30/06/2026: Excellent McDonald's! The welcome is warm, the staff is friendly, and the service is really fast. The restaurant is clean, well-maintained, and has a welcoming atmosphere. Orders are prepared with care, and everything is always piping hot. It's a place you'll gladly return to. I highly recommend this McDonald's.

25/06/2026: The restaurant was packed and there was a long wait.
24/06/2026: Very good taste, better than the average McDonald's.
But on the other hand, I've never seen so many mistakes:
I ordered two sauces that they forgot.
I ordered a Best Of meal, and they forgot the fries.
I ordered a Croque McDo without ham, and I got a Croque McDo without CHEESE? 😂 A circle of dry ham in a squashed bun.
Three mistakes in a two-meal order.

20/05/2026: We ate at the McDonald's in Pessac and were pleasantly surprised by how clean it was compared to other McDonald's restaurants. The servers were very attentive, helpful, friendly, and responsive to customers' needs. Kudos to all the young people who work there.
17/05/2026: There was a terrible smell in the children's play area. I asked the employee if he had air freshener, but he refused without a smile or any kindness. The smell was really unpleasant, like a strong odor of shoes.

22/05/2026: I came last night around 10:50 PM and waited 20 minutes at the drive-thru. There were three cars waiting, an AI system spoke to us to scan our loyalty code, and then we waited, telling us someone would come to take our order. I had to go inside McDonald's to ask the other customers to come and take our order. There were no gestures of goodwill, no apologies, nothing. Very disappointed. When McDonald's is busy, I understand they're overwhelmed... but when I went inside, there were only two people waiting for their orders, so no apologies.
20/05/2026: Drive-thru at 5:50 PM for ice cream and a drink. The attendant put us on hold for 10 minutes even though there wasn't a soul around. Another car pulled up to the next lane after those 10 minutes and was served before us. I walked up to the window and saw two people (probably on a coffee break). So we went to Burger King. That's it for them. What will happen during rush hour?

07/06/2026: I ordered a simple hamburger, the meat was 3mm thick, the bun was torn (I have a photo), it wasn't even on the patty. I should point out that I ate inside. Unacceptable. I don't recommend it. Go to Burger King, it's much better.

10/02/2026: Honestly, it was the most disgusting burger I've ever eaten in my life. Why does a beef burger smell like fish?! Inedible. Seeing the other reviews, I realize I'm not the only one who had this problem. The owner's responses, who clearly has a slight problem with self-reflection, are just ludicrous, and I'm almost looking forward to being insulted myself in return.

20/09/2025: The waitress was nice, but in the kitchen, you should show more respect for animal welfare, especially for sows, by following the Pig Minimum Standards; they deserve better than that.

29/09/2024: Just 50 minutes of waiting for a drive is not bad, we give priority to UBER because it pays more. Keep getting worse and worse
29/09/2024: This McDonald's met our expectations, with a clean room and toilets, an order served quickly without errors despite sandwich customizations.
A small downside, forgetting the forks for the cheddar fries but the team member in charge of the service was very responsive to bring them to us.

25/09/2024: Very dirty restaurant, the terminals never work, very long service time and what about the drive? There is always something wrong. We can't even trust anymore because once we arrive home, we find ourselves with a burger without steak (yes just bread and salad), ice cream that has gone bad, cold and limp fries, coke without bubbles and without ice cubes! In short, it's a shame this McDonald's, really, we won't go anymore!!!

29/08/2024: A shame. Change staff or train them well (the chef is responsible!) They deliver the wrong order to us at the drive-thru (out of confidence we didn't check) as a result we are missing a big tasty - In addition the food must have been cooked 30 minutes before if not more… really it’s not a place I would recommend
28/08/2024: I just picked up a Drive order with a Best of maxi potatoes HALF-full.
That + more than 5 minutes of waiting for a McDonald's croque and a small wrap + inability to order an ice cream because they were cleaning the machine. At 11:45 a.m.
