18/05/2026: Very bad. On May 17th around 6 PM, a person without a uniform or clear identification aggressively and intimidatingly asked me to leave.
The behavior of the staff present was very unprofessional and in no way reflects the image of a major international brand like McDonald's.
I have photos and detailed information regarding the incident and will forward an official complaint to McDonald's France.
I hope management will take this situation seriously.

And the meal was very good.
I highly recommend it!
20/05/2026: I often get my kebab here and I think everything is great. From the service to the food, there's nothing to complain about.

01/04/2026: A nice little restaurant in Toulene (right next to Langon) for a quick hot meal when you're working in the area and don't have much time.
The food is simple, efficient, and very good, all at a very reasonable price. And to top it all off, the owners are very friendly—what more could you ask for?
Personally, I'll keep this address in mind for next time.

30/06/2026: Click and collect order placed at 8 PM, received at 8:45 PM. I asked for a goodwill gesture, but was told it wasn't possible since it was a click and collect order. The person (G) at the counter assured me that I would receive a goodwill gesture on my next visit. I arrived home after an hour's wait and one of my Louisiana chicken meals was missing 😡😡 (3 out of 4 meals ordered). I tried calling them but couldn't reach BK Saint Nazaire. I'll wait to see what goodwill gesture they offer on my next visit, but it's shameful...
28/06/2026: Terrible! Drive-thru order. After reviewing the receipt, I realized the employee had forgotten to type in a menu when I took the order. I pointed it out at the last window, and they told me there was nothing they could do. They served me the order and then told me to go through the drive-thru again during the rush hour (about fifteen cars) with the kids in the car and the ice cream melting... Seriously, an employee's mistake can happen, but is it the customer's responsibility to adapt to that?

06/05/2026: First time I've stopped by, and it's off to a great start…
A complete meal was missing from the order!!!! I had to pay for another order because the first one wasn't processed!! And guess what… the only burger we received wasn't even the right one!! So we sent it back, and imagine our surprise when they gave it back to us with a piece of bread missing, meaning they reused the bun I'd already tasted!! Unacceptable!!
This is a joke.
02/05/2026: This is a disgrace! You're really taking me for a ride. I got half a McFlurry, and without the caramel sauce or M&Ms, for 5 bucks!! This is a complete joke! You need to get your act together, and fast!

Only issue I had was that the toilets inside were possibly the worst I’ve ever seen and behind the bar there were flies around the bread they serve you prior to the meal. I didn’t notice this until the end of my meal when I went inside ….

I am extremely shocked by this establishment's attitude in what was clearly a serious situation.
On a day when the temperature was over 40°C (104°F), my sister felt very unwell on public transport. We stopped at this café to take advantage of the air conditioning, get some water, and have an ice cream. Once seated, her condition quickly deteriorated: she started crying. A waiter came to take our order, I apologized, and said we were going to leave because she was clearly not feeling well. A minute later, she fainted and collapsed at her table. I called emergency services while I tried to keep her awake. She was barely speaking and had a blank stare.
After several minutes, a waiter returned and, seeing my sister's condition, offered me a bottle of water. I agreed, thinking it was a basic act of assistance in a medical emergency.
The firefighters finally arrived about 45 minutes later, took charge of her, and managed to improve her condition. Before she left in the ambulance, they asked me to give her a Coke. I went to the bar to ask for one, and they charged me €4. Not very customer-friendly in the circumstances, but whatever. Business is business.
The most shocking thing happened next. While the firefighters were still there, hesitating to take her to the hospital while waiting for a doctor's opinion, a waitress came to demand payment for the bottle of water she had brought earlier. I explained that I considered the bottle an act of assistance for someone in distress, offered spontaneously by the waiter when my sister had just fainted. She went to get the waiter, who returned to insist and try to make me pay despite the circumstances.
Faced with his insistence, I admit I raised my voice at that moment, but I was in shock after seeing my sister lose consciousness and become unable to communicate. The waiter told me I "shouldn't have taken the bottle." When someone is collapsing, unable to speak, and emergency services are on their way, you don't think about whether the water offered spontaneously is a paid bottle or a carafe. I ended the absurd argument, and we left in the air-conditioned ambulance to avoid further recriminations.
Beyond this matter of a few euros, which I refused to pay because the request was indecent, what shocks me is the complete lack of humanity. During the 45 minutes we waited for the paramedics, no one came to check on my sister, offer her a damp cloth, see if she needed water, or simply ask how she was doing.
Unfortunately, I can only note a lack of empathy and consideration in the face of an emergency situation. I have never seen such an attitude towards a person in distress.

07/06/2026: We went to McDonald's on a Saturday night. The children's play area was filthy, the tables hadn't been cleaned, and there were food scraps everywhere. What's more, the children's area wasn't air-conditioned, even though it was almost cold in the rest of the restaurant.
Next time, I'll need to bring cleaning wipes to make sure I don't eat other people's food before I do.
05/06/2026: These restaurants have become too expensive! They're a far cry from the cheap fast food they were for young people and families in the beginning. You still can't trust their drive-thru service; deliveries are often missing items or there are order errors. In short, no significant improvement, and more expensive!

The planter's punch was more like fruit juice than a cocktail, and the happy hour price on the beer wasn't reflected on the bill—the waiter hadn't understood! Avoid this place!
