12/08/2026: A lovely romantic outing to this restaurant, and frankly, we weren't disappointed. The staff is welcoming, warm, professional, and friendly. The meal was delicious and very good value for money. If you have a small four-legged friend, you can bring them along. We had our cocker spaniel, who was also very well received. In short, a relaxing, timeless moment where we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. In short, a restaurant to add to your favorites if you're ever in Toulouse; you won't be disappointed! I'll definitely be going back with great pleasure.

22/08/2026: A delight! We were passing through the area and were looking for an authentic Asian restaurant, and this one was the perfect choice. A warm welcome, genuine kindness, and friendliness were on the menu ☺️ My pho soup was delicious, and so was my partner's; the main dishes and side dishes were excellent as well. We wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant, and if we're ever back in the area, we'll gladly return to eat here.

27/07/2026: Was itching for a bowl of pho which is not always an easy find in France. Man did Ha Tien deliver! The soup was well balanced with a flavourful broth accompanied with a homemade siracha(!) on the side. Recommended.

03/09/2026: I had the €15 lunch menu with two starters (spicy beef soup + three dumplings) + sides (rice + crudités/vegetables/omelets + BBQ beef (€1 supplement), which I highly recommend!!! It was absolutely delicious (the fried dumplings were a bit too greasy for me, but I'm not a big fan of fried food). The ingredients and sauces were high quality! There was a nice selection of Korean drinks to go with it! Excellent value for money (I couldn't finish everything, but I was able to take the rest home for dinner!). A big thank you for the warm welcome (helpful, smiling, quick, and attentive. Top-notch!)

12/09/2026: Excellent, flavorful, and generous food. I highly recommend this place. And the owner is lovely; he spontaneously offered us a taste of the yellow curry! We loved it! We ordered Khao Pad Pad Thai and spring rolls—special mention, yummy! Absolutely amazing!

01/09/2026: We were disappointed several times. The shrimp ravioli and spring rolls weren't fresh, and the yakitori skewers were greasy. Almost all the dishes tasted the same (except for the fried rice and the stir-fried noodles). What a shame.

27/08/2026: The chicken spring rolls weren't very good, and the vegetable ones were mushy. The chicken in sauce was very tough. You need strong teeth to eat it! Otherwise, the rice vermicelli was good! For the price, I don't recommend it!

17/09/2026: Fantastic place! Delicious Chinese-Vietnamese cuisine at very reasonable prices. The waiter is friendly, and his wife in the kitchen is amazing. You can tell everything is made with love. An authentic spot that we highly recommend!

05/09/2026: Very disappointed by this experience. The welcome was lukewarm, and the person who greeted us seemed overwhelmed and rather inattentive to the quality of the service. As for the food, the various side dishes were rather dry and uninteresting. Regarding the meats, which are supposed to be central to the concept, we found them very ordinary, lacking any real quality, and some were even downright bad. The value for money is therefore very disappointing. The prices are high considering the quality of the food, the portion sizes, and the level of service. At this price, we think it's better to choose a good restaurant, enjoy a proper meal, and have a pleasant experience. Unfortunately, an experience far below our expectations.

23/05/2026: A very nice experience. The place is simple, with a slightly retro, vintage decor. As for the food, the chicken ramen is very good. A great place for a simple and different kind of meal. I approve and recommend this restaurant.

19/09/2026: I visited in August during the peak of summer heat, and although I’ve been to almost every Korean restaurant in Paris, this was the coolest one I’ve seen~👍 The restaurant was cool inside, so I had a comfortable meal. I went to eat assorted sashimi and ordered the large size, but it was a shame that the portion was too small for two people and the slices were too thin. The assorted sashimi itself was delicious. The marinated crab had a lot of meat, but the seasoning didn't taste like authentic marinated crab. Since the restaurant was cool inside, I really enjoyed the cold noodles. The chicken is decent, but the portion is small compared to the price. The staff are friendly, and the foreign staff member speaks Korean well.

17/09/2026: The taste is okay, but there are way too many flies, i could not relax the entire meal Also, i ordered the “pork” Kimchi stew and there was almost no pork at all. As seen in the picture, this was all the meat there was. It’s also quite expensive for what it is. Would have loved to become a repeat customer but after this, i wouldn’t go again

03/10/2026: Very disappointed. Chicken skewer undercooked. Shrimp ravioli undercooked. Floating island dessert tasteless. Ranky chocolate doughnut. Fried rice was good. Sushi was okay. There were three of us. We won't be back.

03/10/2026: We were very disappointed. We'd barely arrived and hadn't even sat down before the waiter asked us what we wanted to drink; we didn't even have time to look at the menu. The hygiene was appalling. The shrimp chips were served in a dirty basket, and the ice cream freezer looked unappetizing. We were disgusted. The windows were black with mold :-( The plants next to us were dusty with cobwebs :-( When we asked for the receipt, it was too late; she had already clicked "OK." She asked us, "Do you want the receipt?" much later! Disappointed, what a shame.

07/05/2026: C'Trobon has changed owners and is now called Noodle House. Unfortunately, the quality of the food has also dropped from 5 stars to one. The soup tasted bland and like salad instead of broth, the dumplings were equally tasteless, and the filling wasn't a delicately seasoned shrimp stuffing, but rather contained an unidentifiable mass alongside a single shrimp.

01/05/2026: Affordable and delicious! Noodle lovers, come and try it! We finished everything but forgot to take pictures. We ordered a serving of six xiaolongbao (soup dumplings), a serving of braised pork belly with rice, and a beef stew noodle soup. We weren't expecting much, as the menu outside made it seem like any random French-style "Chinese restaurant." But we were surprised when the xiaolongbao arrived: they tasted freshly made and steamed, with a very "homemade" flavor; the braised pork belly had a very homey taste, and the pickled cucumbers were especially refreshing 🤤; the beef noodles looked freshly pulled, kind of like knife-cut noodles? Very delicious, the broth was slightly like pho, but with the owner's homemade chili oil, it was incredibly fragrant… (the chili oil, hot broth, and a little cilantro…) I asked, and the owner is from northern China, having lived in Sichuan and Chongqing. The shop mainly sells noodles, so it felt like a northern style, but the chili oil was just what I, a Sichuanese, like: those who can't handle spice shouldn't add too much! A little in the broth really enhances the flavor! Many shops have Chinese people advertising on Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book), but this shop doesn't seem to have done so. Judging from the comments, it seems the shop may have changed hands several times. I hope my long review gets seen; noodle lovers can check it out and leave a comment. The owner seems very honest, so I support them!
