24/05/2024: On vacation for the week, we came twice, we really enjoyed it. The cuisine is delicious and refined with fresh products. The combination of ingredients is well studied and the quantity is there. Very nice presentation of the dishes. Warm and pleasant welcome in a lovely setting. Appointment made for next year.

17/05/2024: The meats are absolutely delicious, accompanied by incredible sauces that enhance the meat. The desserts are just as delicious and satisfying. We have been back twice already and we will definitely come back again. The welcome is warm and the staff is attentive, which makes the experience even more pleasant.

25/04/2024: A real steak house as we like them! Excellent meat, good homemade fries, accompanied by good wine, all this together allowed us to have a good evening. Thank you to the chefs for respecting the cooking and the speed of the service, without forgetting the good advice from the waiters. A real treat!

01/03/2024: Lunch this afternoon with my wife. The daily menu is simply sublime. The delicious appetizer, the remarkable snails, the salmon accompanied by finely seasoned leeks and a sublime clementine rosemary panacotta. The dishes are served hot, the service staff are attentive and the setting is calming. Nice wine list too. To try without hesitation.

11/06/2024: We took a box and we were not at all disappointed with the place. The setting is idyllic, as its name suggests, "the terraces" overlook Saumur with an incredible view. the room was cozy and well decorated, but not only that, the corridor the other rooms such as the reception, the small living room, the restaurant, all with the theme of films and music. The welcome was friendly, really very friendly staff, no worries if you want to improve what's in the box it's no problem (for the difference which is normal). Dinner and breakfast, nothing to complain about, plentiful and quite good. And to top it all off, hammam, sauna and especially the Nordic bath which has a breathtaking view of the castle and SAumur. We will come back

28/05/2024: Unfortunately, we only tested the SPA. Really very disappointed. This space is not maintained. Dirt, dirty underwear lying behind an armchair. Hygiene is questionable. Blocked pipe. The hammam smells very strongly of dirt. No music, no smell of essential oil. It seems abandoned. Even the exterior equipment is in a similar condition. The price is very high for this defeat.

08/06/2024: Great pastry shop that responded at short notice to my request to order Number Cake. Not being from the region I ordered hoping it would be good. No one was disappointed! Everyone loved the two cakes (a 3 and a 5), ​​appreciated their lightness for the end of a meal but also their deliciousness with the ganaches. I recommend 👍
