's good, so it doesn't matter.') The problem is that when I got home and opened the box, I found two slices that were badly cut (especially one with a hole right through the middle, leaving almost nothing but the crust!). I took photos, it's a shame I can't post them. I didn't see them being cut, otherwise I would have refused them immediately, and that's not at all what we were served in the dining room. Very disappointed...

20/12/2025: Passing through Figeac, this café quickly became my go-to spot! Excellent coffee, fresh and high-quality pastries, and finally, warm service!! A big thank you to the whole team, always smiling every time I visit! I'll be back ☺️

17/01/2026: We ordered 5 pizzas to take away, and all 5 had very little topping… * 3 Chicken & Pineapple pizzas (each with 5 small pieces of chicken and very little pineapple) * 1 Quercy pizza with only 5 small pieces of duck breast and the Cabécou cheese was practically nonexistent, just spread on top!! * 1 Special pizza also had very little ground beef. This isn't the first time we've ordered from them, and this time we're very disappointed!! Next time we'll go somewhere else!!

22/05/2026: Perfect! The daily special was a plate of goose rillettes (a huge and delicious portion accompanied by vegetables and an original salad), pork chop with sautéed potatoes. Aside from the fact that it was lukewarm, which is a complaint I have about most restaurants, it was very good for the price. The panna cotta was average and very small, but the service was also decent. I recommend it.

26/04/2026: Let's start with the positives: close to everything, spacious playground, beautiful swimming pool. What a shame to have such a beautiful campsite that is so poorly maintained, and the management leaves much to be desired, certainly due to a lack of experience. The campsite is dangerous in some places: railings, mobile homes, unprotected metal posts, and many other issues. Regarding hygiene, the slide and pool weren't cleaned at the beginning of the season, the indoor pool had moldy edges, the slides and outdoor games were dirty, and the mobile homes weren't any cleaner. We questioned the maintenance before our arrival. Nothing is being done to maintain the campsite; many things are deteriorating. We spent our holidays in April, thankfully, because I can't imagine spending July and August at this campsite. There's no pool supervision, swim shorts are allowed, inflatable balls and floats are used, people smoke or vape inside the pool, the campsite rules aren't enforced, everything is normal, I imagine, in July and August with the influx of tourists. I had a fairly good impression of Capfun, but it quickly changed; for us, it was our first time there. And last time. I forgot to mention one thing about the campsite restaurant: we ordered pizzas. The pizzas were made with industrial tomato paste. Very disappointed with the campsite pizzas. Needs improvement.

24/04/2026: A small, well-maintained campsite. Our 8-person mobile home was perfect. There are no charging points for electric cars, and the stairs leading to the slide are quite dangerous; a child was seriously injured during our stay.

06/11/2025: Fantastic!! This kind of place hardly exists anymore. A restaurant where you feel right at home, with a simple, unpretentious lunch menu, but made with love, using good ingredients, and that rivals the often prettier but worse and more expensive cuisine of most restaurants. I recommend it if you want something off the beaten path: hearty, unpretentious French cuisine that's also very affordable! Bravo 👏🏽

23/04/2026: Avoid this place! They tell you the daily menu and serve you something else entirely. A €16.50 menu is worth less than €10, shameful!

18/11/2025: Weekend with my wife, at a hotel-restaurant I know very well from my business trips. We had a room on the first floor in the building before the main building. The room was simple but perfectly adequate. Comfortable bed, new bathroom, large balcony with a breathtaking view of the canyon. The breakfast was plentiful and very reasonably priced. The staff is always very welcoming and smiling, which is lovely! I'm a loyal customer of this 2-star hotel, which offers very reasonable prices considering its website. Never disappointed, I'll keep coming back. Please don't change a thing!
