17/07/2026: A truly wonderful discovery! The galettes are exceptional—original, generous recipes made with local and organic ingredients that make all the difference. You can tell that nothing is left to chance in the choice of ingredients. The participatory concept also changes everything: you set your own table, help yourself to drinks and desserts, and only the galettes arrive already prepared. It creates a relaxed, almost homey atmosphere. You come for a little indulgence, and you leave wanting to go back immediately. A must-visit if you're ever in Florac. Highly recommended!

Authentic local cuisine, far removed from the trendy "touristy mountain hut" style, offering quality dishes. Among the locals, come and enjoy a delicious meal at this neighborhood institution.

09/07/2026: Perfect, a wonderful culinary discovery. However, the service could be improved; for example, the appetizers shouldn't be served at the same time as the aperitif.

03/07/2026: The restaurant was clean with good service. The back courtyard was cozy. However, this didn't make up for the food, which wasn't very good. A very sweet sauce was smothered on the salads, making them very unbalanced and difficult to eat. In the end, the desserts were a disaster: one tasted like it had been frozen, and the second, which was supposed to be a molten chocolate cake, was actually an overcooked sponge cake. Very disappointed. Despite objectively pointing out that the molten chocolate cake had turned out to be a sponge cake, this didn't seem to be taken into account by the kitchen staff.

27/06/2026: The location of this restaurant is quite advantageous; no cars or passersby to get in the way, and the outdoor terrace is on the opposite side of the street, near the very pleasant pétanque court! The establishment lives up to all its promises; the dishes are delicious, especially the calf's head, a local specialty, and the staff is very welcoming. It's a shame the terrace is a bit crowded... the tables could be better arranged to allow for more space for both the staff and the customers. But that's the only minor drawback, because this is truly the restaurant to go to in Langogne; I recommend it without hesitation!

12/07/2026: Simple and delicious. Despite our late arrival, we were warmly welcomed and served perfectly. The meal was excellent, the service particularly pleasant, and the view from the terrace is truly lovely. A great place!

16/07/2026: An impromptu dinner out during our weekend at the Gévaudan Wolf Park. We stumbled upon this little restaurant after reading some great reviews. We weren't disappointed! A wonderful evening, a lovely encounter with the owner who is simply delightful, and a delicious meal! Everything was excellent, and our two-and-a-half-year-old was pampered all evening! 10/07/2026: I highly recommend Auberge La Patache! A wonderful stay in an authentic setting surrounded by unspoiled nature. A warm and welcoming atmosphere created by the host couple and their exceptional dog, Rubis. They paid meticulous attention to detail, even in the food... Delicious and generous portions made with quality local products, at a very reasonable price! Looking forward to my next stay as soon as possible...

08/07/2026: We arrived at the restaurant very late, around 9 pm, and despite the late hour, we received a very warm welcome. The owners even turned on their stoves to prepare an excellent meal for us. We thoroughly enjoyed a delicious starter of local charcuterie and a vegetable terrine, followed by flavorful traditional dishes, including a delicious guinea fowl and a duck leg, all accompanied by a gratin made especially for us. To finish, an absolutely exquisite rum baba, served with coffee ice cream and whipped cream. A huge thank you for your warm welcome, your generosity, and the quality of your cuisine. A truly wonderful place that we wholeheartedly recommend and that deserves to be better known! Such lovely people! Thank you again for being who you are!

24/06/2026: Auberge de Langlade, Maison Food Amour!!!! So true! We came Saturday evening with my mother and sister, and it was love at first sight with this restaurant! The dishes were as beautiful as they were delicious (exquisite, even). It's refined and succulent without being over the top. No need for truffles, monkfish, or other luxury ingredients to enjoy a truly wonderful meal. I was particularly taken with the tomato-themed starter! This restaurant is a real gem; the service is well-run despite the small staff, no hiccups whatsoever, and the staff is charming. A thousand thanks for your work and your passion! I will definitely be back! Keep it up, because it's people like you who make us dream! Since I love to dream, I went back to try the autumn menu!!! Not disappointed, just as good as ever, another favorite. The mushroom dessert is simply divine! Go without hesitation. 03/06/2026: While passing through Lozère, we had dinner at Le Lion d'Or and what a wonderful discovery it was! The dishes were generous, delicious, and reasonably priced; the welcome was warm, and the owner was friendly and dedicated to ensuring excellent service. We will definitely be back!

05/07/2026: The food is excellent. The setting is beautiful and picturesque. Very welcoming. One small drawback regarding accessibility for people with reduced mobility: the terrace is fine, but the bar area and restrooms have several steps.

02/07/2026: Our first restaurant visit since our vacation, we were pleasantly surprised by this discovery. We tried the summer menu and it was a feast for the taste buds, a delightful surprise of flavors. The portions were perfectly sized. We loved it from the appetizer to the dessert. 19/07/2026: Just had dinner here and it was pretty good. The aligot is very tasty, you should definitely try it! We seated on the terrace, where you can have a nice view on the Tarn. Staff is very friendly and speaks its fair share of languages. Good wasp management too.

13/07/2026: An ideal place to stay at the end of our hike. Dinner and breakfast were included in the room rate. Both were delicious and very generous portions. The location is perfect, close to the GR hiking trail, and there's a lovely terrace overlooking the Tarn River. I highly recommend it!

24/07/2026: We had lunch at this restaurant and were disappointed. The salads lacked freshness and didn't match the menu description. It said "cherry tomatoes," but instead, we were served tiny pieces of whole tomato. The green salad lacked freshness, and the grated carrots consisted of just a single sliver of carrot. We were served a bread basket, some pieces of which had already been used by other customers and were therefore being refilled for new tables. We were bothered by cooking smells wafting onto the terrace. In short, we won't be going back.

19/07/2026: The food and value for money are decent, BUT: - When clearing the table, a waitress emptied the used and half-full glasses into the water pitcher! - In the bread basket, a piece had clearly been half-eaten by previous customers... it reeks of recycling! In short, serious hygiene concerns.
