14/08/2026: Ordered the goat cheese salad with toast shown in the picture, but of course, it arrived without any toast. €9.50 for a salad, no less! Very disappointed.

07/08/2026: The price was quite high for undercooked fries. We ordered in the evening and the delivery was too late to call the restaurant.

17/08/2026: We had a delicious meal here. My husband and I chose to share 3 starters. Gravlax salmon ceviche with citrus fruits and herbs, scallop carpaccio with samphire, and Burrata and tomatoes prepared in three different ways with homemade pesto. A glass of champagne to go with it. Delicious! We truly enjoyed the flavors and the visual presentation of the dishes. My daughter had the kids' menu. The location is also very nice. We sat outside on the beautiful square. Highly recommended!

25/07/2026: What a delightful surprise this restaurant in Charleville-Mézières was. Tables beautifully set and an excellent and surprising menu, beautifully presented. Accompanying it was a good bottle of wine unknown to us. It was very quiet on the evening we were there. This restaurant deserves good patronage. Hans and Marleen, Amersfoort

28/07/2026: We arrived as a group of four without a reservation, and they kindly found us a table. The waitresses were very friendly, as were the owners. The food was good, the fries were hot and excellent—simple but good. The prices are reasonable; a place to remember.

28/07/2026: An excellent restaurant in Sedan, ideally located right opposite the castle. We had lunch inside, as the terrace was full, and we weren't disappointed. The restaurant is very clean, the service is impeccable, and the staff is welcoming and friendly. We particularly appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as the lovely bouquet of flowers on each table, as well as the basket of assorted breads—a very nice and original touch. The dishes were delicious and served promptly. A wonderful discovery that we highly recommend. We will gladly return!

06/09/2026: Yes, I'm sharing my experience, and I find it truly unacceptable that people take pleasure in leaving negative reviews about a two-hour experience in an establishment that is simultaneously being praised. I don't understand it. Today, I give all the stars to this restaurant owner who does everything to satisfy customers. Don't forget that you are harming the establishment and that jobs are at stake. I hope that next time you will think twice. Thank you on behalf of the restaurant owners. And above all, don't hide behind a clown persona.

14/07/2026: Classic Northern French cuisine in a beautiful, classically decorated setting. Not cheaply priced. A few years ago the dishes were sloppy, but now they are beautiful, good-tasting dishes. Small menu but well-balanced salmon and also sweetbreads (which you don't find everywhere) with a lovely sauce. Worth a try.

01/08/2026: We had a wonderful time with my mom. The pizzas were excellent, with a thin crust, and the gourmet coffee was superb. The staff were fantastic! As I'm allergic and phobic of wasps, one was buzzing around me, and they reacted immediately. Thank you so much! I'll definitely keep this address and recommend it 10000%! Thanks again for everything!

24/07/2026: We ordered two pizzas and two pasta dishes. Our plates were empty by the end of the meal 😋. The staff who greeted and served us were very friendly. The service was quick. My only regret is that they didn't have a cherry beer on the menu, like Kasteel Rouge or Kwak Cherry.

16/08/2026: The waitresses were very attentive to the customers. The express menu was just under €20, but it's a shame the seafood tagliatelle only contained a few tiny pieces of fish. The rest was quite good. There were nice little touches at the beginning and end.

04/08/2026: The express menu was original and tasty. The Coke was poured carelessly and served quickly. The service was disorganized.

02/09/2026: Disgusting sharing platter... the galette was like shoe leather (defrosted), the salmon was awful, borderline awful, with avocado, red onion, and radish... all without any seasoning, €14.90 😱 and the two non-alcoholic cocktails were €8.90, not €6.90 (5:27 pm as the waiter said). €32.90 for a little afternoon treat on an empty stomach... and then they'll complain that people aren't buying anything 🤣

23/07/2026: What a great find! It looks simple at first glance, but once you get to the terrace, it's fantastic! The staff were very pleasant and friendly! We had to wait a little while for the menus, but we arrived during peak service and there were many occupied tables, so it was understandable. The food was unpretentious but incredibly delicious! The prices were very reasonable; from the main course to the dessert, everything was perfect. We'll definitely be back! 🤗

16/08/2026: You should know that I order McDonald's almost every day, and this is the first time I've seen anything like this. I ordered a CBO and at first glance, I received a nice-looking CBO, but what a surprise when I discovered inside: the chicken from the McChicken, along with a sauce I'd never seen in it before! Maybe they tweaked the recipe between orders! Anyway, the McDonald's in Charleville-Mézières are getting worse and worse. (Ranchovy sauce, I suppose, in a CBO. It was really good (absolutely disgusting).)
