12/09/2024: I tried to call them for 3 days, 5 times a day, no response, no one takes the time to speak with you both on the phone and in the restaurant.

12/09/2024: Always errors and omissions! UPDATE 09/11/2024 I came this evening for takeaway. Error in the burger... an egg & bacon Mc Muffin ordered (and paid!) for an Egg & Cheese Mc Muffin served You always have to check, that's for sure, but to also check all the drinks and the inside of the burgers, it's excessive!

29/10/2024: We went to the tea room with friends for a drink..... The waitress passed in front of us on numerous occasions.... Clearing all the tables around us but never came to take our order so we got up and went to the café opposite the Régina which is a very good coffee here

09/09/2024: One of the most beautiful terraces in Castres where it is pleasant to have a drink. The staff is very friendly and professional.

20/08/2024: Nous avons voulu réserver une table en terrasse (que nous avons même choisi avec le patron car il n'y avait personne le restaurant n'était pas encore ouvert). Réservation pour 19h30. Nous sommes arrivés à l'heure et là...la table était prise donc ils ont essayé de nous placer sur un bout de terrasse très inconfortable. Pour ensuite nous dire sinon venez dedans (oui c'est mieux en plein été quand il fait 30° et que vous avez réservé dehors car vous avez un chien). Finalement la dernière proposition a été : revenez dans 30 minutes on verra ce que l'on peut faire !!!! Eh bien nous avons parfaitement diner a l'Epicurien et le service était lui au top. Adresse à fuir !

21/07/2024: Salespeople at the top but store needs to be reviewed (take the example of Castres Melou for space). No air conditioning, no space inside the store, it is completely unpleasant to collect bread in this bakery. It is narrow and unbearably hot...

30/03/2024: The products are great, however the environment leaves something to be desired, in particular your waste containers which encroach on the entrance to the building at the back of your store and the cigarette butts on the ground.....infectious!!!!

05/12/2024: I came last night for the first day of the collaboration with Pokémon, at 6:30 p.m. I was told that they already had nothing left. Faced with my dissatisfaction, I was told that they would be delivered the next day. I went back there today before noon and they told me the same thing: they already have nothing left. Faced with my astonishment that they had already distributed everything at noon, the person changed the version and told me that in fact they had not been delivered. We are lied to and taken for idiots! This isn't the first time I've had problems with this Macdonald, I don't think I'll go back. Burger King respects the customers more than them.

05/12/2024: No Pokemon cards in Happy Meals... Visit this Thursday lunchtime only because there is a Mcdo/Pokemon partnership. Quick order taking, clean room, efficient and friendly service (Miguel), hot sandwiches: Everyone did the job! or almost... Unfortunately wasted experience for the children: instead of finding Pokemon cards, we got Mario Bros goodies (Clearance?). And above all we are told that there is no longer any Pokemon stock... Less than 24 hours after its start... Damage.

01/10/2024: Lots of things to review. Always forgetting I come home from work every Friday I go to McDonald's to get something to eat I'm exhausted by 8 hours of non-stop work without a break I think one thing is to eat go home take a shower enjoy my children and no checked what mc does and well mi the order ask in my bag. Always something, forgotten or cold fries no sauce in the sandwich for last Friday a smell of burnt plastic on the caps of the takeaway coke, (last Saturday with the children after our son's football match we came to eat and took takeaway 2 months ago an order for 70€ to eat with family was missing 1 Big Mac 2 cheeseburgers and 1 small wrap when we finished eating to sort things out and be either! saying written down in a notebook for the next visit Mc'do and at the end of the day the response to our apologies has not found you 2 times out of 3 it's like that so McDo you are going to lose customers because I'm starting to get fed up with the behavior of McDo Lescure d'Albi. I hope you will take our comment into account to improve the service and preparation of food made in your restaurant. Sincerely. M.M and J.P

06/11/2024: Not very big, the layout isn't great but above all you have to put on a down jacket when you go in, it's too cold!!

24/10/2024: I ordered the bowl of soup it's not even half done The service I cannot go to the restaurant because it is not suitable for people with disabilities I don't know and then we can't say that in this place you have to be super friendly result honestly don't order the quantities are not great the sushi I can't believe it's from this evening they have a bad taste so result I paid for something that I can't even eat so evening with my half of a bowl and my small square of salad honestly €23 for that it's a shame

30/11/2024: Cold welcome like the kitchen No concept of cooking Avoid unless you have to! And if you have time! Because the responsiveness and pace of the kitchens is not great Bad value for money

22/11/2024: Pleasant and friendly service. Hearty and good meals. Desserts all day long. I go there regularly with my children when shopping and they are delighted to eat their cookies with hot chocolate.

01/09/2024: Du trop cuit et sans doute du surgelé. Même en indiquant déjà au serveur et au patron pas de mot d’excuse.. Pas de geste.. Au final: Poisson trop cuit, brochette de bœuf demandées saignâtes et arrivées cuites.. A éviter!!!! Sauf si vous souhaitez avoir une vue sur la cathédrale !!!!!!
