31/12/2025: Passing through Sedan, I was pleasantly surprised by this pizzeria. The pizzas are excellent, generous, made with fresh, high-quality ingredients, and have a wonderfully crispy crust—a real treat! I highly recommend this place.

06/04/2025: Ordered a takeaway pizza, dirty waiting hall. The cook does not have any outfit for making pizzas but a beach outfit, not hygienic at all. Does not wash your hands after cashing out or after greeting one of your colleagues and makes pizzas.

30/03/2025: After ordering 9 dishes and finding a hair in 2 of them, being served a salmon steak with fries worthy of a children's menu and having had very fatty meat, we mentioned it to the waitress who told us that she would take note of it and advised us to talk about it at the counter. Once at the counter, we mentioned these points, to which we replied: "if you are not happy, you just have to stop coming." What a lack of respect towards customers who come quite regularly. This ultimately reflects the lack of professionalism and humanity of this establishment.

I tested the 2 rooms with 2 ambiances with discreet but efficient service. The dishes presented are excellent to the sight and palate. I found my base for my next visits to Sedan

01/02/2026: I stopped by the gaming hall this afternoon, and the service at the bar was appalling. The waiter was incredibly rude, and I was served after other customers even though I was there first! Really disappointed. 😤

27/12/2025: It's shameful to call these pizzas. They're undoubtedly among the worst I've ever eaten. All the ingredients seem to have come from very low-quality cans. The height of laziness is reached when you don't even bother to cook with fresh ingredients. Simply disgusting.

04/07/2025: It was delicious! The service was lovely, everyone was attentive and very friendly! The value for money was perfect, the food was very good, and a special mention for the caramel French toast which was absolutely delicious!!! We will be back with great pleasure!

01/12/2025: It's 3 a.m., I went to La Fabrique yesterday for the first and last time. What's the problem? The 3 a.m. time is significant. I ordered a burger and asked if there were onions in the recipe, specifying that I'm allergic. The waiter assured me there weren't, okay. The plate arrived, and at first glance, the burger did indeed appear to be onion-free, but horror of horrors, the salad was piled high with fried onions. In a hurry, I didn't eat it, sticking to the burger and fries, thinking they seemed separate. Except that I must have eaten one or two small pieces because ever since I got home, I've felt uncomfortable, and this discomfort has turned into a full-blown intestinal battle. I don't understand why onions ended up on my plate when I clearly stated that I'm allergic. What a shame!

02/11/2025: Delicious, very warm welcome. We went without booking in advance and were greeted like royalty. The waitresses and staff were friendly and admirable, the place has real charm. The prices aren't too high, very affordable. Five stars for this La Strada restaurant... it would have been six stars if it had the right rating. Passing through the area, I highly recommend it.

02/07/2025: I find this all-you-can-eat buffet excellent. First of all, it's excellent for its cuisine. The produce is very fresh and makes you want to help yourself. It's restocked very regularly. Everything is very good, especially the wok service! Also excellent for the impeccable service, attentive to the well-being of customers. Finally, it's excellent for the atmosphere and the kindness of the people working in the restaurant. Go there with your eyes closed, you won't be disappointed!
