Perfect menu, quality of products and accompaniments, perfectly measured quantities!
Local wines are judiciously offered. The pace of the service was also very well orchestrated, neither too long nor too fast (1 hour 45 minutes for aperitif, starter, main course and dessert)
Ultra efficient service and warm atmosphere!
A very good address, we highly recommend...

29/08/2024: A meal on the terrace overlooking the plain: a feast for the eyes. A refined menu, elegant, original, simple but effective cuisine: a treat for the senses.
Gazpacho tartare of crab and prawns with mozzarella ice cream and olive mouillettes and crushed tomato. Rabbit, green beans and stuffed zucchini. Creamy mascarpone and white chocolate with raspberries. Go find out. It's not for everyone, but you'll get more than your money's worth.
25/08/2024: Excellent evening meal. The summer menu is delicious. We took the menu of two starters, main course, cheese, pre-dessert and dessert for €68. Perfect.

24/11/2024: 23/11/2024 : Un super dîner au Cancuna dans une ambiance très sympathique !! 🤩 Nous nous sommes régalés avec le punch mexicain, un plateau de beignets à partager, un chili con carne, une olla quinoa, une tarte aux noix de pécan et un flan mexicain. Félicitations très sincères à Christelle, la cuisinière, c'était tout simplement délicieux 😋 sans oublier le patron pour son accueil si chaleureux et sympathique, sa bonne humeur et son sourire 🥳 On adore et nous vous conseillons vivement de réserver... 09/11/2024: Best discovery in Saumur. Everything is delicious, you can go there with your eyes closed. The waitress who replaces the usual waiter is adorable, it was a pleasure to share a little moment in this restaurant. And thank you very much to the chef who found solutions to my allergy.

19/09/2024: A restaurant situated away from the tourist centre. We had a very delicious meal - have eaten lots of duck breasts on this trip and tonight’s was the most tender with a delicious combination of flavours. The beef also tasty with fresh seasonal vegetables. Waitstaff friendly and helpful. Highly recommend you eat here!

09/11/2024: calme et excellent, situé proche du centre ville avec grand parking à proximité. Très belles salles de restaurant, tables très élégantes, personnel souriant, accueillant et professionnel. Une belle carte avec un choix suffisant et des plats excellents avec une présentation très réussie des assiettes. De bonnes explications sur ces plats lors du service. Nous y avons passé une excellente soirée. Un endroit où nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

I took the menu for 32 euros with starter, main course, dessert, since I have a sweet tooth and I like to discover regional specialties, I tasted it and trusted our waitress who was professional and kind..
From the aperitif, wine and dishes everything was excellent..
I had a great lunch in this very beautiful and very nice restaurant. Everything was perfect.

Un effiloché lapin/canard aux légumes du moment il fallait y pense… Bravo pour l'accuiel et le service

Shift to 7:30 p.m. thereafter.
2 friends had a car problem and we were very late getting there (in fact, they weren't allowed to eat)
Waitress on our backs all evening, because a reservation for 9 p.m. on our table was made. Definitely wanted to know when our friends were arriving because wouldn't have time to eat.
Oppressive and stressful throughout the meal
Ended up removing the table of 2 that remained at our table, because judging that my friends would not have time to eat
Very disappointed with the welcome, I will not return to this restaurant because of the waitress.
Otherwise very good meal and quality price
