19/05/2026: The hotel wasn't clean, the staff, though somewhat helpful, looked worse for wear. The owner was grumpy and now I am about to engage in a payment dispute as he charged me on top of (crappy) Booking.com. Such a shame as the location is perfect and my room had a nice view of the gorge. This place could be quite special if there was some tender loving care. Really annoyed at the payment shenanigans.

17/05/2026: Fantastic stay at Hotel Le Belvédère, the staff are amazing! The hotel is in a great location, with a lovely view. A real bonus is the quiet, heated pool – very relaxing. Thanks again!

16/07/2026: I ordered a Calabrian pizza with an extra egg and it was absolutely delicious 😋 The best pizza I've had in a long time!

21/03/2026: It had been a really long time since I'd eaten such a good pizza. Generous, flavorful, and the crust was perfect. The waitress was very professional, despite her young age. The service was top-notch, and her friendliness and helpfulness were a real pleasure. A pleasant surprise for our visit last night. We just forgot the can of soda for the raffle. So next time we'll have a drink waiting for us. 😂 In conclusion, it's so nice and enjoyable to discover little places like this. Thank you for this wonderful experience.

26/06/2026: I was satisfied, but for the past few months, the products have very often been damaged, piled up, and punctured. I've been ordering once a week for years, but now I think there's a problem with whoever prepares the orders (at the Leclerc in Bourg-lès-Valence, if I'm not mistaken, since it's not prepared in Tournon). Among other things, I've received flour and sugar with holes punched in them by fingers. Another time, there was flour all over my tissue boxes (even though my flour wasn't punctured this time). I was refunded for the boxes because the flour had gotten inside. Broken cottage cheese and compotes, opened fish... And today, crushed Danette puddings, luckily not punctured. It's starting to become a problem, hence my report. Hoping this will be taken into account.

01/09/2026: Passing through for the holidays, we decided to try something new. My husband and son ordered the all-you-can-eat grilled pork, but I didn't. The platter was quite full, and not only did we not ask for a refill, but the first portion was still half empty. We asked to take the rest of the dish away, and this was refused! If we had asked multiple times for takeout, I would have understood, but we weren't allowed to poison the contents of our plates! For a dish costing €26.50! Absolutely no customer service. It's a shame, because it was actually quite good.

30/08/2026: If you love pork, this is the place to go in the Ardèche 😍. Hearty meals, refined and high-quality dishes. One thing is for sure, we'll be back and we'll bring friends. I highly recommend it.

22/08/2026: I came to order a takeaway pizza for my granddaughter. The service was perfect, the young woman very pleasant. The order was placed without any problem: a vegetarian pizza without onions or peppers, as requested. A few extra mushrooms to compensate. But unfortunately, the pizza was practically inedible, it was so overcooked. It's a shame. I think it would have been good if it hadn't been burnt. Definitely check it before accepting it... €12.50 wasted!

27/08/2026: We come here for our lunch break and every time we're disappointed. We've given them several chances, thinking, "Maybe we just caught them on a bad day," but it's always a bad day. Small sandwiches made with stale bread, barely filled. And don't even get me started on their pastries, which are day-old and tasteless. We spend at least €20 only to still be hungry after our break. Don't try to get around this problem by going somewhere else; they ALL belong to this bakery, so it will be the same disappointment and the same rip-off no matter what.

05/09/2026: An establishment with its own hours that closes its drive-thru whenever it sees fit, endless waiting despite the few customers in the restaurant, all so that half the time it's cold.

04/09/2026: On Friday evening the 4th, we had a young but incredibly attentive team. Very rare these days, thank you to the whole team! :-)

22/07/2026: - Unpleasant staff, no customer service whatsoever - Better ice cream at the supermarket (a shame considering the price) - 20-minute wait for two ice creams when the restaurant was empty. Isn't it time to retire? Avoid this place!

25/08/2026: Hello everyone. It's a shame about this establishment and the discovery. The location and the village atmosphere are there, but not the food or the quality of the ingredients. The Vivarais region is something else entirely, and nearby.

19/09/2026: I absolutely do not recommend this place. Dirty dishes, a long wait for service, I ordered a medium-rare steak and was served raw (inedible) meat, and very oily fries. In short, I regret eating at this brasserie.
