14/02/2026: Fantastic place! We came for Valentine's Day (without a reservation), were seated at the bar, and it was great! There was quite a wait, but the atmosphere and the sweet potato fries with tamarind and yogurt cream made it worthwhile! The manto was really good, and the mushroom supreme and focaccia were delicious! Thank you! 😊

01/02/2026: Very authentic Asian flavours but with a fun French twist in presentation and some cooking techniques. Glad we came here for lunch! And the home made chili oil was really as well good! Fulfilled my Asian soul and tummy for the week :)

18/02/2026: OMG, I never heard of this place before, how could I miss this. Have been in many places in Lyon, this one is in the top 10. Hospitality 1000% and the food was amazing, so well cooked and plated. Cozy atmosphere. TOP!

15/02/2026: A pleasant surprise, but... The dishes were truly excellent, with a delicious and generous foie gras starter, followed by perfectly cooked chuck roast and its accompaniments, delicately prepared fish, and finally, very high-quality desserts. Congratulations to the chef and his staff! But there was a "but"... Unfortunately, we encountered a service that day that was overwhelmed, or perhaps unaccustomed to the profession. Indeed, we sensed the young man who greeted us in the upstairs dining room was lost in his role. Taking our order was already difficult: "For an aperitif, we ordered two kirs, and the waiter only offered us blackcurrant kir, served in a digestif glass 🤔🤪, while a few minutes later another waiter was offering several flavors at the next table. Anyway... Then the starter arrived (perfect). We waited and waited and waited for the main course (about 45 minutes). We were completely forgotten, and after a while, we had to ask for it, and The same thing happened again with dessert, which somewhat spoiled the evening. We arrived first in the upstairs room at 8:30 pm and were the last to leave at 11:20 pm (for a starter, a main course, and a dessert). Of course, we politely mentioned it when paying, but there was no reaction or apology from anyone. It's a real shame, because, as I said, the food is truly excellent.

14/02/2026: What an incredible discovery! We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance… and wow! The welcome was exceptionally kind, warm, and genuine, making us feel instantly at home. And then there was the food… absolutely FABULOUS! 🤩 Refined, flavorful, creative, and perfectly executed dishes. Each bite is an explosion of taste, a true culinary journey. You can taste the passion and talent in every plate. Clearly a huge favorite, the very best! To be honest, I almost want to keep this wonderful place a secret… but it would be too unfair not to share it!

We were pleasantly surprised by the chef's visit to our table before we left to ask our opinion. If we return to Lyon, we will choose this bouillon restaurant without hesitation.

22/02/2026: I was a little disappointed with my experience at this restaurant, which had been recommended to me by friends. The place is nice and the welcome was pleasant, but I'd been told it was a "semi-gastronomic" restaurant… In principle, having several courses, yes, but that's where it ends. We started with a mesclun salad with salmon (or tuna). The presentation could definitely be improved: it looked a bit like a cafeteria, even though the fish itself was delicious. The sushi and maki were served in very generous portions and were really very good. We took them to go. However, it was a shame that we were told to hurry up and put them in the fridge when they could have waited until the end of the meal before giving them to us. We finished with sesame ice cream. A minor issue at the end of the service: the waitress piled up the soy sauces, which splashed the table… and I even got some in my ice cream. Frankly, it kind of ruined the end of the meal. The restaurant offers quality products, but there are clearly areas for improvement regarding the service.

15/02/2026: What a wonderful discovery! A delicious multi-course sushi experience, complete with explanations. The setting is discreet. The chef might even come to greet you.
