19/06/2024: This place is a real gem situated in the heart of Vichy not far from the springs. You can walk almost anywhere in the town from here. The riverside is a stones throw from the residences, including the park. The room is well decorated and situated on the third floor of a former hotel. There is a nice compact kitchen with an induction cooker, fridge, and separate grill oven microwave. The bathroom has a separate toilet large walk in Shower and a washing machine. Decent size bed and a nicely decorated room with TV. I would 100% use this place again. The owners were very accommodating in allowing us to get our room early, which was really appreciated. At the time, there was ample street parking outside or in the memorial square.

03/05/2024: Beautiful place but the atmosphere and the music too loud are completely at odds with the place and the description given "piano bar and chic atmosphere": totally opposite that evening with laser lights... in short we have to review the atmosphere and create an atmosphere like before

14/06/2024: The quality of the dishes is mediocre: some dishes or sauces have a clearly industrial taste, the cheese platter offers very few cheeses and is not very tasty, the apple pie, said to be homemade, tasteless (but the chocolate mousse was good). But it is the atmosphere imposed by the manager and his state of mind which are even more disappointing. For example, when paying, we discovered that we were charged an extra €2 because one of us went a second time to help ourselves to the buffet to try a salad. However, this possible supplement had never been reported by the waitress. We were surprised by the manager who told us that we only had to make one plate but bigger (which is totally stupid, encouraging waste and overconsumption). Rq: on the other hand, the fact of not having consumed the wine included in the menu is not deducted from the bill. The application of this supplement (13% on a €15 menu) also means that the manager "monitors" what the customers are doing, in order to know if they get up to go to the buffet or go outside. All this to charge them €2. Such a state of mind undoubtedly explains the mediocre quality of the products and dishes, the desire to recover every last euro clearly being the manager's priority objective. To avoid.

I'm not the type to complain, but when I see this cafeteria it's enough to pull my hair out, in the 2000s when I came flunch to be attracted by these choices, 20 years later when I see the choices on the menu and that nothing has changed, I find it sad that in 20 years nothing has changed but for now. Today we eat cardboard, last time I ordered a steak unfortunately it was as hard as the table, I will send my dentist bill to flunch, the only positive point was the pancakes which were well stocked, it brought people to four o'clock, but today it is closed at 4 o'clock, in the evening, not many people, but I can understand given the welcome there is and what we are served. Flunch Montluçon is going straight into the wall and it won't get better by closing the four hours. Run away!!!

20/11/2024: I’ll also add that the buffet opens at 18:30. I don’t know about weekends. There are two parking lots. There is one next to the cafe for 10 cars and a little to the side on the dirt road for 30 cars.

06/09/2024: Elastic dough and ingredients without any taste apart from the tomato: it's just a tomato toast. It could have stopped there, but the exorbitant price of such low-quality products and the missing C I N Q (5) CENTIMETERS on the diameter of the “33” centimeter pizzas is the problem. Never again.

26/08/2024: Friendly waitress and clearly it stops there. Very expensive and really not good pizza. No homemade products, just assembly. We are served 3 pizzas, one ok, one undercooked and one burnt and we are told that it is not burnt since the dough is good and it is just the cheese that is burnt! It's still inedible! At more than €15 a pizza, it's a real ripoff. Avoid!

I highly recommend. Also note after our time in the village that all the artisans and traders are very welcoming and friendly.

18/08/2024: While passing through Vichy we discovered this pastry by chance and we were not disappointed at all. Balanced pastries, sought-after tastes, well made. Their range of bread is incredible! Very good quality! I recommend!

28/07/2024: We were very disappointed by this establishment which we went to regularly. We waited 25 minutes to be served at a slow hour. We had to ask for the table to be cleaned, which was done in a bad mood by the unpleasant waiter, we really felt like we were bothering us. Luckily, a smiling waitress eventually arrived. On our table of 5, two of us got sick immediately after tasting (vomiting, gastro). We suspect homemade whipped cream that is not fresh. We reported this to the waitress who was sorry. The price is excessive compared to the service. We will not return to this address which claims a standard well beyond the quality and service delivered.
