07/12/2025: We had a wonderful time at Le Jardin restaurant in Troyes. The setting is charming, warm, and very pleasant, especially with the beautiful terrace, which lives up to its name. The dishes are as beautiful as they are delicious, prepared with fresh ingredients and great care. The service is attentive, efficient, and friendly from beginning to end. This restaurant is well worth a visit—we will definitely be back!

24/06/2025: Just 10 minutes from the highway, this restaurant is highly recommended: Impeccable welcome and service, with a pleasant family atmosphere. Refined cuisine with excellent ingredients and excellent value for money. A must-see, with a very welcoming interior and an exceptional garden.

07/12/2025: A lovely, luminous evening at Aux Crieurs de Vin in Troyes, perfect for celebrating our 8th wedding anniversary. The wonderfully delicate champagne paved the way for an authentic and delicious Troyes-style andouillette sausage. Between the warm atmosphere, the superb wines, and the magic of the moment, this place is a truly blissful escape. Highly recommended.

26/11/2025: A first for us, even though we're from Troyes. The food was excellent, traditional but with a touch of originality, and the wine recommendations were very good. We'll definitely be back.

09/07/2025: We had the pleasure of organizing our wedding at Bois du Bon Séjour on June 28, 2025. Everything was perfect, the service was discreet and impeccable. The team was attentive from start to finish, providing impeccable service. The cuisine was a visual and culinary delight. Mr. and Mrs. Chavanon are adorable, and a special mention goes to Pierre, who was exemplary in his professionalism. Bravo! The next generation is assured! 01/07/2025: Very good food but you have to review the quantities in relation to the price because it is expensive 14€ for a very small bowl of sauce and the rice of course is extra

22/06/2025: It went really badly! We had made a reservation for 8 pm. We arrived, but were left waiting for 15 minutes while they found us a table. An inexplicable wait: we waited a long time for our starters, and even longer for our main courses. An hour and 15 minutes to wait for a main course is not normal! On top of that, the server made a mistake by bringing us other dishes. We wanted to have dinner for the Fête de la Musique, so we arrived at 8 pm and left at 10:30 pm. At that time, there wasn't much left. The wait was long, and during that time, the music was playing way too loud in a cupboard; we had to turn it down. It's truly a shame. We were among the last to be served. We left the restaurant, practically the only ones left, meaning we were served last, while customers were pouring in, even though we had a reservation. I'm giving it 3 stars only in thanks for the goodwill gesture where they offered us free starters, even if €4 out of an average of €30 per person seems a bit meager considering the disaster it was. I'd never had any problems there before, though, so really, it's a shame to take reservations and crowds when you're not able to accommodate them.

04/07/2025: Excellent value for money: double taco menu, 2 meats, drink, fries, and raw vegetables for €9.50, a real bargain in terms of size and weight that won't leave you hungry! The fries are always crispy and properly salted. The staff at this restaurant are very friendly, cheerful, and attentive; a great welcome every time. The restaurant is very clean. Thank you so much for these filling, tasty, and generous meals.

07/12/2024: It is always with pleasure that I go to this restaurant for lunch. And as usual, I was not disappointed. I enjoyed myself. No false note: lots of flavors, perfect cooking, originality with beautiful presentations. If we add that the service is very pleasant, and that the price is reasonable for the service provided, we can only want to return there. Come on, one downside though: the glass of Champagne taken as an aperitif seems to me to be perfectable.

25/11/2024: La structure traditionnelle de la symphonie, c'est 4 mouvements organisés en rapide ; lent ; menuet/scherzo ; rapide. Mais toute règle a ses exceptions et la symphonie n’échappe pas à ces dernières. Au garde champêtre, la symphonie des saveurs est toujours en mouvement, de temps en temps, c'est lent puis cela s'accélère mais la saveur est subtile et perpétuelle 😎 Vous êtes triste quand vous arrivez à la finale et vous espérez revenir déguster le plus vite possible

I eat there daily because I love flavorful and wholesome food. The interplay of flavors they offer draws me back each time to discover a new flavor combination on my plate. I highly recommend it if you're traveling or local. I really appreciate this restaurant and highly recommend it. If you're looking to refine your palate, you've come to the right place.

28/08/2024: Very beautiful place, the vaulted room is magnificent, the dishes extremely well presented which we had accompanied by rosé from Riceys. The service is impeccable.... a very good time!

21/08/2024: Very nice restaurant and very beautiful typical setting. The cuisine is excellent, the dishes are as good as they are plentiful. the only downside, the service was a little long, but apparently this is proof that everything is fresh and cooked to order. Plus, the restaurant was full, so that's understandable. I highly recommend.

21/09/2024: Very good meal. A little noisy on Saturday lunchtime but that's normal given the crowds. Very smiling and efficient staff. For those who like almond paste I recommend the almond apricot waffle, a treat.
