15/06/2025: Katja and Christoph, along with their adorable dog Oxana, welcomed us with incredible warmth. The room was stylishly and lovingly furnished. It was clean and equipped with everything we needed. The village is pretty, and the accommodation is idyllically situated next to the church. Thank you so much, we'd love to come back, Andrea ❤️

01/08/2024: Amazing experience, hotel is a few minutes walk from center Chablis! Rooms were great for the price, only reason for the rating was the fact that the shower in our room flooded. But I must say, the owners were fantastic, as the only contact at the point, they were at the hotel within minutes. They sorted out the flooded room and moved us as needed to a drier room. All throughout a thunderstorm. Fantastic service and much appreciated. Amazing hospitality.

27/07/2024: Un essai ayant passé par 2 fois à côté de cet établissement sans s'y arrêter, mais en le repérant...franchement pas déçu et nous avons gardé l'adresse !

21/07/2024: Le cadre est sympathique, l' établissement vient d' être repris par le célèbre homme d' affaires Julien Cohen. Belle piscine exterieure appreciable en été. Repas 40€ avec 3 plats (voir photos et commentaires) bien Cocktail orangeade citron cointreau 9 € mais aucune saveur de cointreau dommage. Pour la partie hotelière très propre, baignoire pas pratique, petit déjeuner copieux et de bons produits

10/08/2024: Nous avons eu l'impression de casser les pieds en arrivant et ça a duré tout le long du repas. Quand aux cuissons des viandes... Une catastrophe. Même la personne qui aime sa viande bien cuite l'a trouvée difficilement mangeable. J'avais demandé saignant.... C'était plus qu'à point. Et on a vraiment le sentiment d'être poussés dehors. Ne vous inquiétez pas : même en restant dans la zone, nous avons le choix de manger ailleurs. Heureusement que je sais que certains restau de la chaine relèvent le niveau.

02/08/2024: Nul on a l impression de les gêner, pas du tout professionnel, en plus repas pas terrible, sauce roquefort nul fadasse,je ne le recommande pas,et surtout changer de personnel,ils ne sont pas compétent...

10/09/2024: On vient en principe dans un restaurant gastronomique pour trouver quelque chose de différent et nous l’avons trouvé! Tout d abord un agneau à la française avec néanmoins un tian au cumin et au piment qui relevait plutôt de la cuisine nord-africaine. C était très relevé, remarque relevée de même par la table voisine. Nous avons eu ensuite le bonheur de communiquer notre avis à la serveuse et les 30 minutes suivantes nous eûmes droit à un comportement pour le moins courroucé de la patronne à plusieurs reprises. Il a fallu lui même arracher un bonsoir quand nous avons pris congé. Le plat qui a suivi était un dessert magnifiquement présenté et bon! Déception on était dans la normalité d un gastronomique. Enfin l addition nous fut communiquée soit 85 euros à 2 pour 2 plats sans le vin. Des prix très relevés comme le reste. En préface de la carte on a eu en plus la joie de découvrir un discours où l on comprend que les allergiques ne sont pas bienvenus ainsi que les vilains fonctionnaires de Bruxelles qui essaient de nuire à la population. A notre avis peut mieux faire encore malgré l excellence de ce gastronomique très différent et original autant dans le service que dans certain de ses plats.

19/01/2024: In a charming village in Yonne, opposite the town hall and next to the church, we enjoyed the meal for €16.50. The only problem, a very small cheese platter, nothing like the photos here!

21/07/2024: Appointment but long wait No wine list, no prices... Bottle of wine left when we had not finished the starter and then waiting... Finally the dish arrives, obviously the wine was hot! Dessert.... an ice cream stick, I'm hallucinating! And a warm almond croissant flan...!! 4€40 a coke!!!! Honestly very disappointed!!!!

19/07/2024: Having spent a couple of hours wandering around Montreal and appreciating the buildings and architectural surroundings, three of us needed something to eat and a place to get out of the midday sun. Au Quinze fitted the bill exactly - a 3 course lunch for €17.50 per head was excellent value

15/09/2024: Here is an establishment that we did not know about. We reserved a table for 10, we were welcomed very warmly by the 2 hostesses. Our table was ready and the menus distributed. As an aperitif, most of us opted for a mojito, well we waited a bit but it was worth it. The dishes afterwards were appreciated because they were very well prepared and presented, in short we enjoyed ourselves. As for parking, no problem, it's located right opposite. We had a very good evening and price-wise we got out for around €50 per person, aperitifs and wine included. In short, I highly recommend this restaurant.
