As a customer for the past four years, I can attest to the unwavering consistency, both in the freshness of the ingredients and the quality of the food itself. Their Stuffed Crab, which should be ordered in advance, is truly outstanding (a nod to the owner). Their Banh Cuon are perfect, the fried dishes are always excellent, in short, it's always a delight. The owner is also fantastic; he attends to his customers' satisfaction in every detail, as does his wife. On three occasions, we ordered for a whole group, and the spring rolls were still being rolled when we arrived, "because that's how they're good," said the boss... 26/07/2026: Le Petit Atelier is a gourmet restaurant located in the center of Besançon. Offering superb small plates, you can dine indoors or outdoors. The excellent dishes are a true pleasure to eat. I highly recommend it.

21/07/2026: The setting is very charming, the wine list is lovely, and the service is pleasant. We were drawn in by the short and original menu. The prices are on the higher end (expect to pay between €19 and €24 for lunch dishes), but this is justified by the use of organic meat and several local products. While the quality of the ingredients was excellent, we found the portions to be quite small. We have small appetites but left still hungry. We understand that quality products come at a cost for the restaurant, but we would have appreciated, for example, a few more starches and vegetables on the plate – perhaps a way to ensure satiety without cutting into profit margins!

13/07/2026: In the evening it's very difficult to get a table, there's usually a bit of a queue. The bo bun was very generously loaded. The loc lac was excellent. The service was top-notch.

04/08/2026: Thanks to Google, we were able to have lunch this Tuesday on our way to Matemale. We were drawn to this restaurant by its excellent rating. We arrived without a reservation, received a warm welcome, and found a chic and understated interior, beautifully decorated, which contrasted with an exotic and lush exterior that evoked a sense of travel. Lunch was delightful, right up to my surprising dessert: I chose a lime and ginger sorbet and a scoop of lime and cactus sorbet—an incredible taste discovery. Congratulations to everyone for your meticulous work and beautiful presentation. Thank you.

18/07/2026: I can't comment on the atmosphere at Nindh Service since we ordered takeout. However, the food we ordered was really poor quality. The caramel pork was far too peppery, making it sickening, and the spring rolls, which are usually a staple in a restaurant, were tasteless. Disappointed. For €50, we would have been better off ordering elsewhere.

14/07/2026: The food was fantastic. The service was extremely friendly. The very small terrace overlooking the parking lot is slightly less cozy, but the food really makes up for it. Highly recommended. We will definitely go back.
