And of course, the food is absolutely delicious. We had a fantastic time and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! We introduced La Gabale to friends passing through, and they were delighted with the experience. Bravo to Cyril Attrazic, who elevates culinary art and represents Lozère so well.

26/05/2026: A wonderful discovery last night! Everything was delicious: the calf's head, the tripe, the butcher's cut, and the homemade fries. Set menu €28: starter, main course, cheese or dessert. We'll gladly return.

10/05/2026: Discovered by chance during a weekend in the area, we spent both evenings there! The servers were super friendly and attentive to customer service, especially for children! They reduced the portion sizes of adult dishes for children and lowered the price accordingly. They even let my daughter taste the salad dressing to make sure she would like her meal! 👍 Aligot, homemade fries, and Aubrac beef

14/05/2026: Bed and breakfast located right on the Saint-Guilhem pilgrimage route (a stop on the way from La Canourgue). The rooms are modern and very comfortable, and the meals are very good (thank you so much for the vegetarian option!).

26/04/2026: Regarding the food: - The aligot is good and all-you-can-eat. - The sausage is excellent. - The rib of beef was very good. - The charcuterie was average... good, but nothing extraordinary. 😉 For dessert, if you order the set menu, you'll get either ice cream or fruit. You can eat either inside or outside, but if you're in a large group, be sure to make a reservation, especially during peak season. In short, this restaurant is very good for a reasonable price. 09/05/2026: I highly recommend it!!!! We arrived as a group of eight, without a reservation and a bit late 🫣, but we received a fantastic welcome. The quality is excellent, whether it's the burgers or the salads, and the portions are generous too 🤤. Looking forward to coming back on our next motorcycle trip 😉

17/05/2026: We first went in for takeaway pizzas, and the owner and waitress were absolutely lovely; we felt right at home. So we went back the next day to eat in, and the pizzas were fantastic. Don't hesitate, they're great!
