I can say, without the slightest exaggeration, that I ate the best couscous I've ever had! Real mint tea, a far cry from the little tea bag in a bit of hot water that's so often served! From the moment you arrive, the tone is set: a warm welcome and impeccable service throughout your meal. On the plate, it's a true delight: The beef fillet is incredibly tender. The duck breast is cooked to perfection. The lasagna is generous and flavorful. To finish on a sweet note, the crème brûlée is simply excellent. A perfect experience from start to finish!

As a travel enthusiast, I was in my element, especially thanks to the owner who took the time to explain the dishes, accompanying them with a bit of local history. Highly recommended!
