13/09/2024: We were passing through Sedan this afternoon to eat in a restaurant, then we found this restaurant which was well rated and we wanted to try it. Well then, very good surprise, when we returned the decor at the reception was classic and left something to be desired, but I want to say not even to worry about it because you will be surprised at what happens next, a friendly welcome , we sat at the table, we were served some shrimp chips while we chose what we wanted, so a little digression but the decor at the reception was to be desired but in the dining room the decoration was very beautiful and well in the atmosphere of Chinese tradition (small paintings, Chinese figurines, a very beautiful ceiling ect...), then the drinks are not excessively expensive compared to other restaurants (€2.50 a lychee juice 25cL granini to be precise), we had directly ordered the meal at the same time, we took a menu for 15€ with a starter of 4 homemade spring rolls with a little sweet sauce and a few salad leaves, the spring rolls were super good with the right sauce, even though we dipped the leaves in the sauce, then the dish we had chicken curry with plain fried noodles, and quite frankly it was very good too, the curry was mild, the creamy chicken, the perfect noodles, with little bits of peppers and foods that I didn't know what they were but everything went really well together, and for dessert we had 2 coconut balls, the icing on the cake , honestly they were the best balls I have ever eaten, the texture was melting, perfect, the cream inside was super good, plus they were served slightly hot as required. How can I tell you that we had a great time for €15 each!! In addition, each stage of the meal was served on time, as soon as we finished we were cleared and the rest arrived (apart from the chicken curry because you have to understand that it takes a little time to prepare it), I think that the waiting time was largely justified by the meal and even the price, plus we had a pleasant chat with the chef at the end of the meal (because yes there was almost no one there) who is a strong person friendly, who sincerely deserves respect. Basically we left the restaurant having eaten well but without being too heavy and having a smile because it was very good and the chat with the chef was as nice as anything, in any case I recommend +++ (The only small downside that I could point out was to serve a carafe of water at the start of the meal, but really I'm quibbling!!)

24/07/2024: Nous étions venus pour partager un apéritif au rez-de-chaussée avec une planche apéritive. Et nous avons eu la magnifique surprise de finalement faire un apéritif dînatoire ! La planche est garnie de charcuterie merveilleuse, de fromages et d'autres préparations faites par le Chef et son équipe. Mais elle est précédée par un croque oignon et suivi d'autres mignardises tout aussi délicieuses. Bref il s'agit là de la meilleure "planche apéritive" de tout Charleville. À deux ou à plusieurs il est même plus avantagux de prendre une bouteille de vin ; nous avons goûté un vin rouge biologique à 35 €. Le lieu est cosy, la musique agréable et le service parfait. Nous avons tous passé une excellente soirée !! Juste pour information, le chef remet en place le menu du midi à 35 €.

10/09/2024: Domaine de Vendresse is a charming place for a family outing. The natural setting is superb, with many activities for young and old. The children particularly enjoyed the animal park and the water games. A pleasant getaway to recharge your batteries!

10/09/2024: A beautiful, nicely decorated establishment (à la Baudelaire) on the creperie side, on the burger side with a street art atmosphere. A warm and smiling welcome. We were pleasantly surprised by the generosity of the dishes and their quality, both for the main course and the dessert. Ideally located in the city center, not far from the museums, on Place Ducale.

30/08/2024: Hello, I used to come and treat myself to good fries and good burgers from the factory for about two years but I have been disappointed 4 times in a row since the summer season. The young people who replace in the kitchen are too lax and they even made fun of my look when I ordered and there was almost nothing in the burger and the steak was barely cooked. I went back with a friend, telling myself that it was bad luck's fault, but then again there was no Maroilles and when we went to bring it back, the young man in the kitchen got angry and then we returned. the burger with the slice of Maroilles not even melted. I'm sorry but we need someone with experience to supervise them. Dsl for this comment but if I don't it won't just be me who will be disappointed.

25/09/2024: Une horreur les nem les beignets de crevette et tout le reste trop cuit immangeable Jamais vu ça de ma vie Quand je vois les wok vers chez moi il y a une sacré différence Et pour conclure tout le monde malade dans la nuit super A aucun moment je recommande ce resto.
