25/01/2025: Noisy place and it was almost empty.
When you enter they ask you if you are going to eat or just drink to get you through quickly, they are going to make money, nothing more.
The food is a disaster, very expensive for what they offer.
02/01/2025: Good food (magret, pulled duck burger and children's menu). We didn't really like eating near the bar, the door was often open (cold) and very noisy with the acquaintances who stayed at the bar behind us to chat with the staff. Too bad because the room behind seemed nicer.

21/09/2024: Très bien. On a pris les entrées et les plats du jours qui étaient excellents. La cuisine est ouverte ce qui permet de voir le cuisinier travailler. On le recommande et on y reviendra!
08/09/2024: Randomly passing through this establishment where an electro evening was taking place upstairs, on the terrace, with a view of the illuminated ramparts and the count's castle. The atmosphere was excellent, lots of people, mainly from an age group between 20-30 years old and DJ Volus at the top. A very good start to the evening in a very pleasant setting with very friendly staff.

Le cassoulet et la crème brûlée sont très bon .
Mention spéciale à la jeune serveuse Ruby, qui gérait le restaurant seule ce jour là .
13/09/2024: Un super endroit acceuillant et chaleureux, les plats sont succulents. Service rapide et le personnel est à l'écoute.

A small downside is the lack of welcome I would say.
04/07/2024: I do not recommend this taco at all for several things he says who delivers to the location so that in the end he says no he says yes for payment by card so that in the end he refuses the card because there is no card machine for them tacos so much too small so much that the tray of fries fits in the small box and much too long to serve them call at 10:10 p.m. for delivery so in the end I had to travel to Carcassonne after waiting until 11 p.m. ..

02/11/2024: They don't even have a vegetarian dish!! And the attention is a disaster, zero interest in customers. We had a dirty table and they didn't clean it at any time.
01/11/2024: Had lunch here. A few drinks and burgers. Food was fresh and tasty. Servers were excellent keeping the food and drinks flowing.

23/08/2024: Expérience très décevante à tous points de vue dans cet établissement : manque flagrant d'hygiène, vaisselle et sanitaires sales. Une odeur nauséabonde persistait pendant le repas. Le dessert a été préparé en salle de manière peu professionnelle, directement sur un coin de table par la serveuse à l'aide d'une bonbonne industrielle, et n'était pas fait maison. Le personnel était peu accueillant. Je déconseille fortement malgré un cadre qui semble plutôt agréable.
22/08/2024: Nous avons pu bien déjeuner à l’ombre sur la petite terrasse de ce restaurant tout en hauteur. Le service est exceptionnellement rapide, efficace et souriant. C’est un plaisir !
La cuisine est bonne dans un choix limité mais aussi plaisant entre cassoulet et escalope de poulet.
Le menu est à 18,50 € et non pas à 15,50 € comme annoncé à l’extérieur du restaurant.
Avec ce menu, un seul dessert possible : une île flottante. J’aurai aimé un peu plus de souplesse.
Le paiement à la caisse était sans sourire.
