25/05/2024: Excuses granted for beginners in the profession. Be careful, aperitifs served without ice cubes and nothing to snack on. Wine already served in the glasses, could not taste the wine... Starters arrived without bread or drink. All the dishes lacked pep, too bad. We will return in a while to see if time has allowed any improvements. Otherwise the setting and decor are great.

07/03/2024: We were received with 6 children and 3 dads for an unexpected lunch. A very friendly welcome and impeccable service. We highly recommend!

08/09/2024: Certainly the setting is magnificent in front of the lake, too bad this place is ruined by a rude, disrespectful room manager, who has no control at all and Who I think should for the remaining years possibly think about a change of profession to no longer be in contact with customers. The other servers are professional and smiling, they do their best. A family moment with children which turns into a fiasco thanks to this gentleman, I do not thank you and above all I do not recommend this place

06/09/2024: Well located hotel. Clean rooms. Pleasant welcome but few services after 6 p.m. and before 8 a.m. average breakfast toaster does not work. Fair price/quality.

31/08/2024: Well located hotel but room not soundproofed. Very noisy at night compared to people in other rooms. And not very clean. 1 balcony window that does not open. Not to repeat the experience

08/06/2024: We went as a family to eat o'malo, we ordered plates and kebab, not great, the meat was like crumbs, the plates were not garnished. Lack of raw vegetables and no sauce on the salad.

31/08/2024: Bel endroit pour la pause déjeuner sur l'Ile de la Cité. Terrasse au calme. Bon rapport qualité/prix, mais les galettes pourraient gagner en qualité..... Accueil chaleureux et enjoué. Pause déjeuner agréable.

22/08/2024: Une petite pause sur cette petite place Dauphine…. Quelle belle découverte ! Un moment au calme sous les arbres…. Un café, une glace, une crêpe 😃 servi avec le sourire. On y retournera, ça c’est sûr 😉

12/09/2024: Very disappointed, we took a Beef Braserade for 25e per person, there was very little meat (around 5 or 6 slices) and a small basket of fries… we were always hungry after our meal. We reported this to the service but no action (additional meat) was taken. In addition, we suggested adding a few salad leaves for aesthetics and the impression of a well-filled plate, the response from the service “this is not done”. You need to revisit your French restaurant classics... The deserts offered were really not attractive and too expensive, especially after this disappointment. 71st bill for a picon and a few slices of beef with dry fries

12/09/2024: Overlooks a reservoir, service mediocre, curt and grumpy. Cheap meals like pizza.

09/09/2024: We came during the fireworks evening on August 31st. - First of all, first cold shower to see that there is a hell of a mess of tables all stacked on top of each other. Then when ordering the drinks, we had to wait 1 hour before managing to intercept a lady so that she could take our order. Order taken and paid, time passes and still no drinks...we allow ourselves to intercept the lady again after 30 minutes, who is completely overwhelmed and does not understand what she did with our order. She finally brings it to us after I don't know how long, apologizing. - Second cold shower was when we learned that we were going to eat meal trays...for €25!! An endless queue to buy the tickets and when we arrived in front of the buffet...we had everything on the tray (lukewarm cold meats, overcooked chicken skewer, dry which had turned, an apple pancake cold and soft earth, a "skewer of melted cheese which had coagulated together and a chocolate mousse (the only good thing). €25 for that?? And not to mention the children's meal tray...1 handful of frozen fries and a poor snack, compote and a lollipop for 15 euros!! I'm not picky but we still got made fun of. I think it was mainly the location and the entertainment that we paid for. A good DJ who knew how to set the mood.

15/08/2024: Na 1 uur wachten op onze bestelling kwam men eindelijk vragen wat we eigenlijk besteld hadden ,nog eens 15 min later eindelijk eenvoudig eten ,nagerecht besteld ,half uurtje gewacht komt men ons vertellen dat helaas slagroom machine stuk is en het iets langer zal duren , nog kwartier gewacht dan betaald zonder nagerecht,zeer klungelige bediening iedereen liep als kip zonder kop rond echt heel erg , als ik zo mijn horeca bedrijf had gerund zou ik wel zeer snel op de fles geweest zijn Sorry moest me even van het hart

15/08/2024: Restaurant implanté dans un cadre idyllique au cœur du centre thermale. Personnel très gentil. Repas excellent. Le seul bémol est le service très long…. Il semblerais que ce soit là il y ai eu un problème de four, donc l’attente est compréhensive. Malgré cela je recommande cette adresse

Industrial cuisine, but it could be a little better presented... Even in a school canteen it's better.... If you like rare meat, ask for the blue one... 17/08/2024: For an unusual night we will remember it, the inedible meat from the stupid week we couldn't cut it with the knife I'm full of nerves myself I'm a butcher I've never seen meat so bad cooked we are going to represent roast beef it was spoiled meat I was so angry I forgot to take photos and we had taken one night plus breakfast we left I do not recommend this restaurant very disappointed thank you for your understanding and have a good evening

30/06/2024: Hotel restaurant in FUIR Having received a box I chose this hotel rated 4 stars Rooms 2nd floor very small furniture very old. Bathtub all scratched Damaged parquet floor, spider web, broken light fixture, poor quality bedding Dinner time between 7 p.m. and 8 p.m. Hourly lunch between 8 a.m. and 9 a.m., after no more service Meal imposed a few slices of cold meats, 4 potato fritters and a little salad. Dessert 3 small scoops of ice cream with whipped cream, no starter, water or bread, drink not included Lunch my very dirty cup sent back to the kitchen Per person 1 industrial croissant, 1 small piece of bread 1 fruit 1 small cup of buttered jam

27/08/2024: I recommend Feuillette as well as all Feuillette de France unfortunately the Wasps 🐝 it's really a problem.

25/08/2024: Very good bakery, the products are really great. I can't say the same for the service! The saleswoman asks me: “Will that be all?” To then chat with his colleague while I answer him, twice! I felt totally ignored, it's a shame. For wasps, unfortunately it's somewhat inevitable. I will come back because I have nothing to say about the products, but I really need to review the friendliness!

07/08/2024: ❌️ : une restauration rapide et censée être rapide, extrêmement coûteux et Burger et nourriture pas du tout comme dans les pubs et toujours oublié quelque chose dans la commande ( une frite, un menu, des sauces... ) ✅️ : j'avoue que je ne vois pas trop de points positif mise à part le fait qu'ils offrent des choses s'ils oublient quelque chose dans la commande.
