You order a mixed salad without Asian dressings and they disguise it with olive oil! 😡 I have cancer and can't eat certain foods, like soy, while on my medication.
The lie was blatant, but they persisted in telling me it was a special sauce without giving me the ingredients. This service is mediocre!
Very long wait for the order and dessert; I had to go get the dessert menu myself. Unbelievable, just like the lazy wait staff!
Avoid at all costs.

03/05/2026: I went to order a Big Mac meal today with my partner, and they made us out to be liars, claiming we hadn't waited at the drive-thru to order. We spoke to a man who even gave us the total for the order, but when we got to the payment kiosk, he had the nerve to tell us he hadn't served us at the kiosk. I think it's more likely because the manager came up to him and didn't want to take responsibility. When you make mistakes, you have to take responsibility, but don't come around saying you're not telling the truth!

11/11/2025: Unbelievable! You say hello, no response. After 20 minutes, you ask the gentleman if he'll be much longer—very rude. He replies, "I'm working. If it's not convenient, go somewhere else." I tell him, "Sir, you don't have to open the door if you don't want to serve." He replies, "I'm not here to do nothing, sir. You need to be respectful to elderly people. I'm 70 years old. If you can't manage your temper and your orders, you should hire someone." Very rude.

It was packed at lunchtime.
The crumble was excellent.
The food was excellent and the prices reasonable.
The welcome is still there! Thank you.
Everything changes... What a shame.

01/04/2026: horrible service, cant speak any english nor can they understand french, i asked 5 times to get a vape and still sold me a re-fill and then said i cannot return it nor get a discount for the vape device so ended up -30€ for a shit vape and shit service i do not recommend at all i would give 0 stars

06/04/2026: Tourist trap! The food is prepared in the snack bar next door, snack bar quality... but you're seated so you pay much more... not at all worthy of a restaurant, and the cook at the snack bar is downright rude. Avoid at all costs, we'll never go back!

23/04/2026: There are more employees than customers, yet the order takes forever to arrive. As a result, the meal is cold.
I go to the register to ask for it to be warmed up. The young woman then handles the hamburgers carelessly, almost squashing them.
In the end, one is barely lukewarm and the other completely cold. Faced with this situation, I take the lukewarm sandwich myself, while the second one is finally replaced. However, she doesn't accept my complaint and is very unpleasant.
McDonald's is going downhill, but this one... avoid it at all costs.
22/04/2026: Besides order errors and increasingly poor quality despite price increases, you need to understand that when people order a drive-thru meal, you should provide napkins! Do we wipe ourselves with the cardboard bag? Conclusion: drive-thru bag = napkin

13/04/2026: A very disappointing experience.
Out of six self-service kiosks, only one was working, which unnecessarily lengthened the wait. Prices are significantly higher than at other restaurants in the same chain in the city: nearly €30 for just two set menus.
Another problem: unlike other establishments, this one doesn't give change for ANCV holiday vouchers, which is particularly frustrating.
The service time is also very long: orders were marked as ready but only served 10 minutes later, despite there being few customers.
Ultimately, there's a lack of organization and consistency compared to other restaurants in the chain. I recommend going to another location for more reliable service.
10/04/2026: The place is clean, what a change! But the wait was too long, we arrived at 1:10 pm... Two meals were ready at 1:40 pm, the service was adequate, but it didn't feel like McDonald's, it was so slow... And kudos again for the cleanliness, both inside and out, 5 stars on that front!

And the meal was very good.
I highly recommend it!

20/05/2026: We ate at the McDonald's in Pessac and were pleasantly surprised by how clean it was compared to other McDonald's restaurants. The servers were very attentive, helpful, friendly, and responsive to customers' needs. Kudos to all the young people who work there.
17/05/2026: There was a terrible smell in the children's play area. I asked the employee if he had air freshener, but he refused without a smile or any kindness. The smell was really unpleasant, like a strong odor of shoes.

A dog eating a burger inside, right on a table... no. How can hygiene be maintained?
07/05/2026: The service and quality are steadily declining. There's always something missing from the order. The employees would do well to see how things are done elsewhere (in Langon, for example). The managers aren't any better. They don't even respond to customer complaints. Several times now, we haven't been able to scan our ID, so points are lost! Tonight, the drive-thru was closed at 10:25 PM, and the staff told us to hurry up while taking our order inside. You should have seen the look on the young employees' faces when we arrived. On top of that, they were condescending. They were in a hurry to get off work. They were supposedly having problems. It's true, there are always issues at this fast food place. As for the wait, what can I say?
The only one who is decent, polite, serious, and competent is Timeo. Kudos to him, hoping he can stick it out and doesn't leave! Although, he surely deserves better...
