The chef's cuisine, based on local and organic produce, is elevated by the perfect balance of flavors. The wines are good; it's a shame that wine pairings aren't offered! The service is professional.

13/03/2026: I never expected to find such an amazing restaurant in Champagne. The food was a testament to the delicate sensibility of a Japanese chef, beautifully blending the beauty of Japanese cuisine with French techniques. Every dish was carefully prepared, with gentle and elegant flavors. The lunch course was beautifully balanced, and each dish was impressive, from appetizer to dessert. The combination of the main ingredient and the accompanying vegetables was exquisite, beautifully highlighting the quality of the ingredients. The sauce was also delicious, with a delicate and deep flavor that somehow had a Japanese nuance. The chef's attention to detail and sense can be felt in every dish, making this a restaurant that makes you want to savor the food itself. The food, space, and ambiance were all wonderful. This is a special restaurant that I highly recommend to anyone visiting Champagne. I look forward to returning.

12/02/2026: I ordered a durum kebab and it had a huge, raw piece of fat inside – really unpleasant. I threw up. Extremely salty. Really not good. Burned meat and raw fat. It makes no sense. In short, I strongly advise against it.

10/03/2026: We came for all-you-can-eat mussels around 8 pm. The waitress misspoke, telling us it was only available from 9 pm. Then we ordered, and she explained that since our order was placed before 9 pm, we could still order more mussels. However, at 8:55 pm, they came to tell us that if we wanted more, we had to order immediately. So, to clarify, the all-you-can-eat mussels are only available until 9 pm! What a shame. The waitress should definitely learn the menu better. Otherwise, the meal was very good, no complaints.

22/02/2026: Appalling service! The moment we entered this place, we were faced with a rude question English?! If so we don’t have spaces for you! There are ways and ways to explain the place is fully booked although plenty of empty tables which didn’t have “reserved” signs anywhere. Staff needs to be trained how to greet potential customers, rather then rudely pointing out tourists who are happy to spend and help the local economy!

18/03/2026: Had a wonderful time last night at dinner. We loved the rustic atmosphere! The charcuterie and cheese board was excellent and well-presented, and the main course looked delicious. A small but affordable wine selection was also available. Highly recommended and no regrets! Thank you!
