08/04/2026: I went to the drive-thru at 3 PM for a meal with a MacPop. They forgot the MacPop, so I had to make the trip again, seven months pregnant, wasting gas and waiting again. I explained the situation, and the woman went to get the MacPop but brought back a different flavor. She went to exchange it. She could have given me both as a gesture of goodwill. In the end, the MacPop was completely dry and really unpleasant. Very disappointed.

06/04/2026: Hello, I wish to express my dissatisfaction with my recent order from your establishment. I purchased several McFlurries at €4.80 each, and I was very surprised to find that they were only half full. For a product at this price, I find this unacceptable and misleading.

The dishes and golden lattes we ordered were truly delicious. However, I would add a minor criticism regarding the prices of the items on the menu; personally, I find them a bit expensive, although the quality is satisfactory.

22/04/2026: As a regular customer, I was deeply disappointed by the staff's attitude during my last visit. I was with a friend and her young child. Since the establishment didn't offer crepes, the child cried continuously. His mother then briefly went outside to buy him a crepe elsewhere, while I stayed with our orders, which had already been placed. Upon her return, the manager immediately asked us to leave, citing a ban on outside products, without any consideration for the situation, and with a completely disproportionate rigidity. This behavior is unacceptable for an establishment that presents itself as friendly and family-oriented. The message is clear: children, people with dietary restrictions, or special needs are clearly not welcome. This is regrettable and unworthy of the expected level of service. I will seriously consider returning.

22/04/2026: Hello, I just left the restaurant and I absolutely do not recommend it. I only ordered a waffle with kunafe and pistachio. I asked for ice cubes, but despite my insistence, nothing arrived—no ice cubes, no waiter—they had all disappeared, and the ice cubes had probably melted. With this heat, it's outrageous and completely unprofessional. Avoid at all costs.

06/04/2026: We have a restaurant at the Parc Floral. We stumbled in on the first night and ended up going back every other night! I think we tried almost every dish on the menu, and none of them disappointed us. The portions aren't huge, but it's nice not to leave the restaurant stuffed! We highly recommend it.

13/03/2026: Simply an exceptional restaurant. A fine Italian restaurant facing the castle, a cozy/old-school atmosphere, staff with charming Italian accents, and top-notch cuisine. A refreshing menu, carefully prepared, seasoned, and beautifully presented dishes—a true delight. My fifth visit, and it's always the same wonderful experience. Desserts that deserve a Michelin star, cuisine that deserves a Bib Gourmand from the famous guide. A well-curated wine list featuring local wines at affordable prices. Reservations are essential for this journey into the flavors of Italy; I don't just recommend it, I highly recommend it.

04/02/2026: I order a kebab and don't ask for sauce, but on Thursday it was clearly ketchup, mayo, and barbecue sauce, so it doesn't have salt and it's delicious. I look inside the kebab shop, and if there's no sauce, I don't know what that is. I always come to Ali Baba, but today I'm not coming, I'm just going next door, there's another kebab shop there too, I want to go there now.

27/10/2025: Hello, for my part, I had been there a few years ago but I only went there once. The atmosphere and the setting remain great, however the service was average. As for the quality of the food, unfortunately not great. I remember the rice which had a burnt taste, it's a shame.

09/03/2026: The food was very good, but the service needs improvement. The bald, older gentleman was particularly unpleasant. He refused to serve us after 8 pm, even if the restaurant was empty, and when we pointed this out, he told us to go somewhere else. Then, he overcharged us when the bill arrived. Mr. Manager, please do something! We come every month, but not for much longer.

15/02/2026: Very disappointed with the service. Not a single greeting, the person at reception had a sour face. It doesn't make me want to go back. Completely lacking in customer service skills; perhaps they should work in the kitchen without any customer contact.
