11/11/2025: Unbelievable! You say hello, no response. After 20 minutes, you ask the gentleman if he'll be much longer—very rude. He replies, "I'm working. If it's not convenient, go somewhere else." I tell him, "Sir, you don't have to open the door if you don't want to serve." He replies, "I'm not here to do nothing, sir. You need to be respectful to elderly people. I'm 70 years old. If you can't manage your temper and your orders, you should hire someone." Very rude.

13/09/2024: moi et mes amis sommes venu en ce vendredi 13, une foi n’est pas coutume, nous avons été mal reçu, toute l’interface informatique était buguée et nous avons dû attendre longtemps pour au final ne pas recevoir notre mc smart+.
Même avec l’aide de mika (gérant chef du SAT) ça n’a pas marché.
très déçu…

09/07/2025: Unpolite and aggressive employees. The employees don't wear gloves, and the kitchen doesn't have masks to make sandwiches or hair protection.
Not great service. Order received after 30 minutes.
Cold fries.
Employees make fun of you... professionalism needs to be improved.
The trash cans are full. Dirty McDonald's.
I don't recommend going there.
I prefer the one on the docks or at the Matmut stadium.
This McDonald's is to be avoided.
08/07/2025: Staff not at all pleasant, the dosage of mc flurry is shameful and they refuse to fill it up "a little" to make it normal

16/01/2026: Great time with friends. Fun and easy.
03/01/2026: Not my first time there. It's a lifesaver when you need it.
However, the bar's heating being broken, with a refusal to repair it and forcing employees to work in such cold conditions while dealing with customers who are no warmer than they are...it's outrageous. Especially when it's -4°C outside. The bartender was more than competent and pleasant with us, which is what makes up for the overall rating.

16/09/2024: Indeed coming a little late but the restaurant was still open and in good faith I even offered to eat elsewhere.
Rude person at the drive-thru,
I asked for potatoes, the saleswoman told me no that it was not possible but that she could remove the bacon from a tray that had been in the bin for 2 hours
Cold hamburger in itself, nothing was done at the minute! Really disappointed! Close earlier to avoid this inconvenience!

30/12/2025: A friendly place! We loved the welcome and the decor. The food is good and the atmosphere is perfect for relaxing. A great option for a no-fuss meal.
09/11/2025: We arrived at 12:40 PM and left at 4:00 PM.
The five of us couldn't even eat at the same time: quite a concept.
On top of that, we were asked not to be in a hurry, and everything was served on plates and with cutlery that were... let's just say, not exactly spotless. A fascinating sociological experience, but a less than stellar restaurant experience.
We obviously won't be back.

24/01/2025: Nice setting/neighborhood. Very nice decor and friendly welcome!
Now, the croques madame are not to be had, they smell a little too industrial (even if the fries are homemade) and some prices are incomprehensible. Non-alcoholic beer? 25 cl bottle? €6.50! I thought I was choking when I found out the price. Overall, I find it too expensive for the perceived quality and I had the feeling more like I was paying for a frame.
It's even better to go back down to rue Saint Rémi, a few hundred meters away, and try some little restaurants that offer real homemade food for 20 bucks, the starter/main course/dessert menu!

16/01/2026: My boyfriend and I ordered a McDonald's click and collect in Talence. The order was incorrect (we received a Big Mac instead of a Big Mac Chicken). Consequently, we returned to the restaurant to request a burger exchange. At the counter, the manager took our request while implying that our order was too old; we literally had to make a round trip between the restaurant and our apartment after discovering the wrong burger. We were surprised not to receive any compensation from the restaurant, given that it was a rather significant mistake. We were a little disappointed by the manager's reaction since we didn't want to make a fuss over something so easily resolved. Furthermore, I noticed no apology from the employee, which seemed to me to be the bare minimum...

26/11/2025: Please, show some respect for the customers! Whether preparing the burgers (cold) or taking orders, make sure they are complete! And show some decorum! Stop the unruly behavior! A proper setting is essential in a restaurant.

02/09/2024: Very dirty tray (leftovers from previous meal) at the service, I went to change it, they gave me one just as dirty, I came back one last time, the manager gave me one, a little less dirty but it was still too dirty to eat on it, I don't recommend it
31/08/2024: Soy celiaca y hasta el momento es el único McDonald's en el que no tenían opción sin gluten.
Nos sorprendió muchísimo.
Todos los McDonald's Europeos deben tener esa opción.

07/12/2024: I've been there twice in 15 days and either the napkins or the sauce are missing... Too bad to have to open the pouch to check, especially at the drive-thru...
18/11/2024: That's already two internet orders that don't match, either sandwiches are missing (fortunately we check before leaving) or we realize at home that half of the order doesn't match at all and that's too much late!!!
