18/09/2024: Yen is fed up!!! Notice of September 2024 Well, still the same. This time no fries in all orders. The 3 cokes are water, really not a bubble!!! Notice of December 2023. This time after receiving 2 eggs & cheese with bacon I returned to the restaurant (10min drive). I show them that they made a mistake again, they make the 2 sandwiches again and the waitress gives them back to me saying, here you go!!!! I ask to see the manager. I show him the reviews below. I explain to him that if this happens to an allergic person, what should they do?? I am told that she cannot be behind the cooks. Perhaps we should slow down the pace and ensure that employees are properly trained. Well I leave without excuse, without commercial gesture, manager absent when I explained myself to the waitress. Everything is to be avoided in this mc do!!!!!!!! I absolutely do not recommend going there. Notice from October 2023: Click and collect that doesn't work. On the app there is an offer for a free sandwich. Arrived at the terminal not entitled to the offer since their click and collect does not work. Double penalty for the customer!!!! So I place my order, when I get home a sandwich is missing!! It’s definitely a combo!! Well on my next visit I will ask for an extra sandwich, we will see if they will give me, I will keep you informed! Notice from July 2023: Well I'm adding this feedback following my second visit to this McDonald's. Exactly the same order as below, namely an eggs cheese. In the car in the waiting parking lot I notice that the eggs are missing (as always). I come back and they ask me if it's cheese or bacon. I insist on cheese. When we get home, well, it’s bacon. Okay, I don't even have the words anymore... No compensation for forgetting and no consideration of the request!!!! No need to answer I know your automatic response well Notice from March 2023: As usual you have to check and verify the orders. This time, 2 items forgotten on a paid order plus a nice surprise once at home. A sandwich with bacon when it was a cheese ordered. So how do we do it, do we open each sandwich after receiving the order??? Or else we take the car again... I'm not used to this kind of post but strangely I've never had an extra sandwich though!!

17/09/2024: After a 6.5 hour drive I stopped to eat, it was 10 p.m. and the restaurant closed at 11 p.m. And then they tell me there's a computer problem, we can't help you. You had to look on the site, it's true that you drive and look on the phone very well. Except that there were all Uber waiting, very disappointed 😞 😞 😞

19/09/2024: For several months (since the change of ownership) it has been impossible to order from this Burger King on Uber Eats, it is constantly "unavailable" The few times I managed to order the dishes were incorrect, this problem has been going on for months now, it might be time to take action to correct it

17/09/2024: We say let's have a meal to change a little BK... 3 children 2 adults to take away... in front of a great film... We arrive and bingo... not the right sandwich for me... I call them, they ask me to come back... 10 minutes to go... get there... I wait, they give me back my sandwich...and nothing! No compensation... they are stupid, I have to come back... 10 minutes there and 10 minutes back... I arrive home... everyone is done... Seriously you ruined my evening!
