21/07/2024: Salespeople at the top but store needs to be reviewed (take the example of Castres Melou for space). No air conditioning, no space inside the store, it is completely unpleasant to collect bread in this bakery. It is narrow and unbearably hot...

28/08/2024: Unacceptable! The service was incredibly sloppy, to say the least. The waitress, if we can call her that, was arrogant and unpleasant, treating customers with condescension. She seemed annoyed at having to serve us, and her responses were cold, almost contemptuous. At no time was she professional or courteous. Judging from other reviews, it seems this restaurant could do with some serious action. To flee!

23/08/2024: Very nice place but really very unpleasant evening because of the brunette waitress with curly hair, very unfriendly and very unhelpful, we didn't even dare to ask for a carafe of water....

22/09/2024: My daughter and I came to share a pleasant moment. Except that we came across a manager who was talking very loudly (not to use the term yelling) about her team… bordering on ridiculous. She sent away a customer who asked her to change her fries (cold and soft) Madam, you are out of place in this Burger King! The tables are not always clean after customers have passed through.

21/08/2024: J'ai adoré le cadre de ce restaurant , la salle est magnifique. Personnel très accueillant , service rapide . Le menu de midi est très accessible pour la qualité des produits. Le menu est préparé avec des produits locaux et frais , le tout est parfaitement assaisonné et équilibré. Un parfait équilibre de goûts je me suis régalée. J y retournerai c'est sur.

19/08/2024: Dîner réservé par tel pour 5 personnes et 1 bébé en extérieur. Arrivés sur place on ns installe en salle dessous... chose impossible vu la chaleur, le bébé et une mamie chlostrophobe. On s est donc retrouves à 20h15 sur les trottoir sans pouvoir dîner...

26/09/2024: Good restaurant, we went there for a snack recently only disappointed by the waitress we sat down, just a hello no offer of drinks or snacks we had to return to the bar to ask for the menu and order something to eat, otherwise very good food

21/09/2024: I don't have to completely agree with the bad reviews that were posted, we ate there two evenings in a row and it was excellent for the sweet butter crepe, not at all lemony taste as one review says, the service and great everyone attentive I highly recommend and to all bad language and people of bad faith thank you for keeping your opinions to yourself the cuisine is simple but very good

For a little hungry, with family, very warm welcome, very abundant and ultra good food and even a little attention for the children's dessert. Helpful staff and very well received by the staff. Have a good evening and enjoy your meal

16/09/2024: Personnel désagréable et peu accueillant qui trouve à redire parce que nous commandons une seule boisson pour deux et décide de ne pas nous donner de carafe d’eau pour ne pas « pousser le bouchon ». Si vous aimez être traiter comme des moins que rien, vous êtes au bon endroit. PS : ils prennent la carte qu’à partir de 15€, donc n’hériterez à passer votre chemin.

12/09/2024: 14h30... Personne dans le restaurant, presque personne dans la rue Je viens de faire plus de 2h30 de route je fais u'e halte à Albi. Après avoir constaté que les WC public devant le restaurant étaient fermés et déjà bcp marché pour trouver des WC publics, j'arrive enfin devant... Fermés... Ce restaurant est juste devant ces WC.... Je demande donc très gentiment si ils est possible d'utiliser leurs WC car e' face c fermé et que j'arrive d'une longue route.... Le mr me dit non... C'est pour les clients.... Puis il me dit sinon si vous me donnez 50ct sous le chapeau etvous pouvez y aller.... OK je vais vous trouver 50 ct... Je cherche en lui disant que quand même, à 50 ans, on ne m'a jamais demandé dans un restaurant 50ct... tout en cherchant les 50 ct que j'allais lui donner... Il m'a dit je n'aime pas vos réflexions je vais vous demander de partir.... Du jamais vu... Pour être aussi désagréable et à demander 50ct, j'imagine qu'il ne doit pas bcp tourner ce restau t'ai... En tous cas, j'aurai pu être cliente un jour car je vis dans la région et pour une attitude aussi infecte je 'e le serai jamais !

19/07/2024: Queue interminable. Pas de sandwichs. Pas de Clim. Pas de table à langer. Nous avons fait demi tour … pour aller dans une autre enseigne à mon grand regret.

18/07/2024: Trop d’attente, trop d’attente, trop d’attente, trop d’attente, pourquoi il y a qu’une seule personne qui serre les clients les matins quand il y a plein de monde qui vient chercher les viennoiseries c’est un truc de fou je comprends pas le management dans cette boutique c’est une catastrophe à 200 m plus loin, il y a une autre boulangerie qui est très bien
