18/07/2026: I went twice with my daughter. The first time was great, and the second time we ordered two Vietnamese pho bowls, so I know pho well as my wife is Vietnamese. It was a very pleasant surprise—pho just like homemade, super delicious, very good meat, perfectly seasoned with all the flavors of Vietnam. Just so you know, pho soup needs to be ordered the day before. We are very happy with our discovery of this restaurant. The owner serves alone and is very friendly. Thank you.

17/07/2026: I think the prices are outrageous. Compared to here in Belgium, it's 1.5 times more expensive. 16 euros for noodles????

17/04/2026: I had hesitated to visit because of the prejudice that Korean barbecue abroad isn't tasty, but the barbecue I had here right before leaving France was exactly like the real meals I used to eat with my family back in Korea. I regret not coming a little sooner haha. I really feel energized here. Thank you :)

11/02/2026: An excellent choice for Thai food lovers! A very pleasant restaurant with a friendly atmosphere and, above all, an incredibly warm welcome. The Thai cuisine is excellent, flavorful, and clearly prepared with passion—you can taste the genuine homemade quality, cooked with love. As a devoted fan of Thai food, my only slight reservation—a very personal one—concerns the level of spice, which is rather mild to suit the French palate. As someone who prefers bolder flavors, I would have gladly appreciated a bit more heat… but this doesn't detract from the quality of the dishes! Special mention for the desserts, absolutely delicious and perfectly balanced. Chop tee née ran ahaan! A roy maak! (I highly recommend this restaurant—it's very good!)

13/04/2026: The food was okay, but not at all generous. Also, instead of the "riez galette nam" (a type of flatbread), the menu offered a flat galette instead of a "galette nam." This is unacceptable and needs to be changed! Why the price increase on the menu?

15/05/2026: Excellent restaurant, certainly one of the best in Belfort. We've been going to Château de Chine for several years now, and we've never been disappointed. Whenever we return from abroad, it's always one of our top choices. The welcome is always warm, the staff is friendly, and we've even been able to bring our dog without any problems, which is really appreciated. The food is excellent: the spring rolls are truly delicious, the noodles are wonderful, and the dishes are always flavorful and generous. You can tell it's a serious restaurant, consistently high-quality, and clearly deserving of its reputation. For us, it's a sure bet in Belfort. A restaurant we recommend without hesitation.

27/06/2026: The vegetarian Banh Mi is really delicious, and the restaurant is just a stone's throw from the Austerlitz train station, very convenient! Prices are quite reasonable, but be aware they only accept credit cards for orders over €7.

01/06/2026: While passing through Paris, I was craving banh mi, and luckily, on my way to the train station, there was this little restaurant. The owners were kind and efficient. The pork banh mi was delicious and filling, the meat was superb, homemade mayo, pickled carrots… I thoroughly enjoyed it on the train! Thank you so much!

12/05/2026: I've been going there for two years now, and it's truly the best bobun I've ever had! I live far away, but just for their bobun, I'd drive 50 minutes to savor their food! Their bobuns have a truly unique taste that you won't find anywhere else, especially their sauce, which is amazing! I absolutely love it and wouldn't hesitate to go back from time to time despite the distance ❤️

The quality of the fresh, lean, and flavorful ingredients was excellent, and a major plus was the speed of service—no waiting at all. I highly recommend it and I'll definitely be back.
