04/08/2026: Good evening, I came in this evening, and I had to deal with a young man who made a mistake with the sandwiches. I told him absolutely no onions in one of the sandwiches I was ordering because my son has a severe allergy, and I was heading home, knowing it's a 25-minute drive to get to your place. My 6-year-old son saw, thankfully, the onions in the sandwich. So what do we do now? Because of your mistake, my son could have ended up in the hospital if he hadn't seen them.

He did everything he could to ensure I could pick up my order as quickly and smoothly as possible. Thanks to him and his quick thinking, my baby shower wasn't affected at all, and I'm so grateful. 🥰 It's so wonderful to encounter someone who genuinely takes the time to listen, find solutions, and help you, all with kindness and a smile! I didn't like a local dish, not because it wasn't well-prepared, but because it wasn't to my taste. And yet, when the bill arrived, it wasn't charged and without me even being told. Such excellent customer service! Thank you, and the waitress was very friendly and smiling.

15/04/2026: We went as a group of four. The waiter's friendliness couldn't compensate for the kitchen problems. It took 20 minutes between the first and fourth people being served. The food was average. And to top it all off, our coffee arrived cold.

01/07/2026: On Wednesday, July 1st, during a stroll through Lille, we were drawn to the terrace, ideally located on the steps with a magnificent view of the Grand Place. It was hard to resist the urge to sit down and enjoy a refreshing drink! I especially want to highlight the excellent service. The young man who greeted us and took our order was truly friendly, smiling, pleasant, and patient. This deserves to be mentioned, as it is unfortunately becoming increasingly rare to encounter waiters or waitresses who perform their work with such good humor and enthusiasm. Thank you to him for this enjoyable experience. I hope future visitors will have the chance to enjoy the same!
