22/12/2025: A restaurant I love! A warm atmosphere where I enjoy myself every time, with comforting and hearty dishes, not to mention the always impeccable service, with a smile and attention to detail. I go back as soon as I can!

30/11/2025: Excellent restaurant in Charleville. Top-notch staff 👌, very welcoming owner who offered us a complimentary digestif. We'll definitely be back!

20/10/2025: Open on a Tuesday in October, we were able to enjoy a hot chocolate to warm us up during our bike trip along the Meuse. Beautiful place, friendly service.

01/10/2025: We had lunch at Ô Fil de l'eau during our La Meuse à Vélo trip, a very nice relaxing space. Very warm welcome and perfect service. It's the perfect place for a well-deserved break while enjoying a good skewer, with a glass of rosé, and to finish a crepe. We will not forget the friendly and dynamic welcome of the owner.

14/07/2026: We regularly dine at this establishment, and the food is always excellent. The chefs do a very good job, and the rest of the staff is welcoming and pleasant. However, we are consistently disappointed by a waitress with short, red hair who wears glasses. On each visit, her attitude is cold and unpleasant, and she really feels like we're bothering her. This ultimately ruins our experience, when we come precisely to enjoy a meal in a friendly atmosphere. It's truly a shame that a single person can tarnish the image of an establishment that otherwise deserves to be appreciated for the quality of its cuisine and the dedication of the rest of the team. We hope that management will take this feedback into consideration, as this situation is recurring and detracts from the customer experience.

05/07/2026: We ordered a four-cheese pizza, and strangely enough, it only had two types of cheese, making it more like a goat cheese pizza. As for the kebab platter, it was just raw vegetables with a very acidic vinaigrette dressing, so it was inedible. And the box was overpriced for what it contained.

27/07/2026: Everything was great and piping hot 🤗 My only complaint is the size of the bacon fries; for €1.50 extra on top of the meal deal, you'd expect a bit more, but it was still good.

26/07/2026: While passing through Sedan, we stopped at McDonald's. We waited over 30 minutes for our order, and even then we had to go back to the counter to complain. Once we finally got our order, everything was cold and the drinks weren't good.

11/07/2026: We went last night to get ice cream and drinks, and after a 25-minute wait, frustrated by the delay, we went to the counter to ask how long it would take to get our order. We were then told that the ice cream wasn't even made and the drinks hadn't been sent out. So they had to redo everything, adding another 10 minutes to the wait. In short, a 35-minute wait for overpriced, mediocre drinks and ice cream. Thanks, McDonald's Villers Semeuse! 👍

29/07/2026: A great place to eat in Carignan. There are five restaurants in Carignan, we tried four, and we were lucky because only one of them was disappointing and underpriced. But that's not the case with La Strada. A very good place to eat in Carignan. No complaints whatsoever about the service or the food. Quality cuisine at very affordable prices in a nice, calm, and welcoming atmosphere. I recommend it! The menu prices are relatively reasonable.

10/10/2025: Excellent tapas meal! The ingredients were fresh and high quality, and the charcuterie was superb. The staff were very attentive and friendly. We will gladly return. Thank you for a wonderful evening!

13/07/2025: We had a fantastic time celebrating my friend's hen party. I highly recommend it; the products were excellent and very reasonably priced.

22/07/2026: Getting worse and worse… besides the fact that many products don't have prices displayed (frozen mochi, ice cream, etc.), some items are also more expensive. When I get to the checkout and point out to the cashier that the displayed price isn't the same (goat cheese log and tub of chocolate ice cream), she tells me she'll check later… I say okay, but this is more expensive, and she replies, "Well, yes, but there are a lot of people at the register." So basically, I paid more for two items… not to mention that I bought a mixed salad at 30% off because of a short expiration date (damaged box). When I got home, there was neither the brownie nor the dressing in it… and no one in the store to ask about the missing prices.

25/06/2026: One star less because there are no bins in the parking lot :)

18/07/2026: I received a very poor welcome. The woman who works there did nothing but argue with the staff; she seemed angry, never cracked a smile or uttered a polite word, and kept breaking dishes, only getting even more agitated. I find this unacceptable.

09/07/2026: A fairly typical restaurant of its kind. The food is good and varied. A bit noisy. Professional and friendly staff.

26/06/2026: Delivery order for €48: one kebab and two merguez burgers. Unfortunately, a huge disappointment. The fries were soggy, there was only one merguez sausage, and the bread was undercooked, to the point of sticking to the roof of my mouth. For the price paid, I expected much better quality. I do not recommend this experience.

21/06/2026: A great place! The kebab is delicious, generously filled, and prepared with care. The fries are crispy and the sauces are excellent. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is pleasant. I'll gladly go back.

05/08/2026: Service was terrible, way too slow. Tacos were nothing special. The kebab was awful. No cheese sauce.

06/04/2026: Very friendly service and it was a cozy table. You can try the typical French dishes there. Had a good meal.

04/06/2026: The taco recipe wasn't followed; there was a piece of aluminum foil in the sandwich. He refused to remake the taco because of his mistake.

26/05/2026: Stopped for a coffee. Indifferent welcome. Be careful in the restrooms. The equipment needs replacing.

14/12/2025: A very warm welcome, the saleswomen (bakers) are very helpful, the pastries and other items are absolutely delicious, the shop is in a very strategic location, their salmon club sandwich is amazing, and the prices are very reasonable. If I may make a suggestion, consider using halal meat in the sandwiches, pizzas, and other items; it would attract a wider clientele like myself. Thank you!
