21/10/2026: We had a wonderful evening! Super friendly atmosphere with self-service drinks, including a very good local lemonade! The crepes were original and delicious! Thank you for leaving the blanket on the benches.

11/10/2026: Unfortunately, we couldn't have a full meal, but stopping for an aperitif was definitely worth it! The welcome was fantastic, with smiles all around, and the charcuterie board was a real treat: top-quality products, beautifully presented. It really makes you want to book a table to try the rest of the menu next time!

13/09/2026: A very pleasant surprise during our weekend in this lovely village. The dishes were delicious and generous, the chestnut fondant was divine! We will be back.

12/09/2026: Unbeatable value for money, excellent dishes prepared by a passionate chef using fresh, high-quality ingredients and served with care! This is the best restaurant in Meyrueis. Discreetly tucked away between two brasseries, don't hesitate to step inside for a delicious and convivial experience on the deck that serves as a terrace or in one of the two dining rooms. You won't regret it!

12/09/2026: A wonderful experience. We ordered the pollack served with a zucchini nest. This dish was delicious, beautifully presented, served with fresh vegetables that looked like they could have been picked from your own garden, and perfectly cooked with olive oil. I highly recommend discovering this restaurant. Plus, you'll receive a warm welcome from the owner. PS: We loved the rooftop architecture.

17/09/2026: The hotel was very clean and the bedding was excellent. The restaurant was superb, with very generous portions. The owners were friendly and made us feel very welcome. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

15/09/2026: Finally, a place, a room, a mattress designed for sleeping and recharging in peace and quiet! Something that's becoming extremely rare in hotels these days! It's worth noting that room 2 (ground floor), where we stayed, has a bathroom with a large shower and a separate, private toilet, as well as a large, soft bed for a good night's sleep. The hotel is peaceful, surrounded by nature, and the owners are welcoming. The hotel offers dinner (we didn't try it).

23/09/2026: The food at this bar/restaurant is really good, and its only drawback is the size of the dishes on the €28 set menu. Too much for us. The second thing to check before going: make sure it's not a match night! The bar area is shared with the restaurant. Shouts and noise guaranteed 😭

10/07/2026: I highly recommend Auberge La Patache! A wonderful stay in an authentic setting surrounded by unspoiled nature. A warm and welcoming atmosphere created by the host couple and their exceptional dog, Rubis. They paid meticulous attention to detail, even in the food... Delicious and generous portions made with quality local products, at a very reasonable price! Looking forward to my next stay as soon as possible...

08/07/2026: We arrived at the restaurant very late, around 9 pm, and despite the late hour, we received a very warm welcome. The owners even turned on their stoves to prepare an excellent meal for us. We thoroughly enjoyed a delicious starter of local charcuterie and a vegetable terrine, followed by flavorful traditional dishes, including a delicious guinea fowl and a duck leg, all accompanied by a gratin made especially for us. To finish, an absolutely exquisite rum baba, served with coffee ice cream and whipped cream. A huge thank you for your warm welcome, your generosity, and the quality of your cuisine. A truly wonderful place that we wholeheartedly recommend and that deserves to be better known! Such lovely people! Thank you again for being who you are!

06/09/2026: Lovely stop on a long bike ride. Having cycled already 55 kms and having 35 more to go with 40C temperature we found a cool place and an extraordinary service. All the products in the restaurant are high quality, fresh and from the area. The atmosphere was amazing. Quiet and rejuvenating! The beers helped too with the heat management😉😁

21/09/2026: We stopped at Alex's for lunch and received a warm welcome from our hostess. The service was impeccable, and we ate on the terrace overlooking the river and canoes. We had a wonderful time. The regional dishes were delicious, and the atmosphere was delightful. We will definitely be back! 🙂🙂

30/08/2026: A superb inn where you absolutely must eat! Quality, local products, homemade—what more could you ask for? The owners are extremely kind; kudos to them for this wonderful cuisine, keep up the good work! As soon as we return to the area, we'll definitely be back to eat at this inn! 18/08/2026: A family-run inn with a very warm welcome from start to finish. They were very accommodating; when we didn't like something in our dish, the waitress immediately offered to replace it with something else, which was delicious. We opted for the set menu, which included a very generous starter of local charcuterie. The daily special was delicious and plentiful, followed by a selection of local cheeses, and the dessert was also very good. In short, we received a very warm welcome and enjoyed a wonderful meal at this inn located near Lake Barrandon, which is well worth a visit. A tip for the inn: book in advance, as it's always full (and we know why!).
