31/05/2026: The truth is, I rarely go to restaurants, but I order food very often. And every time it's a treat. I love this restaurant, I've always loved it! It's fantastic. It reminds me of the Lotus at Nissan, and I love it.

19/07/2026: The food itself was good, and on that point, there's no complaint. However, the service disappointed us: the waiter repeatedly asked us to clear the table, even though the dining room was empty and the service was far from over, which made us feel uncomfortable. At the register, the cashier insisted on handling our credit cards himself, without any valid reason. After three failed payment attempts, we felt we were being treated with suspicion, as if we were trying to avoid paying our bill. In the end, a good meal, but an overall experience spoiled by unprofessional service and behavior. I would not recommend this establishment to those seeking both culinary quality and respect for the customer.

25/07/2026: After days of eating French food, we were very eager to try the cuisine at this Vietnamese/Chinese restaurant. Upon arrival, the smell of cooking and frying permeated the room and our clothes; we needed to air it out! After ordering, we moved on to the appetizers, and it was a complete disappointment. The Banh Cuon had an overly thick and tough wrapper, clearly from being microwaved. And what about the spring rolls? They used a single shrimp left over from a previous batch, cut in half, and the nuoc mam sauce was tasteless. Then came the main courses, including the Saigon-style soup (Hu Tieu), where the waitress dipped her fingers into the bowl! To finish, a small insect swimming in the broth. Be careful with the cooking of your items, such as the spring rolls (burnt) or the rice noodles in the soup (mushy). Despite a reasonable bill, the food was far from average. Vietnamese cuisine suitable for the provinces, but not for professionals. Words from a Chef on a weekend!

26/07/2026: Le Petit Atelier is a gourmet restaurant located in the center of Besançon. Offering superb small plates, you can dine indoors or outdoors. The excellent dishes are a true pleasure to eat. I highly recommend it.

21/07/2026: The setting is very charming, the wine list is lovely, and the service is pleasant. We were drawn in by the short and original menu. The prices are on the higher end (expect to pay between €19 and €24 for lunch dishes), but this is justified by the use of organic meat and several local products. While the quality of the ingredients was excellent, we found the portions to be quite small. We have small appetites but left still hungry. We understand that quality products come at a cost for the restaurant, but we would have appreciated, for example, a few more starches and vegetables on the plate – perhaps a way to ensure satiety without cutting into profit margins!

17/07/2026: If you're from China, you absolutely must try this restaurant. It serves authentic Chinese food that will definitely satisfy your taste buds. I often go there for lunch; it's €15.90 per person.

27/04/2026: You'll find all the traditional Cambodian dishes there, in a classical music setting. Try the crispy vermicelli salad (mi siam), the nataing, and the fried rice with Cambodian sausage. Everything is delicious.

03/07/2026: We tried this restaurant, opting for the à la carte menus, offered at €23 and €29 for a starter, main course, and dessert, expecting a more refined experience than the €21 all-you-can-eat buffet. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed. The dishes seemed poorly prepared, and the portions were meager: we definitely left feeling hungry. For the starter, the shrimp salad was served with a commercially produced sauce that had nothing Asian about it. The shrimp, cut in half lengthwise, were crammed onto a few lettuce leaves and bean sprouts. For the main course, the king prawns came with a tiny bowl of tasteless noodles. For dessert: apple fritters that were clearly frozen, simply fried in oil, tasteless, with a little sugar sprinkled on top. Frankly, it was shameful for an à la carte menu. The service was pleasant, and the atmosphere was decent, but the quality and quantity of the food were not up to our expectations. It's always easy to criticize... I'm simply sharing my experience.

19/06/2026: Loved this easy and welcoming restaurant, with its shaded garden terrace, watched over by some happy Buddhas. The veg chop suey was excellent and my dining companion said the same of her chicken chop suey. These were accompanied noodles. Delicious. Somewhere to come back to.

16/05/2026: Very good. The waitress was very pleasant. It's a shame it was so smoky; the ventilation is too weak. My eyes stung. Other customers were coughing. And the Lacoste wine wasn't good. I'm looking for improvement. Please don't take this the wrong way.
