11/01/2025: Good evening, My friend told me about this restaurant where he just had dinner there, and I must say that his enthusiasm is contagious! He described the dishes to me as a real trip to Vietnam, with authentic flavors and fresh ingredients. Apparently, the atmosphere is friendly, and the service is fast and efficient. A big plus for the boss described as very charismatic, always having a word to make people laugh. I keep thinking about the specialties he mentioned: bo bun nem, banana flambé with sake or other desserts that seemed irresistible. Just thinking about it makes my mouth water! I’m so excited to go there and discover this little corner of Vietnam for myself. If half of what I've been told is true, it could be memorable!

11/12/2025: Actually, order everything together to avoid waiting. Otherwise, it was good, but the broth was a bit too salty.

09/12/2025: We both had Pho Dăc Biêt. Broth was a bit slightly on the salty side. It came hot (cook) so the noodle and condiments felt warm and cooked. With pho broth flavor is essential. Texture of broth was a muddle. Appears it has been cooked over and over. I like my broth almost clear. We also had Banh Cuôn which was nicely done. The minced pork with black mushroom was just about right. Lastly I had Banh Lot as dessert. That was so so. Overly sweet. Should have more ice or cubes to keep the dessert chill.

21/06/2025: A very unpleasant owner, with a pitiful welcome. He rushes you to order. The portions are small. I absolutely do not recommend it. Very expensive for what's on the plate and the quality.

29/11/2025: First of all, the food is so delicious!!!! This is my 5th visit to Songsan Restaurant!! I've tried jjambbong, samgyeopsal, kimchi jjigae, tangsuyuk, jeyuk, and buldolsot galbi, and they're all delicious without fail~~! The owner is so kind, and the staff speak Korean fluently and are incredibly friendly!! You really have to come back🩷🩷

07/12/2025: The best place for sundae soup in Paris. Eat sundae soup. Eat twice, three times, four times. If you go on the weekend, you'll feel like you're in Korea. Everyone's drunk and it's so loud that you'll have to choke to talk to your companions.

02/12/2025: I'd wanted to try this restaurant for a long time, after seeing a lot of recommendations on Rednote and the fact that Koreans really liked it. In the end, it was just okay, not bad but not exceptional either; maybe it was just the lunch menu, and the dinner dishes are better.
