31/05/2026: We don't appreciate customers being treated differently. If you're a regular, you're taken care of as soon as you arrive at your table (our neighbors waited 15 minutes, despite having a reservation, before anyone bothered to ask us for a drink. The service was very slow. On the other hand, the food we ate was very good. We might try again for the quality of the meal.

The food was excellent, the hake cooked to perfection, the pea starter had a taste of childhood, and the strawberry dessert with its stunning yogurt emulsion was simply divine! My only slight reservation was about the rabbit, which was a touch bland.

26/05/2026: Incredible! Rediscovered last night with my partner and our little one. We thoroughly enjoyed it from beginning to end! It was divine! Everything is homemade, and you can taste the difference! A truly magical experience! We will definitely be back. The service was top-notch, and the owner even took the time on the phone to advise me on the menu for our 3-year-old daughter! 5 stars! Thank you 🙏

16/05/2026: We were looking for a restaurant. It was already 1 p.m. We happened to pass by Le Bishop. Despite the late hour, we received excellent service and ordered six oysters to share, which were of outstanding quality, and the fish of the day (eagle fish). It was cooked perfectly, the vegetables had a nice crunch, and it was very tasty. All in all, a great restaurant with superb cuisine and excellent, friendly, and attentive service. Highly recommended.

They have everything you'd expect from a top-notch establishment, and that's a good thing because... beware of scams in a region that reeks of vacation! Not here, however, but honesty, genuine friendliness, freshness, and excellent service. Bravo Lebanon!

29/05/2026: What can I say... we were drawn in by the waitress's joie de vivre, which perfectly embodies the restaurant's atmosphere! We walked in without a reservation and were immediately captivated. The service was fantastic, absolutely flawless! We'd been in the area since Wednesday, and as true restaurant enthusiasts, this was the first time we'd eaten so well and received such a warm welcome. The beef stew was excellent, and the sirloin steak was incredibly tender—so tender it was buttery! We even swapped plates to enjoy it even more. The homemade panna cotta was divine, and the chocolate fondant was pure bliss... a wonderful discovery that left us buzzing with excitement on the way home... 😂 Thank you to them for this evening filled with joviality, good wine, and above all, a truly excellent meal.
