29/10/2024: When we arrived, they had “forgotten” that the reservation was PRM, despite my two direct calls. And when the elevator that led to all the rooms broke down, they told the repairman “no emergency” and therefore no possibility of sleeping! They thought of giving us a mediocre and expensive dinner before sending us 20 km in the fog to the only PMR guest house possible in the middle of the school holidays. No excuses, commercial gesture (ah if a diabolo and a small beer, requested….). Aggression of the staff! more sinister and cold place. Refusal of a fire, the open chimney being…. broken-down !!!!! In short, to escape! (The locals we met afterwards all told us that they avoided like the plague)

24/08/2024: Great we enjoyed the copious plates for a very reasonable price very good welcome I never post an opinion but here! we had a great time on a very pleasant terrace

17/08/2024: Waiting time of over an hour for a simple dish (a few slices of tomatoes with a little mozarella) Prices over €15 for already prepared dishes. Only go there if you have no choice.

09/09/2024: My partner and I just went to the counter to find out if there was any room left. But instead, the owner no sign of politeness who on top of that annoys her husband I suppose. Madam, if we don't like the customers given the other comments, why open a restaurant? Good day

08/09/2024: A friendly moment in a little corner found by chance. The food is very good, the service attentive and smiling, an outdated decor but does not bother in any way, on the contrary. The price is more than reasonable when you have a quality product like this.

30/08/2024: Lunch came on 08/30/2024 at 1 p.m. there were 7 of us. Very pleasant and smiling waitress. The dishes were very good. The terrace is very pleasant under the trees. 100% recommended

29/08/2024: Hotel located close to many tourist places to visit. Very clean and quiet room. The manager received us very well and even cooked us dinner in the evening even though the restaurant was closed, we found this very professional. The outdoor space is magnificent and relaxing. Very pleasant and charming staff. We rested well. A big thank you to the owner who gave us lots of places to visit and who runs her establishment with a master hand well done

01/12/2024: That's a big no. There is a small kiosk a few meters away, in the Leclerc parking lot, where they are very good ;) Coming back to the pizza kiosk in Souillac, it's no, wrong order, we kindly ask for a change and there the pizza maker spoke so badly to his colleague... holding her responsible for all the mistakes of the evening. Indeed, under pressure, we work less well YES. This put your colleague in such a state of stress that she ended up sending us off, telling us that we had a large pizza and a small pizza, vs. we were charged for two large ones :) total panic on her part, poor thing. The pizzas weren't even good. Change your working method or profession, for clients but also for you. Good luck

25/08/2024: Obnoxious welcome early in the morning... because I had not seen that croissants were offered on site and I "dare" to ask if I can eat the one I arrived with, to accompany my coffee at home. So I decide to turn away after being clearly verbally attacked... by a person who is apparently not a morning person, and who could simply have clarified the information to me without being insulting. I guarantee you that the espresso will taste much nicer a few meters further ;) Insufficiency and arrogance on my part according to you...?! Probably an error of interpretation, because it was a smile of disbelief in reaction to a gratuitous and unnecessary aggressiveness in view of the context... but when communication is impossible... Too bad a smile can cause a such an inappropriate reaction.

20/08/2024: Super restaurant with good French cuisine 👌🏻top and friendly service in a medieval setting at the foot of a very beautiful church. Great value for money, I really recommend (the duck breast is extraordinary)👌🏻

05/09/2024: Restaurant fait deux fois en trois jours Repas du soir vraiment top avec un tournedos Rossini magnifique. Petite mises en bouche avec le cocktail qui était délicieux Par contre le midi pas pareil le cocktail du coup est servi sans rien à l’apéro mais c’est le même prix Le menu est différent et beaucoup moins recherché Donc si vous avez à manger dans ce restaurant Je vous recommande le soir et pas le midi

05/09/2024: Unbeatable location. The place in which the hotel is located is beautiful. 1 minute from the paths or the elevator that goes down to the sanctuary and town of Rocamadour. Impeccable room. The workers are very polite and friendly. The restaurant is very good.

12/09/2024: Perfect stay. The only downside was the location was not ready, installed on dirt but new mobile home

19/08/2024: I was dissatisfied with my mobile home and for good reason: it was not level and was leaning heavily! I went to reception. Answer: "We asked our management to remove it this winter, because it is dilapidated and unsuitable for rental, but they did not want to, so we have to rent it anyway." 1000€ per week. Without air conditioning. For a mobile home where the beds are propped up with planks. Even in Central Park it's cheaper for better. As for the dilapidation of the place... incredible. Linins torn off, doors that can't be closed, no hot water in the shower (or hot water), "dust" beasts in the kitchen... We could write a novel. ONE electrical outlet in the room...under the bed. Only ONE electrical outlet in the room... behind the fridge. Only ONE electrical outlet in the bathroom, high up. So when it comes to charging devices, it’s anything but practical! The outdoor table is broken and repulsive with dirt. As for the entertainment... non-existent. What exists is at the level of a 12-year-old girl playing host. This was my 7th CAPFUN stay. By far the most disappointing. RUN AWAY!!! In another campsite in the region, because this one is fantastic! I made a complaint...no response. I called. I was ordered (I weigh my words carefully) to wait. I said “I’m not going to wait 3 to 4 weeks for an answer?” Answer: “Well, we’ll have to.” The (non)quality service is measured by the (non)quality.

09/06/2025: After a long time without coming, frankly disappointed to have set foot in this casino again! New slot machines are good, but you shouldn't need to go to the toilet, out of 5 toilets only one is open, same for the sinks, only 1 works out of the 3, try first, deplorable hygiene, it stinks!! I prefer a thousand times to go to the competition! It's true that there are fewer new machines but at least it's clean and the staff is much more welcoming!
