01/09/2024: We went to the effort of booking a table at this restaurant knowing from the reviews that it would be busy. When we turned up they initially ignored us. When I said we had a reservation they checked and couldn’t find it. I showed them my confirmation email but got no apology. Just told there was no room and to leave. Much friendlier staff in all the other lovely restaurants we visited.

31/08/2024: Très bon rapport qualité-prix, personnel souriant et agréable, service rapide et efficace. La qualité est au rendez-vous, je recommande vivement.

28/08/2024: Un vulgaire attrape touriste au milieu de tous les autres, le service est très peu chaleureux, les boissons c'est un peu du vol (remplies de glaçons) et les pizzas sont vraiment médiocres : pâte ultra sèche et garniture industrielle. Nous avons bien fait de ne pas nous aventurer davantage dans la carte. Mais bon, nous avions faim et cela a fait l'affaire, ce n'était pas non plus hors de prix. De plus le cadre charmant sauve un peu l'endroit ceci dit.

24/08/2024: An absolute shocker.... we were really looking forward to our meal in what looked like a pleasant / atmospheric venue. Unfortunately the food and service were awful in equal measures. I had a set menu including their 'famous' gizzard salad, and I can only assume it is 'famous' for being so bad - a few bits of meat on a bed of tasteless, colourless lettuce leaves followed by a completely bland cassoulet. The poor waitresses did their best but just could not cope. My advice, go for a smaller restaurant where you will be treated as people rather than just numbers.

16/09/2024: Domage que l'on soit rentré dans ce restaurant. Franchement à part me remplir l'estomac je n'ai rien apprécié, aucune présentation d'assiette ,cuisine médiocre et même le vin n'etait pas bon

13/09/2024: Juste mangé une grillade au feu de bois (faite dans la cheminée) très bonne, un dessert et du minervois domaine pujol. Tout était bien. Atmosphère chaleureuse... bon moment.

28/12/2023: Relación calidad precio muy buena , no está en el centro de la ciudad , pero si necesitas comprar algo justo al cruzar la calle tienes un supermercado, hotel de paso , personal agradable y hace si función

23/08/2024: Expérience très décevante à tous points de vue dans cet établissement : manque flagrant d'hygiène, vaisselle et sanitaires sales. Une odeur nauséabonde persistait pendant le repas. Le dessert a été préparé en salle de manière peu professionnelle, directement sur un coin de table par la serveuse à l'aide d'une bonbonne industrielle, et n'était pas fait maison. Le personnel était peu accueillant. Je déconseille fortement malgré un cadre qui semble plutôt agréable.

22/08/2024: Nous avons pu bien déjeuner à l’ombre sur la petite terrasse de ce restaurant tout en hauteur. Le service est exceptionnellement rapide, efficace et souriant. C’est un plaisir ! La cuisine est bonne dans un choix limité mais aussi plaisant entre cassoulet et escalope de poulet. Le menu est à 18,50 € et non pas à 15,50 € comme annoncé à l’extérieur du restaurant. Avec ce menu, un seul dessert possible : une île flottante. J’aurai aimé un peu plus de souplesse. Le paiement à la caisse était sans sourire.

03/08/2024: Unfriendly staff, and €2.90 for a mint in water is really exaggerated. I strongly advise against it.

31/07/2024: Food is okay, simple and affordable. Waiters were rather rude and clumsy, which seems to be the norm on this square. They don't know how to interact with customers. It felt awkward. On top of that, there was no toiletpaper.

20/08/2024: Worst restaurant ever. Worst restaurant in all of France. I had to send back the salad and crepe which were absolutely disgraceful. Tease, we still had to pay a high price. A disaster.

15/08/2024: 14€ for a crepe with a strange mixture (salmon, tuna, curry) very dry and bland, it's very expensive for what it is to avoid!!! I paid €50 for 3 people, it was a steal considering the quality.

25/08/2024: Our experience at this hotel was not the most pleasant. We paid for a service that we did not have: two adjacent double rooms because there were 4 of us. But, following the use of an old kettle (according to the receptionist present that evening) "it is normal , it can trip"... So we asked ourselves: where is the safety? I had to go down to reception in my pajamas because there was no telephone in the room to contact reception and resolve the problem. Finally, after waiting and waiting, we change rooms for two single beds one floor below in the middle of the night because no double available either on the same floor or on another. For a simple night returning from our vacation, so many adventures for such a short time is still bad luck and not justifiable. The staff were certainly present but were unable to do anything to match our mediocre experience. However, when we hear that a gesture of €10 was made to a gentleman only because it was his first night... it is unacceptable. Under the pretext that the director was not present on site but still... I was already on the fence when I saw the reviews, I gave him a chance. This is not an establishment that I would recommend, unfortunately for all the problems mentioned above.
