The hole in the partition near the toilets has still not been filled since this winter!

Catering / products: However, regarding catering what can I say, everything seems frozen but above all industrial, including, I think of the taste, the blueberry pie! What a shame we are in the Vosges...
The portions are generous.
Choice: This day very little choice for accompaniments: fries.... a Caesar salad, or "frozen" spinach tortellini in my opinion (very little taste therefore).
Setting / Location: at the foot of the slopes, this self-catering accommodation benefits from a beautiful location.
Accessibility: Very accessible.
Price: The prices are clearly displayed, too high considering the quality of the product.
Note, however, a 10 percent reduction for residents of the Labellemontagne apartments.

06/09/2024: Well located hotel. Clean rooms. Pleasant welcome but few services after 6 p.m. and before 8 a.m. average breakfast toaster does not work. Fair price/quality.
31/08/2024: Well located hotel but room not soundproofed. Very noisy at night compared to people in other rooms. And not very clean.
1 balcony window that does not open.

Lorraine pâté with a tiny piece of stuffing that wasn't even entirely in the dough
I am very disappointed and would not go back there again.

27/08/2024: I recommend Feuillette as well as all Feuillette de France unfortunately the Wasps 🐝 it's really a problem.
25/08/2024: Very good bakery, the products are really great. I can't say the same for the service! The saleswoman asks me: “Will that be all?” To then chat with his colleague while I answer him, twice! I felt totally ignored, it's a shame.
For wasps, unfortunately it's somewhat inevitable. I will come back because I have nothing to say about the products, but I really need to review the friendliness!

17/08/2024: For an unusual night we will remember it, the inedible meat from the stupid week we couldn't cut it with the knife I'm full of nerves myself I'm a butcher I've never seen meat so bad cooked we are going to represent roast beef it was spoiled meat I was so angry I forgot to take photos and we had taken one night plus breakfast we left I do not recommend this restaurant very disappointed thank you for your understanding and have a good evening

Having received a box I chose this hotel rated 4 stars
Rooms 2nd floor very small furniture very old. Bathtub all scratched
Damaged parquet floor, spider web, broken light fixture, poor quality bedding
Dinner time between 7 p.m. and 8 p.m.
Hourly lunch between 8 a.m. and 9 a.m., after no more service
Meal imposed a few slices of cold meats, 4 potato fritters and a little salad. Dessert 3 small scoops of ice cream with whipped cream, no starter, water or bread, drink not included
Lunch my very dirty cup sent back to the kitchen
Per person 1 industrial croissant, 1 small piece of bread 1 fruit 1 small cup of buttered jam

07/08/2024: ❌️ : une restauration rapide et censée être rapide, extrêmement coûteux et Burger et nourriture pas du tout comme dans les pubs et toujours oublié quelque chose dans la commande ( une frite, un menu, des sauces... )
✅️ : j'avoue que je ne vois pas trop de points positif mise à part le fait qu'ils offrent des choses s'ils oublient quelque chose dans la commande.

Yes, yes, we did stay in your hotel and I hope that people who look at the reviews will read the many negative reviews. Air out the rooms, remove the cobwebs, vacuum the floor and maybe the notes will come back up.
31/08/2024: In summary, TO RUN AWAY! What we just did! Room made in the attic of the owners' home with of course the smell that goes with it! No less than 15 more than delicious rugs and, most importantly, a sink in what they dare to call a living room! At 130 euros per night with half board (also with half a meal because it's too little) it's a SHAME!

29/08/2024: Wij bestelden hier een burger, kregen een koude. Vervolgens stuurden wij deze terug en kregen we 2 minuten later dezelfde lauwe burger terug met happen er uit. Nog een keer teruggestuurd en kregen toen een iets warmere, maar nog steeds lauwe burger, met vervolgens lauwe patat. Geen aanrader!
29/08/2024: While passing through Gerardmer we wanted to eat in restaurants with our 2 young children. But we were very disappointed apart from the fact that the products were fresh, no seasoning for our dishes, a Munster sauce which looked more like a soup and without any flavor, a 100% natural beef tart (3 capers 4 maximum and a yolk of 'eggs). I also advise you to go to Flunch, much more interesting value for money.

03/09/2024: Wow, the waitress breaks the record for coldness. Not friendly at all, no smile, and a really bad look...And extremely cold...I'm not going back there anymore.Moreover, when I got home I noticed that there was very little sauce, barely a tablespoon and the super salty dish..
13/07/2024: As usual, they never have anything, the service is extra long, and what's more, the value for money leaves something to be desired...
I don't know why I'm going back. I hope that will change over time.. but no..

09/09/2024: Je suis aller manger au restaurant chinois le panda à Remiremont un midi en famille et on a vu de nos propre yeux que la patronne toucher une des lumière de buffet elle a exploser. L’ampoule est tombé dans la nourriture elle a ramasser les plus gros bout de verre et a mélanger le reste dans les plats sans prévenir lés clients une honte pour le restaurant je ne reviendrais plus
