01/07/2026: I've eaten at several Flunch restaurants, but this one is by far the worst. The "all-you-can-eat" concept is misleading. The tray contained only a few fries, mashed potatoes, cold and hard pasta, and some sautéed carrots. At other Flunch locations I've been to, there was gratin, green beans, and several other vegetables. Here, there was practically no choice. We paid €40 for a cold and undercooked chicken. The steak was truly awful. In the end, we didn't eat anything. On top of that, only one person was handling the entire service, resulting in an interminable wait. €40 down the drain. When I got home, I threw up everything. I don't know if it was related to the meal, but I felt very sick afterward. Avoid at all costs! I will never set foot in this Flunch again. 1 star, only because we can't give 0.

03/07/2026: The quality of the pizzas is declining; fewer and fewer ingredients and increasingly dry. What a shame.

25/06/2026: Very disappointed, the pizza was very dry. The dough was like rubber. The pizzas ended up in the bin.

02/08/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A fantastic discovery! A unique inn on the Ardèche plateau where everything was perfect from start to finish. We were all delighted with our meal and the warm welcome. The owner is incredibly kind, and the staff are very professional, friendly, and attentive. The atmosphere is welcoming, and you really feel at home. A huge thank you to the whole team for this wonderful experience. We will definitely be back!

02/08/2026: A short weekend in the duplex where the welcome was very warm, thank you for the thoughtful touches like the bottle of chilled water upon arrival (a real plus during the heatwave), the food was very good and the breakfast was excellent, I highly recommend it and we will be back

23/07/2026: Excellent restaurant and service. We had a Wonderbox voucher and received great advice on our menu choices. The food was very good, both in terms of quality and quantity, and there was very little waiting time. Thank you.

15/07/2026: A friendly and welcoming atmosphere for a cycling break! You can charge your e-bike or other electronic devices; regional products are also for sale, which is always a nice touch. The prices are indeed a bit high...

12/04/2026: Hello, the prices on the pastries (the mini Easter puppet at €4.50) were a bit steep. We went in and out again to go to Regis Marcon 10 km away where, for 10 cents more, we found a very wide selection of pastries worthy of a Michelin-starred chef.

20/07/2026: Two Happy Meals, a 10-minute wait at the kiosk, no one there, we moved forward and waited another 30 minutes, so 40 minutes in total for two Happy Meals. The waitress apologized, but still, and no gesture of goodwill.

19/07/2026: Unused liquids are blocked, and there's a garbage smell at the outlet.

09/03/2026: I was a regular customer back when Sindy and her husband owned the place, only staying overnight, and I never had the chance to come for lunch, even though it was supposedly packed. I have to come to the area for a project soon, but when I see the new reviews... I hope you'll sort things out because you're going to close down soon... Furthermore, you're unreachable by phone because the "line is temporarily suspended"... making it difficult to book...

15/05/2026: I don't know if it's normal, but the people working in this cafeteria during the week are incredibly rude! We try saying "hello" louder and louder with our friends, but there's never a response 🤷‍♀️ Maybe we owe them money or something, I don't know, but the service is truly awful. We don't need an atmosphere like this on campus; it's so demoralizing. No hello, no goodbye, no "you're welcome" 👏 It's better on weekends, but during the week, the oldest employee and another one with a nose piercing are incredibly unpleasant 🤨 Maybe they're forced to work here, I don't know 🧍🏻‍♀️

15/05/2026: Good products. I come here every day to eat during my study sessions. However, the service needs improvement, especially from the lady with the braids who's always grumpy, and I'm not the only one who says so. This afternoon, I came in for a muffin and some chips, I said hello (she didn't respond), and when I handed her the phone to pay with Izly, she ordered me in a very cold and almost aggressive manner, "Bring the phone closer!" (even though the phone was already in front of her, but given that she's blind in addition to being unpleasant...). If you don't like your job or you don't know how to be friendly with customers, you should quit and let people who will do the job better than you do.
