01/10/2025: As I was training in Lille, I went there to eat for 3 days in a row. I ordered the sandwich, drink, and dessert menu for €8 (a very attractive price for the city center) and I really enjoyed it. It was delicious and plentiful. Special mention to the lovely saleswoman. I will definitely return there on my next trips.

24/01/2026: My favorite restaurant for the past ten years, I love coming back and finding the exact same flavors I haven't found anywhere else. The slightly sweet coconut milk soup, the creamy red curry… delicious. The manager is lovely and polite. The only thing one could criticize is the small portions. Otherwise, I wish this establishment, which is dear to me, a long life. I'm always sad that I can't order delivery now that I no longer live nearby; otherwise, I would eat there every week.

My son and I come for brunch every month, and after being a little disappointed by the cold dishes the previous time, we decided to try again yesterday. Unfortunately, two things marred the experience: The reservation: Despite confirmation by phone and online, our table was no longer available when we arrived ("first come, first served," we were told). It's a shame when you take the time to plan ahead. The temperature of the food: For the second time in a row, the entire order arrived cold (chorizo ​​cake, brick pastry, galette). I followed your advice and reported it immediately this time, but the kitchen's explanation that the brioche "couldn't possibly be cold" was rather clumsy, as the rest of the plate definitely was. We really enjoyed your establishment and plan to return next month as we don't want to end on a negative note. I sincerely hope we'll find the same 5/5 service we had when we first arrived! 11/03/2026: Disappointing experience. A well-known pastry shop and tea room, but clearly overconfident. Impersonal service, mediocre quality, and no consideration for the customer. When you get the impression that "everything runs itself," all sense of business disappears, no attention is paid to customers, and a sense of customer service is completely forgotten. I do not recommend it.

30/01/2026: What a pleasure... to finally sit down at this Lille institution! Monique in the kitchen and Chantal in the dining room light up this bar/restaurant. And that was on a weekday! The Sunday atmosphere was palpable in the photos taken and displayed on the walls 🤩🤩. Go there quickly and in large numbers because the "Caudinus forks" of the administration have taken their toll!!! The arrears have been very difficult to absorb ever since 👎👎

14/12/2025: Horrible experience, unpleasant owner, and the clientele is just as bad. You're constantly being pushed around, so you can't even enjoy a drink in peace, and you're constantly staring at your food, which tastes awful. Avoid at all costs!!
