16/09/2024: Personnel désagréable et peu accueillant qui trouve à redire parce que nous commandons une seule boisson pour deux et décide de ne pas nous donner de carafe d’eau pour ne pas « pousser le bouchon ». Si vous aimez être traiter comme des moins que rien, vous êtes au bon endroit.
PS : ils prennent la carte qu’à partir de 15€, donc n’hériterez à passer votre chemin.

Je viens de faire plus de 2h30 de route je fais u'e halte à Albi.
Après avoir constaté que les WC public devant le restaurant étaient fermés et déjà bcp marché pour trouver des WC publics, j'arrive enfin devant... Fermés... Ce restaurant est juste devant ces WC.... Je demande donc très gentiment si ils est possible d'utiliser leurs WC car e' face c fermé et que j'arrive d'une longue route.... Le mr me dit non... C'est pour les clients.... Puis il me dit sinon si vous me donnez 50ct sous le chapeau etvous pouvez y aller.... OK je vais vous trouver 50 ct... Je cherche en lui disant que quand même, à 50 ans, on ne m'a jamais demandé dans un restaurant 50ct... tout en cherchant les 50 ct que j'allais lui donner... Il m'a dit je n'aime pas vos réflexions je vais vous demander de partir....
Du jamais vu... Pour être aussi désagréable et à demander 50ct, j'imagine qu'il ne doit pas bcp tourner ce restau t'ai... En tous cas, j'aurai pu être cliente un jour car je vis dans la région et pour une attitude aussi infecte je 'e le serai jamais !

15/08/2024: I am very happy because it is a brand that I really appreciate.
I ordered at 9:25 p.m., delivery was scheduled for 9:55 p.m.-10:05 p.m.
On the app, the delivery was being delivered, then it was marked “Rate” even though the business was closed.
I never received it, impossible to contact the company by phone because it is sent via a messaging service.
09/06/2024: That's changed, there are more vegetables than meat and what's more, the manager doesn't stop shouting so for my part I'm going to go elsewhere

28/08/2024: Unacceptable! The service was incredibly sloppy, to say the least. The waitress, if we can call her that, was arrogant and unpleasant, treating customers with condescension. She seemed annoyed at having to serve us, and her responses were cold, almost contemptuous. At no time was she professional or courteous. Judging from other reviews, it seems this restaurant could do with some serious action. To flee!
23/08/2024: Very nice place but really very unpleasant evening because of the brunette waitress with curly hair, very unfriendly and very unhelpful, we didn't even dare to ask for a carafe of water....

05/12/2024: Since it opened, we have come there once or twice a year to see if it has improved. Don't understand why the flunch chain hasn't been lost yet because even the beef I won't give it to my dogs. And the staff is not at all friendly and no information. I understand better why no one ever. Time is worth this 1 hour drive and going to Balma, they don't shame the brand
04/12/2024: Catastrophic, we arrived at 1 p.m., no more bread available, no more fries, the deplorable state of the grill plates, completely disorganized hot dish service, no initiative, the staff is running everywhere I don't understand why they don't There are no positions attracted, the vegetables are cold, I really do not recommend this Flunch.

29/09/2024: To avoid, disappointed with the meal. Go to McDonalds instead, you will pay less and you will eat better.
The owner hadn't even provided bread for the meal. No sauce with the roast and still frozen vegetables.
The planned starter was not even served.
The strawberry was filthy, the strawberries out of season tasteless and the cream was thin. How come the owners didn't taste the cake to realize it?
Even when reporting them, no empathy and no arrangement during the note.
If you want an unforgettable experience, this is the place to go.

04/02/2024: The height of the attic... Going to the paterie one lunchtime during the week and hearing you say that you have to choose a dish other than potatoes because there are no more (it was 12:15 p.m.). A waitress who was not at all professional, whose tablet for taking orders was malfunctioning, swore out loud in front of us. Scandalous.

01/09/2024: Après une bonne marche pour arriver au restaurant nous avons été chaleureusement accueilli et installé sur la terrasse arrière avec une vue magnifique.
Nous avons très bien mangé une cuisine de qualité.
Service excellent nous avons passé un agréable moment.
25/08/2024: Après une bonne marche pour accéder au village, quel plaisir de déjeuner sur la terrasse!! La vue est superbe, l’accueil très chaleureux et le repas excellent!
Mention spéciale pour la croustade aux pommes, vraie madeleine de Proust pour les aveyronnais que nous sommes.

22/06/2024: Questionable hygiene and refusal to give us water or a glass with ice.
Music festival, single dish, fried sausage, salt in a dirty tray in the open air where everyone has to dig in with their hands to salt their fries. No water in a carafe but a 50cl bottle of hot water for €2. There are 5 of us, we sit down, 4 people have a drink, I ask for a glass with ice or a carafe of water, the waitress tells me that she has instructions: do not serve someone who is not drinking. (As a reminder we have all our sausage fries and 4/5 people have a drink). It seems to me that there is an article that requires you to serve water in a carafe for free? Mr. Manager, what do you think of your instructions?

03/08/2024: If you like dining in the dark and tasteless food, you've found the perfect place. Despite the friendly staff and the magical place, I can't give it more than 2 ⭐️. Coke for €5.

18/08/2024: Nothing is right. To start on the phone we ask for 2 medium pizzas until everything is ok. Arriving there on time, the pizza still wasn't ready, but hey it doesn't matter, it happens; we arrive at the moment to collect them, I see 2 small pizzas, I ask if they are medium because they seemed really small to me, and the gentleman informs me that no, they are small while on the phone we We asked for medium ones, and it was only when paying that he informed us that there were only small or large ones, at which point I was starting to get a little disgusted but oh well, too bad they made the pizzas, it's done. And when the price was announced I was outraged for these 2 small pizzas: €27! Frankly, in other places it's much cheaper and you can have a big pizza and a bottle of soda, we won't come back.
