29/08/2026: Unfortunately, the kitchen was already closed, so we went to the neighboring snack bar next door. Since there was no seating available, the owner invited us to eat our food and drinks there. It was a very welcome and kind offer. He even offered us paper towels and cleaning spray for our helmet visors. All in all, a very hospitable and accommodating atmosphere. Thank you very much – 2 motorcyclists from Munich

22/08/2026: Charm is guaranteed! ⭐️ Located right on the river, simply stunning. ⭐️⭐️ The service is impeccable. Always a smile, always a joke. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ The drinks and food are delicious. The cheeseburger is amazing. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A friendly, musical atmosphere throughout the meal. (Continuous bat noise, but that's nature). ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🌟 Professional in all circumstances. Kudos to the waitress for her patience with some hostile customers.

01/04/2026: Today around 12:45 pm I bought a sandwich and four mini chocolate doughnuts. In short, it'll be the last time I set foot in there. I was in a hurry; the fast food places nearby were too crowded. It was already a last resort due to several bad experiences with this type of food. What I feared happened again: I tried two sandwiches, but my gums were already hurting. The bread was so hard, so dry, I only managed to eat the contents of the sandwich: the ham, the Emmental cheese, and the four tomato slices. Then came the mini doughnuts... also dry... In despair, I threw the sandwich bread (which was like a brick) onto the grass in the parking lot, with the regret of possibly breaking a bird's beak...😑

22/03/2026: The pizzas are awful, the dough isn't cooked and on top of that it doesn't taste good.

26/08/2026: After climbing Mont Gerbier-de-Jonc, a little crêpe break was definitely in order! 🥞⛰️ And what a pleasant surprise! Delicious crêpes, a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and a lovely ambiance. 😍 A fantastic little spot discovered along the way, perfect for refueling after a hike! I'll definitely be back! 😊

03/07/2026: The quality of the pizzas is declining; fewer and fewer ingredients and increasingly dry. What a shame.

25/06/2026: Very disappointed, the pizza was very dry. The dough was like rubber. The pizzas ended up in the bin.

14/08/2026: Refused to allow a little girl access to the restroom! Even when offered a drink. Very unpleasant service. (Response) You refused to let us have a coffee. A 9-year-old girl isn't going to leave the restroom in such a deplorable state. A little common sense wouldn't hurt. The contempt you displayed is simply intolerable.

13/08/2026: Located on the edge of a main road in the industrial zone, the welcome was unfriendly. I offered to buy a coffee so my little girl could use the restroom. The owner refused. I've rarely encountered such a situation.

07/09/2026: On September 6th, we sat down at a table in the tea room and ordered two chocolate croissants and two cappuccinos for €13.40. The chocolate croissants were good, but the cappuccino was absolutely undrinkable: no milk foam, some kind of concoction I can't even call coffee (instant?). We couldn't drink it. If you can't make something, you shouldn't put it on the menu. Overpriced.

06/09/2026: Blueberry tart that's halved in size in just a few years, same for the blueberry filling and the pastry... meh. All that for €4.50 last year, €3.50 last year. For me: I'm done. There are better and cheaper options.

08/09/2026: We had to turn around after just walking through the door because of the awful smell inside. No point in trying to order food in a place that smells like sewage 🤢

05/09/2026: I ordered a Royal Deluxe and ended up with a Royal Cheese. The Tournon-sur-Rhône location is a disaster; there's always a mistake. We were supposed to receive compensation, which we never did. It's really awful, especially since we order regularly. You've lost a family of six as customers... I'm adding to a review that was already posted three years later... We tried McDonald's again, but it's still just as bad. They forgot the Happy Meal toys, the extra book, and there was no sauce. There were no napkins, and when we asked for the missing items, they gave us dirty looks.

09/03/2026: I was a regular customer back when Sindy and her husband owned the place, only staying overnight, and I never had the chance to come for lunch, even though it was supposedly packed. I have to come to the area for a project soon, but when I see the new reviews... I hope you'll sort things out because you're going to close down soon... Furthermore, you're unreachable by phone because the "line is temporarily suspended"... making it difficult to book...

28/07/2026: The food was very good for a university cafeteria, but the staff were quite unpleasant to students. No one responded to greetings (except for the very thin man and the young man with dreadlocks, who remained polite). The women working in this cafeteria clearly didn't want to be there, but rest assured, it wasn't our fault!

15/05/2026: Good products. I come here every day to eat during my study sessions. However, the service needs improvement, especially from the lady with the braids who's always grumpy, and I'm not the only one who says so. This afternoon, I came in for a muffin and some chips, I said hello (she didn't respond), and when I handed her the phone to pay with Izly, she ordered me in a very cold and almost aggressive manner, "Bring the phone closer!" (even though the phone was already in front of her, but given that she's blind in addition to being unpleasant...). If you don't like your job or you don't know how to be friendly with customers, you should quit and let people who will do the job better than you do.
