30/06/2025: I love the quality at Sushi H, the dishes are really delicious BUT they have a real organizational problem. It's not possible to wait so long to be served... 30 minutes before getting drinks and more than an hour for sushi. It seems like they take way too many takeout orders and that dine-in customers are forgotten. I prefer to be told clearly that they can't take my reservation rather than to say yes and not be able to serve us in a reasonable time.

15/11/2025: The potato momos are excellent. The desserts aren't very good and are very expensive. Compared to the Tibetan restaurant across the street, the difference is striking. I don't recommend this restaurant for its desserts.

24/01/2026: The restaurant doesn't look like much from the outside, but the food is fantastic! There's an all-you-can-eat buffet for €22, or you can order à la carte. Regarding the buffet: Overall > Very good overall. There's a good selection, even if it seems small. Specifically, the following dishes deserve special mention: the mango salad, the salmon/chicken toast, the beef curry, and the spicy coconut chicken soup. It might seem trivial to some, but the fried rice and sticky rice were excellent accompaniments to the dishes. I highly recommend it! And I'll definitely be back to try the à la carte menu!

26/01/2026: Years later, it's still just as good. The skewers are slightly smaller than they used to be. The all-you-can-eat buffet for €20.90 in the evening is definitely worth it; the sushi is fresh and well-balanced.

09/07/2025: My opinion in 2025: I used to come here with my teenagers, but since the menu changed, we no longer recognize this restaurant. It has lost its identity. The menu is meager, no set menus anymore. Everything costs money. For the sashimi, which isn't exactly cheap, you have to pay extra for the rice, etc. Ultimately, it quickly becomes a rather steep bill if you add miso soup, coleslaw, and a bowl of rice... The rice was actually overcooked (a bit shameful for a Korean). There are no more skewers or sushi/maki menus, even though they're still shown in photos. The barbecues are still very good. The bibimbap is also good. The service remains friendly. The terrace is pleasant. We tried several times, but I don't think we'll be back. The restaurant seems a bit deserted by its customers. Not surprising. My previous review: Very good restaurant. The Korean barbecue, the maki, the sushi... everything is good. Pleasant terrace in the summer. A great spot for the Fête de la Musique 😋

01/09/2024: There was no wasabi! It's the basis... it's infuriating! Also missing the cutlery and ginger (less important). The wakame salad was not good and although I like it, it clearly lacked freshness. The spring rolls are undercooked: when the dough is still white it lacks crispness. I would also have liked the spring rolls to have salad and mint but that's personal. The coleslaw is good. Decent ravioli, maybe a little more filling is missing. The sushi is good, too bad the wasabi was missing!

05/12/2025: We ate here last night while staying at the Hyatt Regency Etoile in Paris. The food was so good! We had egg rolls, fried shrimp and dumplings for appetizers and then shared a bowl of the duck soup (so good and on a cold night it sure hit the spot!) Topped it off with green teas ice cream. I would definitely recommend for a very reasonably priced and tasty meal!

07/01/2026: I've been a regular at this Vietnamese-Laotian restaurant for over 20 years. The first reward is being served by the welcoming owner, who's always ready to chat, especially given his excellent knowledge of oenology (he collects fine wines). Some of the other servers could certainly use a bit more professionalism... Then there's the menu, which holds some surprises: in addition to delicious classic dishes, there are some specialties. Try the fish wrapped in banana leaves, the fish soup—ask for it, you might get it on a day other than Tuesday—the superb banh kwon, the green and red curries, the excellent pat tai, the sublime and authentic beef paneng, the perfect sticky rice, and so on. Everything is cooked on-site with quality ingredients. For dessert, there are original ice creams in Asian flavors. The quality of the food hasn't changed; it's still as good and wholesome as ever. A major new feature in September 2023: the decor is new, welcoming, and brightly colored. Successful restoration of the stone walls of an 18th-century house! Well done! It's gained in space and light. Be careful not to let the prices skyrocket…

23/09/2025: I saw reviews saying it was friendly, but I didn't feel at all. ㅠㅠ The male owner seemed too busy to be particularly friendly, and the older female server with short hair... I wondered if this was racism, or if she was just treating everyone like that because she didn't want to work. The food wasn't bad, just average. The lunch set (16.50 euros), which included coffee and a drink, was good value. However, the meat in the pho was really bad. They served raw meat (usually thin, about the size of a meat pancake). It should be thin enough to cook naturally in the broth, but they served short, thick pieces, smaller than a thumb, which didn't cook well and didn't match the texture. If you're planning on going to Songheung, be aware that there's a long wait. ㅠㅠ If I were you, I'd probably just wait and go to Songheung...
