09/09/2024: Worst McDonald's ever. Recently settled not far from Les Sables, we wanted to have lunch before a medical appointment. Unfortunately the waitress tripped and I received a large glass of coke on me. I was really soaked, top and pants including the shoes. Of course it was not intentional and the subject is not there. But what arrogance of the head waiter who tells us: you don’t expect me to reimburse you for the meal! But of course yes madam! I had to go buy clothes at the KIABI next door so as not to miss my appointment. We had spent 25 euros and the least we could have done was to be a little concerned about our condition. Nothing at all, not even a coffee. Never again in this establishment unworthy of a Mc Do. Run away! And I forgot, everything was cold….EVERYTHING!

08/09/2024: infrastructures à rasé ! c’est le macdo le plus cher alors qu’il est horrible j’ai reçu mes wraps froid horrible même pas réchauffé ça devait être le reste d’hier c’est inadmissible je l’aurais meme pas donner a mon chien ! à fuir !!

20/08/2024: I was served by a man with a tattoo on his forearm of Italy whose first name I don’t know! But who, as usual, takes great care of his customers! Very professional! I have long been disappointed with Subway, especially the staff.. but since then it has been a pleasure to return to eat there with the company. It’s changing!

17/08/2024: not easy to find a good restaurant on the island of Yeu in August without having previously reserved... while everything was crowded, my wife approached to ask for dinner and two, the staff did not seem to pay attention to his wait and gallops everywhere... I am there observing, all the tables are full, people with empty glasses are clearly waiting for their dish which seems to be slow in coming. It smells of French fries all over the platform emanating from the kitchen of “Ma Réserve” and everyone benefits from it, even the customers of other brands… suddenly, I see a single man in his sixties grab one of the waitresses and tell her: “are you kidding me, I’ve been waiting for over 35 minutes to be served”! With these kind words, I call out to my wife and we finish with oysters and a plate of Gargante-style pre fou...

17/08/2024: Unprocessed, raw and tasteless salmon sashimi accompanied by 3 slices of radish and fennel without seasoning. A salad of some sort. Fries good. Damage You have to pull yourself together in the kitchen. Ok and friendly service on the terrace.

27/09/2024: Cadre magnifique, qualité du repas impeccable mais service déplorable. Serveuse pas aimable, service expéditif (apéro et repas servis en même temps). Sincèrement déçus car l endroit est formidable mais la serveuse ne nous donne pas envie du tout de revenir.

24/09/2024: We spent the day in the sand and we looked for a nice little restaurant for lunch. We came across this one which looked nice... once seated we had to wait a good 15 minutes for the 'we take our order. As a starter chicken and squid tenders (frozen) followed by salmon tartare or salmon parmesan tartare I should say 🤣...supposedly served with fresh fries..in short we had 10% of discount compared to fries...I finish by telling you that you will have no trouble finding a better address in Sables d'Olonnes..I would like to say that I am not difficult, I also worked in the kitchen.but This is an address to avoid.

17/09/2024: Refuses a table for 2 just in front of a table of 10 people who haven't even eaten yet at 9:30 p.m. even though it says closing at 11 p.m. thank you for the welcome do not recommend at all (in addition to the mussels and fries it takes like 10 minutes to prepare)

09/09/2024: Hello, An incident took place in your restaurant last evening. Me and my partner ordered takeout. And the waitress who was there last night served us poorly. Neither hello nor again she threw our order on the table. CV that there were 2 of us but it remains very limited. The waitress was young, blonde, with glasses, etc. She must not have been here for long but that's no reason. Moreover, not loving the people to whom it must serve does not forgive it is an act. Politeness and knowledge remain a priority when working and especially in the restaurant industry. I am very disappointed. And I don't recommend it. I wish you a pleasant day. Sincerely

01/09/2024: On adore manger des sandwichs froids le long de la fenêtre avec les cadavres de mouches sur le rebord ! Le sol qui colle , Boris ….. y a du laissé aller dans tes restaurants !

15/08/2024: We visited on a sunny day. No tables outside so we had to sit inside. Food very expensive and nothing special. I had moules marinère- small shells, too much parsley and loads not open. Chips were nice though. Service very slow. We saw some people just leave as they were waiting so long. Would not recommend.

15/08/2024: À fuir ! Une honte… Ils nous ont refusé l’accès à la terrasse face au remblai car nous étions avec une personne en fauteuil roulant…. 😡

20/08/2024: Horrible, the staff is not able to take an order without making a mistake, we had to wait 20 minutes before having someone listen to our order given that the terminals do not work, not to mention that the person who took our order disappeared and never returned under the pretext that he had finished his day. I'm not even talking about hygiene, flies in the kitchens, dishes overflowing out of the trash cans... dirty tables, I ask that it be cleaned, a lady comes with a cloth almost dirtier than the table in short … The teams are disorderly and prefer to discuss among themselves, Horrible!!!

20/08/2024: Not a big fan of fast food in the first place. But this one really sucks. 2 maxi best of menu ordered... Flat burger, limp potatoes, no sauces and not a single napkin to dry your hands. And 22€ for that...it won't be worth going back any time soon!!
