05/09/2025: This September 4th, there were two of us on a terrace for a beer and a shandy, I gave a €20 note, I received the change, I didn't check and later I realized that I had been cheated out of €10... I invite customers to check carefully and not to trust them too much! because without a receipt it's difficult to go back and complain!

25/08/2025: I came to the place on Saturday, August 23rd with a colleague and 2 residents with disabilities. We had been to Carrefour before to buy something to eat and drink for the residents. We sat down and asked for the menu. So far, no problems. The waitress then came back to take our order, I kindly told her that we were going to have 2 cafés crème and also asked if we could have glasses and spoons for the residents. The waitress said yes, and asked me what she was putting in the glasses. I told her that we had already bought what was needed for them, the waitress told me that it was not possible because it was a bar and that here we served drinks. In principle, I could understand. The waitress then went to see her boss who from the beginning did not deign to say hello, so in terms of friendliness we will pass. And the person starts yelling "Oh no, out of the question, it doesn't work like that in the bars in Charleville" that's all, I tell the waitress that we're leaving. I spoke to several of my colleagues who told me that she had no problem having only a coffee, and having already bought what was needed for the residents, so I don't understand at all why we were refused for things that had already been accepted with others. Rudeness, no friendliness and disrespect from the woman who yelled in the restaurant. My colleague and I were shocked, I do not recommend it at all.

25/03/2026: Fantastic chip shop! The fries are excellent, perfectly crispy on the outside and melt-in-your-mouth tender on the inside. The portions are generous and the sauces are delicious. The welcome is always warm and the service is quick. You can tell the products are high quality. I recommend it 100%, it's definitely one of the best chip shops around! 🍟👌

28/03/2026: One of my favorite kebabs, especially for its homemade white sauce, not industrial like many others.

04/02/2026: Third order in a year when I'm in the area and it's always the same: no white sauce, the meat isn't bad, well-filled but incredibly salty, and the fries are always cold upon delivery... I rarely get a kebab where you can't even taste the white sauce, which is a shame! They could do better, I think ;)

22/03/2026: The staff is very unpleasant, especially the waiters who felt entitled to come and yell at us at our table for a mistake made by THEM (please refrain from pointing the finger at a customer and accusing them of something they didn't do, thank you very much). The wok chef made a mistake with our order and mixed up everyone else's plates. I ended up with my vegetables but another customer's meat. The selection of desserts and the quality of the food are not commensurate with the price charged at the register. Furthermore, we waited 20 minutes for a waiter just to order drinks.

14/05/2026: I ate lunch there. The chicken skewers... just plain, burnt pieces of chicken, fries, and salad (I make better at home). In short, nothing special in terms of taste or quality, and to top it all off... food poisoning for three days. In conclusion, I won't be going back because getting food poisoning is definitely not ideal.

04/02/2026: Kebab platter served at a table in a Turkish restaurant, including cutlery, napkins, glasses and a bread basket, for 10 euros, and a Coke for 2 euros. Highly recommended.

14/12/2025: A very warm welcome, the saleswomen (bakers) are very helpful, the pastries and other items are absolutely delicious, the shop is in a very strategic location, their salmon club sandwich is amazing, and the prices are very reasonable. If I may make a suggestion, consider using halal meat in the sandwiches, pizzas, and other items; it would attract a wider clientele like myself. Thank you!

10/10/2025: Excellent tapas meal! The ingredients were fresh and high quality, and the charcuterie was superb. The staff were very attentive and friendly. We will gladly return. Thank you for a wonderful evening!

13/07/2025: We had a fantastic time celebrating my friend's hen party. I highly recommend it; the products were excellent and very reasonably priced.

25/05/2026: Expensive for what it is, the arrabbiata sauce was too salty, the leek gratin was undercooked, and to top it all off, the toilet was disgusting. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

14/04/2026: The all-you-can-eat vegetable buffet was rather limited, with few choices. The price was a bit high for what it was worth. The starters and desserts were quite basic, reminiscent of a cafeteria.

06/04/2026: Very friendly service and it was a cozy table. You can try the typical French dishes there. Had a good meal.

16/05/2026: Quick service, food not too bad, not excellent but it does the job for fast food. However, it's very cold; you have to keep your coat on to eat inside. And the customer service needs improvement, but perhaps the employee wasn't feeling well; it happens to everyone, even though we really felt like we were bothering them, to put it politely. In short, if you're hungry and that's all they have, why not, but I won't be back.

08/05/2026: As a customer since the chain opened, thanks to the quality of their fries and burgers, I've been disappointed several times lately, particularly with the bacon. Okay, let's start with the positives: the burgers are excellent. From the bun to the patty, everything is top-notch and perfectly cooked. The fries with paprika are always golden brown and well-seasoned. The only downside is that the last few times I've been, the bacon in the burger has been inedible. It's just greasy and rubbery; it all comes out in one piece when you bite into it. You have to remove the bacon every time, which is a shame for a bacon burger. So it would be great if they could address that. The prices have also increased significantly in a very short time. It's a shame because I used to come about five times a month, but now I only go once every two months or so, and the same goes for my family and friends. While the price is certainly affordable for the quality, the price difference is significant when you're with family, so the budget definitely takes a hit. I admit it's cheaper to go to a fast-food restaurant with a loyalty program these days. As for the rest, we never come in the winter because it's far too cold inside. However, the cashier is lovely. But in any case, it's still a good fast-food restaurant; the quality is there.

16/04/2026: The burgers were quite good, however, it's unacceptable to arrive at 9 pm, when the shop closes at 10 pm, only to find that the cooks had closed the platters to leave early, meaning there were no burgers left. I find this unacceptable coming from an establishment I particularly like. Disappointed, I don't recommend it.

14/06/2026: We'll miss you because there's nothing but good things to say: the fries were very good, the merguez sausage cooked just the way I like it, not overcooked. The service is always good and the staff very friendly; it's often my husband who comes.

04/05/2026: Very disappointed… we used to come here regularly, we ordered yesterday after a while, the fries weren't cooked enough, the bread was too white. What a shame, it was our favorite chip shop in Charleville.
