25/08/2024: L’Aire était surchargée malgré un dimanche mais c’est en raison d’un mélange paiement de l’autoroute et restauration. Nous avons mangé à l’échoppe de Gustave et par chance personne au Self service. Nous avons pris des hamburgers maisons cuit et préparé sur place devant nous. Super bon. Le personnel local très agréable, franc et direct. On s’est arrêté par hasard

15/12/2024: Dîner à deux dans ce restaurant du Château Saint-Jean qui ressemble dans sa décoration soignée à une brasserie parisienne dont on aurait oublié le zinc travaillé et patiné sur le comptoir. L’accueil est sympathique et nous choisissons une table ronde juste en face du passe de la cuisine. Afin de découvrir la cuisine du lieu, notre choix se porte sur le menu à 4 plats proposé. Les Rolls de saumon mi cuit sont bons et les saveurs associées interessantes. La présentation est soignée. Le jambon persillé avec lentilles est d’une belle présentation mais il est beaucoup trop froid et je ne sent de fait ni le goût de la gelée ni celui du jambon. Le lingot persillé mériterait de rester 20 minutes hors du frigo avant d’être servi afin que les clients puissent apprécier les saveurs du jambon et de la gelée qui tient bien. La cassolette d’escargots n’est pas à mon goût par manque d’assaisonnement. Il manque une pointe d de sel et de poivre. Le croustillant fondant de joue de bœuf est de belle présentation mais le cumin beaucoup trop présent à mon avis. La carotte est croquante, bien lustrée et savoureuse. Le pavé de lieu est de belle présentation mais là aussi, il manque l’assaisonnement. Concernant le choix des desserts, il est difficile de résister à la tentation car ils sont beaux et bons à la dégustation. Ma préférence va à l’entremet aux fruits de la passion à l’acidité parfaite. . Tout au long du repas, nous observons un jeune garçonnet œuvrer en salle. Il est gentil, souriant et découvre le métier avec intérêt. Le personnel de salle au nombre de 3 ce soir là est attentionné. La cheffe de cuisine Marine veille au grain et contrôle chaque assiette qui sort mais elle devrait goûter sa cuisine et constater par elle-même que l’assaisonnement est manquant ce qui est dommage.

04/12/2024: Accueil très chaleureux et repas au top. Nous avion une carte cadeau qui nous a permis de profiter pleinement de la qualité gustative des plats. Personnel très agréable
