14/12/2024: What a disappointment... It's been a long time since we've been to McDonald's.. And I understand better why.. As I write these lines.. We ordered 2 menus.. Arrives at our house.. No bigmac. 9.85e offered for them.. Very lucky that I am more than 30 terminal.. And my wife had a crispy Mac instead of a chicken Mac.. So there is another customer who must have had a big Mac and Mac chicken... Anyway... It's okay, I'm not going to starve. But the bullet thrown out the window sticks in my throat. So check your orders carefully on site.. Because they are not very serious beginners..

07/12/2024: Getting worse and worse, again last night we ordered a "mcExtrem 2 meats" there was only one meat in our sandwich, and 3 CBOs ordered but only 2 in the bag. With each order there is a problem, it becomes really heavy and we end up wondering what the problem will be with each order..

09/02/2026: I'm writing another review because this is ridiculous. I've never seen anything like it. Twice I ordered a Big Mac Chicken and both times they didn't put the meat in. It's truly one of the worst McDonald's I've ever experienced. 🤬😡

11/09/2025: When a chef from the 9-3 meets a pastry chef from Charente... They open "Vignes et Lilas"... What a great idea!! We arrived late, received a warm welcome, and the dishes were delicious... The citrus Pavlova was exceptional... Go there with your eyes closed, it's fantastic... We'll definitely be back. Don't change a thing. We send you our love. Fred and Isabelle

22/02/2026: We had a wonderful time in this relaxing place. The atmosphere was cozy and the price was reasonable. It had all the ingredients for a perfect moment with friends.

11/02/2026: The service is quick, which is to be expected. The food is good, even though it's fast food. The atmosphere is pleasant, a bit noisy due to the busy times. The staff is smiling, friendly, and pleasant.

29/01/2026: I arrived at 6:03 PM with my sister and niece, and we waited for our orders. Up until then, everything was fine, but when my pregnant sister went to collect her order, the woman threw it over the edge, saying, "I don't have time for that?" Knowing that it's her job, what does she have time for? Disagreeable, especially since the restaurant was empty! If I could have given zero stars, I would have! With that, I wish you a good evening.

28/01/2026: The prices are going crazy! Happy Meals are going to be €8 if you want the same thing as usual, whereas before it was €4.50... I have three children, and for less than €15 they used to eat what they liked. Now it's €24 just for the kids, it's simply not possible.

05/07/2025: Like the last negative reviews, the welcome was deplorable. According to the people there, you should "just read the signs" and apparently not speak to them. The view is lovely.

01/07/2025: The price/quality ratio is there! The place is very charming! I highly recommend it.

22/02/2026: Horrible! I accompanied my friend to the bathroom (girls, you know, we always go in groups) and then, a crazy woman started banging on the door, yelling at us. My friend didn't even have time to get dressed before Pedro opened the door to yell at us again, as if she were on some unknown drug, and then violently pushed us out of the toilet. Very aggressive. Never go there, horrible experience.

17/01/2026: A very warm welcome, a very pleasant and unique place, excellent food that was well worth the price, and fairly quick service. Very good!

31/12/2025: Excellent restaurant. The welcome was simply perfect, attentive and kind. The menu is appealing and the setting is beautiful. Celiac and vegetarian options are available.

24/02/2026: The shop wasn't spotless, and the toilets were even worse...

23/02/2026: Honestly, I love this store, but the service leaves much to be desired. One of the hostesses is really unpleasant, almost dismissive, even though we are customers. Being treated like that doesn't make you want to come back. And when she's at the till, it's the same; you get the impression you're bothering her. She's really unpleasant, making you wonder why she works in sales if she's not friendly with customers. Now, when I have to go to the reception desk, I check if it's this hostess, and if it is, I don't go.

20/02/2026: Having stopped by in the middle of the afternoon, the wrap was very well folded, the sandwiches were well packaged, and the potatoes were crispy – impeccable!

15/02/2026: A one-hour wait to be served at the table, and some items were missing. Very disappointed.
