19/10/2026: We ordered takeaway food to eat at home. The tagines were incredibly delicious!! And the couscous was wonderful too. A 1000% recommendation! We also received a very warm welcome when we picked up our order.

19/08/2026: Ignore that google maps says temporarily closed, it's actually not. Amazing food, the lady serving was very friendly and accommodating, especially given the fact that we didn't speak a lick of French. The service was very attentive and quick, and the set menu was amazing value for money. 100% would come here again! Some quiet background music would have been nice.

18/08/2026: Great experience, Mihan is super welcoming, the €19 menu is generous and extremely good. My wife loved the spring rolls, the salad is very good and the beef is excellent.

05/05/2026: Truly the worst restaurant. A trip filled with anticipation was ruined by the staff service. We decided to eat at the hotel restaurant because it was raining. My family of three ordered soup, foie gras, a fish dish, veal steak, linguine, and three glasses of wine, and we were chatting happily, full of anticipation. When the food arrived, the linguine was completely unseasoned, and the soup was terrible. We asked for salt and pepper, but they didn't bring them and didn't even come to our table. Eventually, we went to the counter to complain, but they told us to wait because they were busy, sounding annoyed. The food had gotten cold, and we were extremely upset. We paid and went back to our room to shower and sleep, but around 10:30 PM, we received a phone call. When we answered, the staff were angry, demanding we come down immediately to pay because the payment hadn't been made at the restaurant. Even though we said we had paid, they didn't believe us, so my husband took the receipt down to the restaurant. Several staff members were waiting there, and the female employee assigned to our table yelled and kept insisting that we hadn't paid. She apologized after we showed her the receipt, but I was extremely upset. Is this racism? It is a shame that this excellent hotel is being tarnished by terrible staff. It is a restaurant I never want to experience again.

13/10/2025: October 2025 - We tried to go back, but we were informed that the owner had passed away and the restaurant was permanently closed. How sad... This restaurant was a gem! • • • • • We're glad to see that this restaurant is still open. Our visit in April 2019 (see photo) left us with very fond memories of the place. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was fantastic! A great place to escape to when the weather is cold! We will definitely return in September 2025, during our next planned trip to Carcassonne!

27/08/2025: Establishment CLOSED!!!😡(We traveled 80km) It would be wise to report this on your door and on Google... And they don't answer the phone. Doesn't deserve any stars... Avoid!!!

28/09/2026: McDonald's is still awful. The Coke (if you can even call it Coke where you are) is already terrible. But without ice with every order is shameful. Just walk 2km to Burger King or KFC or anywhere else. Seriously, saving money on ice cubes?

20/09/2026: For my order today, I did love very much the burger and the potatoes. The staffs are so kind and friendly, very welcoming.

29/08/2026: It took half an hour to be served, then another half hour for our order to be taken. The order was taken by an incredibly condescending waiter who couldn't even manage to serve us our entire order in the sweltering heat. In particular, when we asked for cold water, he served it at room temperature, so we assumed there was a language barrier. In short, appalling service in the sweltering heat from an establishment that clearly has no intention of being customer-focused or respectful.

22/08/2026: I was really looking forward to trying this restaurant and was very excited. I thought, "Wow, this is going to be a great experience!" Unfortunately, I was very disappointed by the welcome. I was given to understand that the seats were reserved and they refused to offer me a table, even though there seemed to be several other seats available. I felt very unwelcome and not at all welcome. What also struck me was that after looking around, I didn't see any Latino or brown-skinned people among the customers. I obviously can't know the real reason for the refusal, but personally, this situation gave me a very unpleasant feeling of discrimination. I find it really unfortunate. So we're going to look for another restaurant where we'll feel welcome. To my Latino friends: personally, I don't recommend this place. My experience made me feel unwelcome.
