27/06/2026: We came on June 26th at noon. Arriving late, we were warmly welcomed by the restaurant staff. The setting is magnificent (we'll let you discover it for yourselves). The plates are generously filled with very high-quality local products. As for the service, we have absolutely no complaints; the entire team is very pleasant. Vegetarian options are available (reservations recommended). Good value for money, well worth it. We will definitely return. Thank you again for your hospitality.

04/07/2026: A wonderful time spent as a couple! From the amuse-bouche to dessert, everything was delicious. A huge congratulations to the chef for this refined and flavorful cuisine. Thank you also to the waitress, who presented each dish with passion and took the time to explain every detail. The setting is simply magnificent; you truly feel like you're traveling in a train carriage! A fantastic discovery that we highly recommend!

12/07/2026: Food was amazing! We ordered another pasta dish and overate as we couldn’t get enough. Highly recommend this restaurant for classic Italian fare. The pizza with spicy ham (diavola?) was probably my favorite but all dishes were so good.

10/07/2026: Very nice spot, in the quieter streets, with an impeccable service. The tableware and decoration are pretty, we are in Sicily. The food was fresh, well seasoned, simply delicious. So why 4 stars ⭐ on the cuisine? As a huge pizza fan/geek, I went for a Margarita, boring maybe for some people but that s the way I assess the quality of the pizza. It was pretty looking, airy, nicely charred, the sauce was well balanced and the mozzarella of a certain quality, my only comment is about the moisture, it lacked humidity, I was hoping for a slightly different chew, a more digestable dough. But really, it was still very good and I really recommend the place! Great cocktails too. So Bravo a tutti.

06/07/2026: We came last night for dinner as a family of four. The setting was fantastic, the service and food were top-notch, go without hesitation! The hamburgers and fries on the kids' menu were great, fresh fries, and the hamburger was butcher-quality. The veal shoulder with mixed vegetables was so tender, the meat literally melted in your mouth, and it wasn't too fatty for a shoulder cut...etc....great value for money. The two servers were absolutely fantastic, it was perfect, thank you again!

14/08/2026: While passing through the Ardèche region, we discovered this bistro (thanks to Google reviews) which truly deserves the title of "Bistronomic." We discovered excellent cuisine, enhanced by refined desserts. (As beautiful as it was delicious!) Thank you for this culinary discovery!

14/08/2026: Excellent dinner for two with my husband. All the dishes are made on-site and are truly excellent. The trout was succulent and the beef bourguignon was so good you'll want more. The plates are served empty and with plenty of sauce. The desserts are really good, without being too sweet. We will be back.

09/08/2026: A wonderful discovery, recommended by the owners of Villa Elisa M, where I stayed. Refined and original cuisine, based on fresh, local, and mostly organic produce, at a very reasonable price for this type of food. The chef is very friendly and attentive, adapts his dishes to your tastes, and suggests perfect wine pairings. I highly recommend it!

The dishes were expertly prepared with subtle flavor combinations. The value for money is excellent. Don't hesitate to come and try their food!

01/07/2026: A superb, air-conditioned vaulted dining room—a real plus during this heatwave. The meal was excellent, with quality ingredients and very generous portions. The staff was very pleasant. Special mention goes to the waitress who presented the daily specials, explaining each dish in detail...bravo! In short, we had a wonderful time; don't hesitate to visit this establishment.

18/08/2026: Beautiful nature reserve! You shouldn't be afraid of heights... I even cycled the Gorges once from Le Gard. Tough (steep slopes) but majestic. In the high season, however, it gets very crowded with tourists who view it more as an amusement park than a nature reserve. A little further south lies the Gard Cévennes, much quieter!!

13/08/2026: A magnificent place, with incredible natural surroundings. Unfortunately, the first thing you'll hear every morning, from 8:00 AM until 7:30 PM, is the ultralight aircraft and small planes flying over the Pont d'Arc. Their truly unpleasant drone clearly spoils the experience and completely detracts from this exceptional location. How can a handful of people be allowed to ruin the enjoyment of thousands of tourists and locals? I sincerely believe that the town of Vallon-Pont-d'Arc and the nature reserve should clearly prohibit this type of activity over this site. Attached is a short excerpt of what you can hear.

27/07/2026: A two-night stay with breakfast and dinner included was absolutely perfect, from arrival to departure, including the exceptional service provided by the staff. The location is ideal for a peaceful getaway, with a magnificent swimming pool for relaxation. The restaurant and its service are exceptional; the high-quality local produce is showcased by the excellent chef, Dominique. Breakfast is sumptuous, featuring cheeses, charcuterie, homemade jams, and a multitude of regional products. Congratulations to Anne Catherine and Dominique, as well as their staff, for the quality of their work and service. Everything is impeccable, and the various guides don't give them enough stars to recognize their excellence. Well done, and we hope to return next time.

26/07/2026: What a truly hidden gem! We came to Les Murets after our holiday in Spain and it was such a relief and a relaxing stay and our kids enjoyed the calmness! The nature is all around and still many things to do in the area! The hotel is lovely, cozy, clean and feels like home. Fresh breakfast, the Croissant is a must try! The dinner was excellent, professional and fresh quality! Hard to mention anything bad: the wasps can be disturbing while you try to eat during summer time. We will definitely come back!

27/07/2026: Last-minute reservation on a Saturday night, we received a very warm welcome. Everything was truly delicious, with a special mention for the homemade smoked trout and especially the summer burger... The service was discreet, efficient, and always with a smile. Thank you to the whole team; we had a wonderful time to end our vacation. See you again, perhaps!
