We received a very warm welcome and helpful advice on the dishes, which were made with high-quality ingredients and expertly prepared. 19/05/2026: Despite a very warm welcome from the staff, I can't give a good rating because of the poor quality of the food. The selection of appetizers is poor, and what's more, they're all clearly pre-packaged. The serving tongs are covered in fingerprints and just lying around in the middle of the salad. The glass of the ice cream container is covered in fingerprints. The fruit on offer is of mediocre quality. My daughter wanted a cake with chocolate chips on top; the cake must have been sitting on the counter for a while because the chocolate chips were covered in dust. I put the cake back. My partner was unhappy because the plates full of trash weren't cleared away as they were used. Hygiene needs improvement.

27/06/2026: At 13h50 (40 minutes prior to their closing) we were refused to enter the restaurant because they were closed. I totally respect that but change your closing time on Google Maps says 14h30 then so that no surprise…

27/06/2026: The restaurant is supposed to close at 2:30 PM. I arrive at 1:50 PM on a Saturday and it's closed…

23/05/2026: I spent two wonderful nights at the Hotel-Restaurant Le Vivier in Amiens, in a comfortable, quiet, and very high-quality room. I also had the pleasure of dining at the hotel restaurant two evenings in a row, and I was completely won over by the experience. From appetizer to dessert, everything was excellent: quality ingredients, generous and flavorful portions, with real attention to detail. The dishes were as beautiful as they were delicious, and the service was particularly pleasant. And then… the gourmet coffee truly deserves a special mention: hearty, refined, and absolutely delicious! A delightful surprise to end the meal on a high note. I would also like to highlight the kindness, attentiveness, and professionalism of the staff, who were always caring and smiling. A big thank you as well to the hotel manager for her warm welcome and kindness, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and its restaurant to anyone visiting Amiens. A place where you feel good and want to come back.

13/06/2026: A great place for someone with celiac disease. I ate here twice: once the yellow curry and then the green curry. It was delicious, and the waiter was very friendly and attentive. The food was really good and reasonably priced. The mango coconut rice was also fantastic. I'll be back next year. Keep up the good work!

01/04/2026: I had lunch at Phan’x in Cluses. Overall, it was good: the shrimp fritters and shrimp udon were excellent, and you can tell the dishes are made to order. There's a bit of a wait, but in this case, it's not a problem; quite the opposite. The atmosphere is pleasant. The gentleman is very welcoming, while the lady is considerably less so, which makes the service somewhat inconsistent. The real downside is the price of the shrimp fritters: they were tasty, but frankly too expensive for just three small tempura. It's a shame, because it leaves a mixed impression, even though the rest is quite satisfactory.
