21/07/2024: 8€ for a very good pizza is really cool. I EXTREMELY recommend the 4 cheeses! One day there was no more, I took a "cannibal" it seems to me, with pieces of steak, that one I didn't like at all, I didn't finish it; This explains my minus star. Otherwise the 4 cheese was for me one of the best pizzas I have ever eaten.

22/09/2024: These are not pizzas butflamekueche, stingy with the ingredients. Lots of things to improve including the dough, you can't call yourself a pizza maker and provide such poor quality.

26/06/2024: Delivroo order #2963. Used to ordering Tinder menu x12, what a surprise when opening the bucket of pieces actually numbering 12 but on the other hand 2 times smaller than usual. Very disappointed.

28/07/2024: This place is terrible, not isolated because of the humidity and cockroaches wandering quietly in the restaurant. I am outraged at the inaction on these types of issues when I showed them the proof in a paper napkin, I saw one on a wall near us.... The toilets are horrible!! I saw a waiter walking around behind the cash counter in boxers!! The food is spoiled!!! A word of advice for other customers... FLEE THIS PLACE WHICH SHOULD CLOSED!!

01/10/2024: Lots of things to review. Always forgetting I come home from work every Friday I go to McDonald's to get something to eat I'm exhausted by 8 hours of non-stop work without a break I think one thing is to eat go home take a shower enjoy my children and no checked what mc does and well mi the order ask in my bag. Always something, forgotten or cold fries no sauce in the sandwich for last Friday a smell of burnt plastic on the caps of the takeaway coke, (last Saturday with the children after our son's football match we came to eat and took takeaway 2 months ago an order for 70€ to eat with family was missing 1 Big Mac 2 cheeseburgers and 1 small wrap when we finished eating to sort things out and be either! saying written down in a notebook for the next visit Mc'do and at the end of the day the response to our apologies has not found you 2 times out of 3 it's like that so McDo you are going to lose customers because I'm starting to get fed up with the behavior of McDo Lescure d'Albi. I hope you will take our comment into account to improve the service and preparation of food made in your restaurant. Sincerely. M.M and J.P

10/09/2024: I am deeply disappointed by the experience that my friend had at the McDonald's in Gaillac, on Sunday September 8, 2024, at the drive-thru, in the presence of her son. She placed an order including 8 cheeseburgers. To his great surprise, the restaurant team allowed himself to make inappropriate and mocking remarks about the quantity ordered, suggesting that it was excessive and disproportionate. This attitude is a total lack of respect for customers. No matter how many burgers are ordered, it is unacceptable for a restaurant, especially a large chain like McDonald's, to judge or make derogatory comments. My friend came to be served, not to be criticized. We hope that this type of behavior will not happen again in the future and that the team will be better trained in respect for the customer. For all purposes: Order number DT22, placed at the Drive on September 8 at 12:40 p.m.

08/09/2024: Cold burger, cheese not even melted, I arrived at the end of service, as I explained to the manager during a completely cordial discussion, I would have preferred to be told that the kitchens were closed. I asked for a commercial gesture and... here I am.

22/08/2024: Always a pleasure for a very long time to come and enjoy an ice cream there with my daughter. Misters in case of heat. Very courteous and helpful staff

30/03/2024: The products are great, however the environment leaves something to be desired, in particular your waste containers which encroach on the entrance to the building at the back of your store and the cigarette butts on the ground.....infectious!!!!

12/09/2024: Always errors and omissions! UPDATE 09/11/2024 I came this evening for takeaway. Error in the burger... an egg & bacon Mc Muffin ordered (and paid!) for an Egg & Cheese Mc Muffin served You always have to check, that's for sure, but to also check all the drinks and the inside of the burgers, it's excessive!

12/09/2024: I tried to call them for 3 days, 5 times a day, no response, no one takes the time to speak with you both on the phone and in the restaurant.

17/08/2024: A scam. On the front of the restaurant it says “Salmon and avocado tartare”. I ask for this dish, the employee replies “You must not invent dishes sir”. Completely lunar, gag video probably. There is also a salmon avocado salad on offer. I'm ordering. It's okay, I'm not making this up... You think you are buying, as its name suggests, "a salmon and avocado salad" but in reality you are buying a salad made up of 95% white cabbage, all for 8.50 euros. I should have invested my money in another restaurant. This is not what is missing around them. To the wise...

29/08/2024: A real old-fashioned cafe. Neither the welcome, nor the cuisine, nor the atmosphere are taken care of unfortunately. When passing on the road it helps... but really no more.

24/08/2024: Passing through after a 9 hour drive, suffice to say we were hungry, they really made me miss the McDonald's that I came across on the road, frozen fries, frozen meat dripping into the burger, no choice of starter for those on the plate. All for €89 with a children’s menu
