07/12/2025: We had a wonderful time at Le Jardin restaurant in Troyes. The setting is charming, warm, and very pleasant, especially with the beautiful terrace, which lives up to its name. The dishes are as beautiful as they are delicious, prepared with fresh ingredients and great care. The service is attentive, efficient, and friendly from beginning to end. This restaurant is well worth a visit—we will definitely be back!

17/12/2025: You absolutely have to go. We went on Saturday evening, December 12th, and the guy is fantastic. He cooks, waits tables, and serves everyone at once, all with a smile. It's truly remarkable. Many others should take note. Hats off to him.

09/07/2025: We had the pleasure of organizing our wedding at Bois du Bon Séjour on June 28, 2025. Everything was perfect, the service was discreet and impeccable. The team was attentive from start to finish, providing impeccable service. The cuisine was a visual and culinary delight. Mr. and Mrs. Chavanon are adorable, and a special mention goes to Pierre, who was exemplary in his professionalism. Bravo! The next generation is assured!

16/10/2025: One of the best pizzerias I've discovered in Troyes, or even in France (I'm no expert in the field, though). But if you're ever in Troyes, I highly recommend it. My favorite is the Bolognese.
I had the Bolognese once while passing through in 2018, if I remember correctly, and this time I tried it again. It's still just as good; it brings back some of my fond memories of Troyes.

06/09/2024: While passing through Troyes, we found this restaurant among the best rated. Everything was from start to finish. We recommend this place and it's a shame we didn't come to try the brazier (on certain weekday evenings). We will plan our return accordingly.
02/09/2024: Very pleasant service and privileged outdoor location for a city restaurant. On the other hand, a small downside on the “sissy” dish. A little too much cream. Which makes the dish a little disgusting for me. Otherwise I recommend this restaurant

We've been coming for several years now and it's the best restaurant we've found. Plus, the staff never changes! Jennifer, whom we've known for 8 years, always gives a very warm welcome with a smile! Don't hesitate any longer, come and try it, you'll be back!

04/07/2025: Excellent value for money: double taco menu, 2 meats, drink, fries, and raw vegetables for €9.50, a real bargain in terms of size and weight that won't leave you hungry!
The fries are always crispy and properly salted.
The staff at this restaurant are very friendly, cheerful, and attentive; a great welcome every time.
The restaurant is very clean.

07/12/2025: A lovely, luminous evening at Aux Crieurs de Vin in Troyes, perfect for celebrating our 8th wedding anniversary. The wonderfully delicate champagne paved the way for an authentic and delicious Troyes-style andouillette sausage. Between the warm atmosphere, the superb wines, and the magic of the moment, this place is a truly blissful escape. Highly recommended.
26/11/2025: A first for us, even though we're from Troyes. The food was excellent, traditional but with a touch of originality, and the wine recommendations were very good. We'll definitely be back.
