25/05/2026: I received a very warm welcome from the staff. I was able to drop off my suitcase and bag early, and they even gave me an extra hour for my departure – really very friendly, I highly recommend them! (A 5-minute walk from the cathedral)

06/04/2026: Hotel ideally located near Reims Cathedral. Hotel poorly maintained. Musty smell. Noise throughout the night. Avoid!

28/07/2024: Très en dessous des standards de l'enseigne. Jus d'orange fortement coupé. Pain au chocolat curieusement plat et insipide. La pâte n'était pas celle d'un pain au chocolat. Je ne suis pourtant pas regardant et un simple pain au chocolat de la boulangerie d'un supermarché peu me convenir. Le site est un attrape touriste et j'ai honte de l'image que cela laisse.

18/07/2024: Ordered an oat latte, the cashier/employee acknowledged, repeated, but I still got a normal milk latte. Coffee was from an automatic machine and tasted bland. Croissant was okay at best

18/07/2024: A fuir absolument Hamburgers demandés viande saignante servis froids !! A peine croques Repris,.... Et non refaits et resservis sans accompagnements un peu plus tard.... La responsable tres peu courtoise nous jette presque le ticket a la figure après avoir accordé 6euros sur l addition !!! Déplorable !!

21/02/2024: Wir haben einen Burger und eine Bratwurst bestellt. Beides wurde im Restaurant vor unseren Augen aus der Packung genommen und gegrillt. Die Wurst war nicht essbar, der Burger noch fast Roh. Nur die Pommes waren OK, alles andere haben wir liegen gelassen. Bezahlen mussten wir auch noch 43 Euro. Für uns das schlechteste Restaurant an der französischen Autobahn.

20/09/2026: Please note that my review only applies to weekday lunches, as we had dinner on Fridays and Saturdays and lunch on Sundays à la carte, and it's a completely different, delicious cuisine, especially the sweetbreads, which I always order. So I'm only speaking about this lunch. The choice in this set menu is too limited, and some of us had trouble choosing, or even didn't choose anything at all. The menu described it as a gizzard salad, with "gizzard" listed in the singular on the plate, but it wasn't really a salad at all, as it was actually sautéed potatoes with a few poached, not fried, pieces of bacon... and a gizzard cut into quarters. Disappointing; it would have been helpful if the waitress had described the ingredients. The paella was decent, although it lacked color due to the sparse seasoning. The Champagne was very good. In short, this menu is, in my opinion, more suited to customers passing through on business or on a lunch break than to a group of friends out for a good time, and in that sense, we must acknowledge that we are generously fed for a very reasonable price, which is worth remembering. I will come back, but probably in the evening.
