22/07/2024: While passing through, we were kindly accepted despite the slightly late hour. A single menu (starter, main course, cheese, dessert, wine) for €15. A more than interesting value for money. Fast service, very welcoming staff.

10/03/2024: Bonjour, juste pour réagir par rapport à un des avis qui me paraît très injuste. Je suis allé dans ce restaurant lorsqu'il était à Mazamet, en 2019, avec un menu unique à 44 euros !!! Mais le couscous, j'adore ça, je viens de région parisienne et croyez-moi j'en ai goûté plein. Même dans un resto "de luxe" sur une grande place du 14ième arrondissement à Paris, avec serveurs en costar et tout et tout. Et bien "La Gazelle", c'est de loin le meilleur. Sublime, je n'ai jamais goûté ça. Je ne me suis jamais plaint du prix, par contre souvenir inoubliable qui écrase tous les autres restos, et pourtant des bons. Quand à celui du 14ième, bof bof pas terrible. Cher, j'ai payé pour les serveurs en costar. Vous critiquez le service trop aimable pour être honnête ??? Moi, le serveur m'a fait CADEAU d'une bouteille de Mascara qui m'a fait tomber dans les limbes en moins de deux. Là encore, ça n'arrive pas tous les jours - et même jamais. Les entrées sont originales et une réjouissance gustative, le couscous lui-même une bénédiction. Je suis extrêmement critique sur la semoule, et là ... Un pur bonheur, les desserts n'en parlons pas. une merveille. Alors un conseil retournez-y, je pense que vous avez eu une réaction un peu "rigide" avec l'histoire du menu unique nous signalé sur la carte, je peux le comprendre, mais c'est à mon avis une erreur, je suis sûr que vous réviseriez votre jugement.

08/11/2024: Après un accueil sympa, la prise de commande a été rapide. Le menu offre une cuisine traditionnelle "maison" succulente, copieuse et servie avec le sourire. Pas d'attente entre les plats car une grande attention est portée aux clients afin que le service soit fluide. Ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Le repas est servi dans un cadre sobre et épuré mais aux choix de décor harmonieux. On retrouve dans ce dernier de petites touches de raffinement : chemin de table, serviettes en intissé noires... Enfin, après le café accompagné d'un tendre petit nougat, l'addition très raisonnable vous réservera une bonne surprise en confirmant un excellent rapport qualité prix. Pensez à réserver votre table car Le Bistro affiche très souvent complet !

23/08/2024: I went there today and was very well received. I had a tandoori naan sandwich to take away: it was really very good but frankly very light in terms of quantity. I think that for the price they should be more generous.

26/04/2024: I just opened the 1080 box (to take away)..it is half full! Frankly disgusted...it's better to pay less and take the average because it contains just as much!!! Really not commercial.

06/05/2024: While passing through Puygouzon we found this restaurant by chance. I had the salad of the day and my husband had the lunch menu, dessert and coffee. Everything is very good, very reasonable price and fast and very pleasant service. We recommend

25/07/2024: Lovely place! The chef kindly explained everything to us, even though we can't speak French. We had so heart-warming time with French home meals. Highly recommend it.

26/08/2024: Disappointed by the pastries 🙁 yet the bread is varied and rather good.... but if you can avoid the pastries... Which are frankly not good and what's more are from the day before... or even from ago 2 days 😥 wet and rancid puff pastry....too bad at €3.80 each 😵‍💫

22/09/2024: These are not pizzas butflamekueche, stingy with the ingredients. Lots of things to improve including the dough, you can't call yourself a pizza maker and provide such poor quality.
