15/09/2024: Bonjour, côté hôtel et restauration, ambiance feutrée, équipe très sympathique, dynamique, aux petits soins, les plats sont très bons et généreux, côté brasserie, on peux déguster une boisson sur une belle place sous les platanes ou entrer dans la salle, toujours un plaisir d'y retourner ! Je recommande 👍

26/08/2024: I spent one night in this hotel at the end of July. The staff were very friendly and very kind. The room was pleasant but due to the high heat and the lack of air conditioning the night was not very restful.

02/12/2024: The “Champo” is a Figeacoise institution. The bosses are extraordinary. The bar (the croquemonsieurs!!!!), the atmosphere, the service, the availability of the owners and staff, the hotel, the BREAKFAST (!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !), everything is great. Not to mention that it’s right in the heart of Figeac. I've been stopping there for years, and frankly, each time, I go there with eagerness and pleasure.

22/09/2024: Passing through for a weekend; we ate pizzas on the terrace, the pizzas are excellent! I recommend eating a good pizza!

20/09/2024: Very friendly, fast service, good, pleasant staff, fair prices.

11/10/2024: Friendly small local bar. Popped in on consecutive evenings for drinks whilst staying at the adjacent camping-car site. Only had drinks, met a lady and gent from England who moved to the area before Brexit and seemed to be living the dream and best life here in Cahors. The drinks weren't expensive. The bar owner was friendly enough, very pleasant and polite plus he has a very friendly lab and staffie cross dog, a very cute dog. Open between 4pm and 7pm most days, Monday to Friday. The boulangerie is closed, but you can buy croissants and bread at Le Rond Point. Croissants €1.50 each. 08/10/2024: Great welcome, the burger was good and plentiful! The starter of the day, a goat's cheese brick, was delicious; I would have ordered a second one if I hadn't had a main course. The service was attentive, and the little touches are very nice! Thank you!

11/12/2024: There were 4 of us and we had the chance to have lunch there on the terrace on a market day. Perfect welcome, generous dishes, tasty pancakes all for a more than reasonable price. Family teamwork that seems to work perfectly. Don't change anything, good luck to you!

06/11/2024: Everything is said through the deserved stars, a staff at the height perfectly mastering the friendly active service if all our young people had this great ambition of an attractive profession certainly difficult but so rewarding thank you to them from campervans

22/09/2024: Very good restaurant with a great view of the whole of Rocamadour. Very hearty meal with quality products. The waitress was attentive and smiling throughout the meal. Rare to see that today...we will be back soon

Les plats sont bien cuisinés généreux avec de belles propositions et des produits de qualité...SAUF...les frites qui ne donnent pas envie...des frites molles brunâtres et vraiment pas très bonnes.. c est vraiment dommage Avec des frites dignes de ce nom j aurais mis la noté de 5

12/09/2024: Where to start: dirty place, table not cleaned, forced to either clean your table or eat on the dirty table The dish: burger of the moment...a shame, steak requested rare and arrived blue, 2 tiny slices of goat's cheese, a little salad would have been welcome, the bread a real rusk, overcooked, and too big for what it was was inside; the fries all stuck together, €9.50 for that, it’s really expensive to pay And to finish the coffee... hot water without flavor.... Honestly ok it's a cafeteria but still.... I don't understand the positive reviews about this place. I don't like to make these kinds of comments but it's taking people for fools...

01/09/2024: Amateur service, ambitious cuisine unfortunately not mastered, the setting is very friendly but that doesn't make up for everything. Details: We stayed 2 nights at the hotel on August 21/22, the bar was “exceptionally” closed on the 2 evenings (grammar lesson: once is an exception, twice is a rule, but let's move on). I start with a beer served capped, I had to ask for the bottle opener, it's not professional. We continue with a “cocktail” which is in fact a kir royal with 2 different syrups, honestly, this “signature” cocktail does not live up to the place and the menu. We continue with an unexpected appetizer (positive point) but served in a coffee saucer (are we on a truck?), it stands out with the “bistronomic” name and the very pretty plates of the dishes. The service was very fast, which is good, except that 5 minutes between the aperitif and the arrival of the dishes is much too short. We had ordered wine, we had to ask for it... it arrives, I ask for details on the appellation, big confusion from the waitress (blonde) who seems to discover the use of her sommelier, then leaves because she is realizes that she has served me the bottom of a bottle, she comes back and then spills some wine on me next to the glass. And then we're hallucinating, she starts laughing, then leaves without even offering to wipe... the dish (lamb) was very good, too bad the potatoes weren't all cooked (our neighbors had the same problem ), we pass it back to the second waitress (brunette) who doesn't care... then comes the sketch of the bill where the waitress asks me to, I quote "fill in information" without calling me a pen, then asks me asks again for the room number that she already has on the computer, in short, a team not at all up to the bistronomic pretension of the place, and out of step with the other Mercure hotels that we visited this summer. In short, there are other restaurants with a much better quality/service/price ratio in Figeac, try them!

31/08/2024: Très bonne adresse à Figeac à proximité du musée Champollion ! Gastronomie et cadre au top ! Carte réduite mais suffisante pour tous les goûts !

22/08/2024: Alors si vous aimez les pièges à touristes ou si vous êtes amoureux de la serveuse vous êtes au bon endroit… disons que les pizzas sont cher et pas terrible. Pour ce qui est du filet mignon à 20 balles il n’y ni la quantité ni la qualité idem pour les pseudos frittes qui l’accompagnent. Et pour finir quand vous passerez en caisse n’attendez pas de pouvoir écouler votre cagnotte de titre restaurant! Et si vous payez en CB n’attendez pas vous faire copain avec le patron qui estime se faire trousser par les banques… bref pour ma part c’était la première et sera la dernière !

22/08/2024: Romantic dinner on the terrace on Gourdon Thursdays. Very good meal, excellent beef skewer and gourmet salad. All washed down with an excellent Cahors. More than special mention for the service: it has been a long time since we have encountered such a professional and efficient server, both for advice and for service. Compliments to the chef and well done Mr Pascal 😊

30/08/2024: We call for a limit order and have it thrown away on the phone It has changed a lot When you don't answer the phone, it's complicated to deliver, am I in bad faith? Are you making fun of me anymore? I wanted information about your menus, you answered me bluntly, I don't have time, I have pizzas to make, look on Google, I answered on Google, the menu is too vague and borderline, you're going to hang up on me so I said forget it and hung up on my own So who is in bad faith? Not me but you

19/08/2024: Service more than questionable bordering on unpleasant even if the cuisine enhances the experience. The knife tartare remains an excellent experience despite the tasteless fries.

04/08/2024: The food was great, the meat was nicely seasoned. The fries were also tasty. The service was good. The atmosphere could be improved, but it was still cozy.

30/08/2024: Incredible place, the pasta is homemade and very very good. The pizza my friend had was delicious. Loved the ambiance and the staff is so friendly. Will be back every summer!!
