20/03/2026: Avoid Quick at all costs; it's shameful to serve customers with such negligence. My friend and I came for lunch and placed our order: (two meals with a long bacon burger and chicken dips). Not even 30 seconds after paying, we were told our order was ready. We started to wonder what was going on and began to suspect a rip-off. The result: everything was cold, the burgers were very dry (even though Quick is known for its generous sauce), the burger buns were stale, and the fries had become hard and dry. Preparing entire meals in advance and serving them to customers seconds after they order is truly unacceptable and shows a profound lack of respect. We will not be returning.

17/02/2026: Moderately satisfied. Young people were smoking in the back of the restaurant during the Dunkirk Carnival. Only 3 out of 4 self-service machines were working. No table service.

31/03/2026: We go there whenever we're in Lille, and this time we were very disappointed!!! We saw a cockroach strolling around, and the waitress was wiping her nose with her hands 😱😱 We both got sick after the meal 🤢🤢🤢 I'll never set foot in there again
