My only minor criticism, and it's a small quibble, concerns the sharpness of your knives, which didn't quite do justice to the excellent double-cooked mallard. I will gladly return soon…

17/10/2025: Perfect! A wonderful discovery! A restaurant at the foot of the castle, with a magnificent view from the terrace... you have to follow the signs carefully to find it in the maze of this superb old village. We ate there twice during our vacation. The menu is varied, a little limited because the homemade cuisine is gourmet and delicious. It also offers very appetizing tartes flambées. The welcome is very friendly and warm. You feel good in this place. I highly recommend it.

18/02/2026: This was our first time at this restaurant, and we tried the €55 Valentine's Day menu. The amuse-bouche, starter, and main course were good, and the dishes were cooked to perfection. However, the dessert was very disappointing: cloying, too dense, and too heavy at the end of the meal. We had to ask for the petits fours (3 mini meringues, 4 shortbread cookies, and 1 fruit jelly) which had been forgotten. The vaulted dining room is lovely, but as is often the case with this type of architecture, it creates an echo chamber, quickly leading to an unpleasant din that makes conversation impossible. The service was slow... very slow. We waited 45 minutes before anyone came to take our order. We arrived at 12:30 pm and left at 4:00 pm. In the end, we felt it wasn't worth the price. This menu isn't worth more than €40.

06/01/2026: A building with a lot of character and a very pretty park. A friendly and attentive couple run the place. While the rooms aren't brand new, they are very clean and the sheets/bedding are impeccable. We stumbled upon it by chance, but it was one of those happy accidents.
